面向信息化的中藥提取過程監(jiān)控系統(tǒng)研究

【摘要】:中藥提取過程是中藥生產(chǎn)過程中的關(guān)鍵環(huán)節(jié),藥材的提取效果直接關(guān)系著中藥產(chǎn)品的質(zhì)量。隨著2010版GMP的實(shí)施,對(duì)各個(gè)制藥企業(yè)在生產(chǎn)設(shè)備、軟件系統(tǒng)、人員與現(xiàn)場管理等方面都提出了新的更高的要求。但由于中藥成分復(fù)雜以及對(duì)中藥產(chǎn)品質(zhì)量控制的新要求,研究中藥提取過程參數(shù)與產(chǎn)品質(zhì)量之間的關(guān)系仍然是中藥提取過程監(jiān)控系統(tǒng)研究的難點(diǎn)。由于直接指標(biāo)無法在線測量,通過實(shí)現(xiàn)生產(chǎn)過程的數(shù)據(jù)信息化,研究過程參數(shù)與質(zhì)量指標(biāo)的關(guān)系,建立中藥提取過程參數(shù)與產(chǎn)品質(zhì)量指標(biāo)之間的關(guān)系模型,間接獲得產(chǎn)品質(zhì)量指標(biāo),是實(shí)現(xiàn)質(zhì)量指標(biāo)智能檢測的有效途徑。而且,通過所建立的關(guān)系模型,還可控制相應(yīng)的過程參數(shù),最終實(shí)現(xiàn)質(zhì)量控制。因此,研究面向信息化的中藥提取過程監(jiān)控系統(tǒng),就要建立網(wǎng)絡(luò)化開放型的數(shù)據(jù)庫,實(shí)現(xiàn)生產(chǎn)過程數(shù)據(jù)的開放與共享,研究建立的過程參數(shù)與質(zhì)量指標(biāo)的關(guān)系,指導(dǎo)控制生產(chǎn)過程,最終達(dá)到質(zhì)量控制的目的;構(gòu)建網(wǎng)絡(luò)化的監(jiān)控系統(tǒng),實(shí)現(xiàn)數(shù)據(jù)的信息化與資源共享,滿足新版的GMP提出的要求,為中藥企業(yè)的綜合管控一體化建設(shè)奠定基礎(chǔ)。本課題以中藥水提取過程作為研究對(duì)象,通過了解中藥提取和濃縮的工藝流程,分析了影響生產(chǎn)過程的關(guān)鍵參數(shù),確定了系統(tǒng)檢測與控制方案;構(gòu)建了面向信息化的中藥提取過程監(jiān)控系統(tǒng)框架。同時(shí),進(jìn)行PLC控制系統(tǒng)設(shè)計(jì)和監(jiān)控軟件的設(shè)計(jì)開發(fā),具有生產(chǎn)過程的實(shí)時(shí)和遠(yuǎn)程監(jiān)控,用戶管理、報(bào)警記錄和報(bào)表管理等功能,實(shí)現(xiàn)生產(chǎn)過程數(shù)據(jù)的查詢與存儲(chǔ)以及過程操作的可追溯。系統(tǒng)的監(jiān)控管理層與控制層之間采用工業(yè)以太網(wǎng)通訊協(xié)議進(jìn)行通訊,為實(shí)現(xiàn)企業(yè)數(shù)據(jù)共享提供網(wǎng)絡(luò)接口。在此基礎(chǔ)上,研究了數(shù)據(jù)庫技術(shù)和信息處理技術(shù),實(shí)現(xiàn)了外部SQL數(shù)據(jù)庫的構(gòu)建和數(shù)據(jù)的開放,存儲(chǔ)中藥生產(chǎn)過程所涉及的生產(chǎn)過程類數(shù)據(jù);同時(shí)對(duì)中藥提取過程參數(shù)與提取率之間的關(guān)系進(jìn)行了探討性研究。并根據(jù)統(tǒng)計(jì)控制理論,擬合了過程參數(shù)與提取率的回歸方程。最后使用C#語言進(jìn)行面向信息化的信息管理平臺(tái)的設(shè)計(jì)與開發(fā),實(shí)現(xiàn)對(duì)過程數(shù)據(jù)的分析。本系統(tǒng)易于操作,人機(jī)界面友好,運(yùn)行穩(wěn)定,滿足GMP要求。
[Abstract]:The extraction process of traditional Chinese medicine is a key link in the production of traditional Chinese medicine. The extraction effect of traditional Chinese medicine is directly related to the quality of traditional Chinese medicine products. With the implementation of GMP version 2010, new and higher requirements are put forward for each pharmaceutical enterprise in production equipment, software system, personnel and field management. However, due to the complexity of traditional Chinese medicine components and the new requirements for the quality control of traditional Chinese medicine products, the study of the relationship between the parameters of traditional Chinese medicine extraction process and the product quality is still a difficult point in the study of the monitoring system of the traditional Chinese medicine extraction process. Because the direct indexes can not be measured online, the relationship between the process parameters and the quality indexes is studied by realizing the data information of the production process, and the relationship model between the parameters of the traditional Chinese medicine extraction process and the product quality indexes is established. Indirectly obtaining product quality index is an effective way to realize intelligent detection of quality index. Furthermore, the corresponding process parameters can be controlled by the established relational model, and the quality control can be realized finally. Therefore, to study the information-oriented monitoring system of traditional Chinese medicine extraction process, it is necessary to establish a networked open database, to realize the opening and sharing of production process data, and to study the relationship between the established process parameters and the quality index. To guide and control the production process, to achieve the goal of quality control, to build a networked monitoring system, to realize the information and resource sharing of data, to meet the requirements of the new version of GMP, For the integrated management and control of Chinese medicine enterprises to lay the foundation for integration. This topic takes the traditional Chinese medicine water extraction process as the research object, through understanding the traditional Chinese medicine extraction and the concentration technological process, has analyzed the influence production process key parameter, has determined the system detection and the control plan; The framework of information-oriented monitoring system for traditional Chinese medicine extraction process is constructed. At the same time, PLC control system design and monitoring software design and development, with the production process of real-time and remote monitoring, user management, alarm records and report management, and other functions, Realize the query and storage of production process data and the traceability of procedure operation. The communication protocol of industrial Ethernet is adopted between the supervisory management and control layer of the system, which provides the network interface for the realization of enterprise data sharing. On this basis, the database technology and information processing technology are studied, the construction of external SQL database and the opening of data are realized, and the production process data related to the production process of traditional Chinese medicine are stored. At the same time, the relationship between extraction process parameters and extraction rate was studied. According to the statistical control theory, the regression equation between the process parameters and the extraction rate is fitted. Finally, the information management platform oriented to information is designed and developed with C # language to realize the analysis of process data. The system is easy to operate, friendly man-machine interface, stable operation, meet the requirements of GMP.
