【摘要】：隨著信息化的日益普及,管理系統(tǒng)的應(yīng)用已經(jīng)給人們的生活帶來(lái)了越來(lái)越多的方便和高效,管理系統(tǒng)在工作中的運(yùn)用越來(lái)越受到各個(gè)行業(yè)和各個(gè)部門的重視。管理系統(tǒng)能夠?qū)⒐ぷ髦猩婕暗降牧鞒踢M(jìn)行有效的梳理,可以進(jìn)行關(guān)鍵事務(wù)自動(dòng)提醒,能夠有效的提高辦公效率的同時(shí)降低人力成本。所以,越來(lái)越多的企業(yè)在不斷的建設(shè)或改進(jìn)管理系統(tǒng)。然而由于信息化最初建設(shè)技術(shù)的不成熟,設(shè)計(jì)不完善,需求多變化等原因,要應(yīng)對(duì)現(xiàn)在的稅務(wù)事務(wù)管理,傳統(tǒng)的稅務(wù)管理信息系統(tǒng)具有響應(yīng)速度慢,功能不完善,維護(hù)成本高等問(wèn)題,阻礙了稅務(wù)部門管稅工作的高效實(shí)行。本文針對(duì)稅務(wù)管理部門事務(wù)處理的特點(diǎn),對(duì)稅務(wù)管理系統(tǒng)進(jìn)行了需求分析,完成了基于SSH的稅務(wù)管理系統(tǒng)的總體設(shè)計(jì),進(jìn)行了詳細(xì)的局部設(shè)計(jì)和實(shí)現(xiàn)。然后,詳細(xì)分析了管稅信息系統(tǒng)應(yīng)用SSH框架時(shí)可能會(huì)出現(xiàn)的問(wèn)題后提出了有效的解決方案。該系統(tǒng)從稅務(wù)管理系統(tǒng)的人員管理,稅務(wù)機(jī)構(gòu)管理,以及在稅務(wù)管理中涉及的發(fā)票管理等進(jìn)行了完整的設(shè)計(jì)實(shí)現(xiàn),為稅務(wù)管理部門的事務(wù)管理提供了一種高效的解決方案。本文主要的研究?jī)?nèi)容有:1.梳理常德市地稅管理的業(yè)務(wù)流程,利用SSH框架整合各個(gè)模塊,使各模塊具有系統(tǒng)性。通過(guò)SSH搭建地稅管理系統(tǒng)實(shí)現(xiàn)對(duì)稅務(wù)統(tǒng)計(jì)管理、稅務(wù)種類管理,稅務(wù)管理以及任務(wù)提醒設(shè)置�；赟SH框架設(shè)計(jì)的地稅信息管理系統(tǒng),能夠增強(qiáng)系統(tǒng)穩(wěn)定性,動(dòng)態(tài)的進(jìn)行系統(tǒng)數(shù)據(jù)的維護(hù),支持系統(tǒng)擴(kuò)展,降低系統(tǒng)層次間的耦合度。2.采用MVC方式對(duì)系統(tǒng)分層。Struts層主管頁(yè)面的業(yè)務(wù)跳轉(zhuǎn),相關(guān)JSP顯示的VIEW界面顯示。Hibernate層主管數(shù)據(jù)業(yè)務(wù)層,直接使用hibernate的session及sessionFactory來(lái)管理會(huì)話。Hibernate能夠?qū)崿F(xiàn)數(shù)據(jù)持久層業(yè)務(wù)和數(shù)據(jù)之間的相分離,降低系統(tǒng)耦合度的同時(shí)能夠有效的提高系統(tǒng)效率。Spring連接struts及hibernate,通過(guò)AOP分離會(huì)話管理及日志管理功能。3.將業(yè)務(wù)邏輯層從struts中分離。采用配置服務(wù),類名稱及反射的功能,通過(guò)分離業(yè)務(wù)邏輯層,使得更加關(guān)注業(yè)務(wù)邏輯層。通過(guò)配置數(shù)據(jù)庫(kù)減少struts action的配置�；赟SH框架的常德地稅管理系統(tǒng)能夠有效的完成稅務(wù)管理事務(wù),針對(duì)SSH應(yīng)用中存在問(wèn)題進(jìn)行的改進(jìn),能夠有效的提高了系統(tǒng)運(yùn)行的效率,降低了系統(tǒng)維護(hù)和擴(kuò)展的成本。
[Abstract]:With the increasing popularity of information, the application of management system has brought more and more convenience and efficiency to people's life, and the application of management system in the work has been paid more and more attention by various industries and departments. Management system can effectively comb the process involved in the work, can automatically remind the key business, can effectively improve the efficiency of office while reducing the cost of human resources. Therefore, more and more enterprises are constantly building or improving management systems. However, due to the immaturity of the initial information construction technology, imperfect design and many changes in demand, the traditional tax management information system has a slow response speed and imperfect function to deal with the current tax affairs management. The high cost of maintenance hinders the efficient implementation of tax administration in tax departments. According to the characteristics of the tax administration department's affairs processing, this paper analyzes the demand of the tax administration system, completes the overall design of the tax administration system based on SSH, and carries on the detailed partial design and implementation. Then, the problems that may occur in the application of SSH framework are analyzed in detail, and an effective solution is put forward. The system is designed and implemented from the personnel management of tax administration system, tax authority management and invoice management involved in tax administration, which provides an efficient solution for the management of tax administration affairs. The main research contents of this paper are: 1. Combing the business process of local tax management in Changde City, using SSH framework to integrate each module, make each module systematic. Through SSH to build the local tax management system to achieve the tax statistics management, tax category management, tax management and task remind settings. The land tax information management system based on SSH framework can enhance the stability of the system, maintain the system data dynamically, support the system expansion and reduce the coupling degree between the system levels. In this paper, the author uses MVC to change the business of the system layer in Struts layer, and the VIEW interface displayed by related JSP to display. Hibernate layer is in charge of the data business layer. Directly using hibernate's session and sessionFactory to manage sessions. Hibernate can achieve data persistence layer business and data separation, Reducing the coupling degree of the system can effectively improve the system efficiency. Spring can connect struts and hibernate.Through AOP, session management and log management can be separated. 3. Separate the business logic layer from the struts. Using the function of configuration service, class name and reflection, the business logic layer is separated to pay more attention to the business logic layer. Reduce struts action configuration by configuring the database. Changde land tax management system based on SSH framework can effectively complete the tax administration affairs. The improvement of the existing problems in the SSH application can effectively improve the efficiency of the system operation and reduce the cost of system maintenance and expansion.
