【摘要】:隨著電力市場發(fā)展和信息化發(fā)展的越演越烈,傳統(tǒng)的辦公管理模式已經(jīng)不能適應(yīng)現(xiàn)在的發(fā)展,如果繼續(xù)采用傳統(tǒng)的紙質(zhì)辦公方式來處理日益增大的業(yè)務(wù)量和信息量,不僅效率低下,也是非常零散和浪費(fèi)的,所以在各行各業(yè)都在倡導(dǎo)綠色環(huán)保的今天,需要建立一套適合本院的綜合和集成化的智能辦公自動化系統(tǒng)來代替?zhèn)鹘y(tǒng)的落后的文件處理模式。本文首先介紹了國內(nèi)國外的OA發(fā)展動態(tài)和現(xiàn)狀,不管是國內(nèi)還是國外現(xiàn)在用B/S的模式開發(fā)設(shè)計(jì)OA系統(tǒng)已經(jīng)成了首選,其優(yōu)勢是減少了軟件更新的麻煩,也增加了協(xié)同辦公能力。本文研究的OA系統(tǒng),以B/S架構(gòu)開發(fā),界面使用標(biāo)準(zhǔn)XHTML設(shè)計(jì),開發(fā)工具使用VS2008,使用SVN1.6管理軟件,基于.NET的框架,語言采用C#,并以O(shè)racle11g數(shù)據(jù)庫系統(tǒng)存儲數(shù)據(jù)。本文的研究重點(diǎn)是基于.NET平臺的設(shè)計(jì)模式和分層架構(gòu)。在分析了現(xiàn)狀和研究方向后,論述了課題的目標(biāo),然后進(jìn)行了需求分析,在功能性需求中主要采用的論述方式是用例圖結(jié)合各功能模塊的說明,在非功能性需求上,主要是從安全性,維護(hù)性,可靠性等方面進(jìn)行論述,在系統(tǒng)的設(shè)計(jì)方案中,首先對系統(tǒng)設(shè)計(jì)進(jìn)行了概要性的描述,包括系統(tǒng)的三層結(jié)構(gòu),各功能模塊的時序圖,數(shù)據(jù)庫的設(shè)計(jì)等,其次較詳細(xì)的論述了系統(tǒng)的詳細(xì)設(shè)計(jì)和實(shí)現(xiàn),根據(jù)各功能模塊的流程圖,來確定設(shè)計(jì)細(xì)節(jié),參考已分析出設(shè)計(jì)細(xì)節(jié),構(gòu)建系統(tǒng)的解決方案,最后實(shí)現(xiàn)了基于ASP.NET平臺構(gòu)建的OA軟件設(shè)計(jì),詳細(xì)的劃分了系統(tǒng)的各功能模塊,并在最終的測試中也通過了軟件單元測試的要求,可以穩(wěn)定的運(yùn)行。本OA系統(tǒng)的功能包括院收文管理模塊、院發(fā)文管理模塊、內(nèi)部行文模塊、會議管理模塊、院用車管理模塊、借款、報(bào)銷模塊。目前這套系統(tǒng)在我公司的運(yùn)行效果良好,真正的達(dá)到了無紙化的辦公,提高了工作效率,改變了長期以來的老舊的辦公模式。近期還針對在外辦公和出差人員還開發(fā)了OA系統(tǒng)的移動端,實(shí)現(xiàn)了移動辦公的需求。在接下來的工作中,我們會將越來越多的軟件集成在這一平臺上,通過權(quán)限的管理,讓員工在辦公過程中更加簡單、方便。
[Abstract]:With the development of electric power market and the development of information, the traditional office management mode can not adapt to the current development. If we continue to use the traditional paper office method to deal with the increasing volume of business and information, Not only is it inefficient, but it is also very fragmented and wasteful. Therefore, in today's day when all kinds of industries are advocating green environmental protection, It is necessary to establish a comprehensive and integrated intelligent office automation system to replace the traditional backward document processing mode. This paper first introduces the development of OA both at home and abroad. Whether domestic or foreign, developing and designing OA system with B / S mode has become the first choice. Its advantage is to reduce the trouble of software update and increase the ability of cooperative office. The OA system studied in this paper is developed with B / S architecture, the interface is designed with standard XHTML, the development tool is VS2008, the management software is SVN1.6, the framework is based on .NET, the language is C#and the data is stored in Oracle 11g database system. This paper focuses on the design pattern and hierarchical architecture based on. Net platform. After analyzing the present situation and the research direction, the paper discusses the goal of the subject, and then carries on the requirement analysis. In the functional requirement, the main discussion way is the use case diagram combined with the explanation of each function module, in the non-functional requirement, It is mainly discussed from the aspects of security, maintainability, reliability and so on. In the design scheme of the system, the design of the system is described briefly, including the three-layer structure of the system, the sequence diagram of each function module, and so on. The design of the database and so on. Secondly, the detailed design and implementation of the system are discussed in detail. According to the flow chart of each functional module, the design details are determined, and the design details are analyzed and the solution of the system is constructed. Finally, the OA software design based on ASP. Net platform is realized, and each function module of the system is divided in detail, and the software unit test requirement is also passed in the final test, which can run stably. The functions of the OA system include the management module of receiving documents, the management module of issuing documents, the module of internal writing, the module of meeting management, the module of vehicle management, the module of borrowing and reimbursement. At present, this system works well in our company. It really achieves paperless office, improves the working efficiency and changes the old office mode for a long time. Recently, the mobile end of OA system has been developed to meet the need of mobile office. In the following work, we will integrate more and more software on this platform, through the management of permissions, let employees in the office process more simple and convenient.
