基于移動智能終端的學生宿舍管理系統(tǒng)的設計與實現(xiàn)
[Abstract]:Dormitory management information system is a kind of information management system. It is also a information collection, transmission, processing, preservation, maintenance and use system composed of people and computers. With the process of informatization, the use of information management system is more and more popular, dormitory management information system is also gradually keeping pace with the times of information, intelligent management of dormitory personnel and property and so on. Especially with the rise of property management companies, more and more colleges and universities choose to outsource campus dormitory management services to property owners. It is precisely under these circumstances that dormitory management systems have become more and more important. The dormitory management information system can link the information between the school and the property, so that the information of both sides is more symmetrical, and the check-in staff is more convenient to manage. The continuous improvement of mobile intelligent terminal products and the upgrading of network communication provide guarantee for the development of mobile intelligent terminal dormitory management system, and also provide support for further perfecting the dormitory management system. According to the functional characteristics of the dormitory management information system, this paper analyzes the feasibility of the system, and puts forward eight modules of the dormitory management information system according to the functional requirements of the system. In addition to the functional requirements module, this paper also considers the non-functional requirements and the software and hardware support platform developed by the system, and designs a more perfect dormitory management information system through the reasonable analysis of the requirements. Based on the platform of mobile intelligent terminal and the method of software engineering, taking the business process of dormitory management system of mobile intelligent terminal as the starting point, this paper expounds the development process and basic method of management information system based on mobile intelligent terminal in detail. The system program design adopts the object-oriented software development tool PowerBuilder9.0, system interface is friendly, the operation is simple and quick. The full text from the introduction, related technology and research, system requirements analysis, dormitory management system design, dormitory management system implementation, system testing, summarized these seven parts. And the need analysis is divided into eight modules, such as check-in, payment management, dormitory property management, maintenance management, etc., through the processing of the data generated by each link of dormitory activities. To provide a series of dynamic information about dormitory situation timely and accurately for higher management level, make dormitory management work more standardized, institutionalized, procedural, promote dormitory management level, avoid the random nature of business management. Improve the speed and accuracy of information processing. Building manager, security personnel, cleaning personnel and other roles, will enter the dormitory check-in and out of the situation of visitors, timely maintenance and security for the dormitory. Through the mobile intelligent terminal student dormitory management system, the workload of the property will be greatly reduced, the management efficiency will be improved, and the student accommodation security will be guaranteed.
