【摘要】：由于無人機具有獨特的靈活性和優(yōu)越性,在現(xiàn)代農(nóng)業(yè)、商業(yè)以及軍事戰(zhàn)爭中得到了廣泛應(yīng)用,常被用在復(fù)雜的、不確定的環(huán)境中執(zhí)行任務(wù)。本文主要研究無人機精準作業(yè)決策方法中涉及到的決策規(guī)則的建立問題,決策規(guī)則建立的優(yōu)劣性是影響無人機作業(yè)精準度的關(guān)鍵因素。首先,設(shè)計了面向任務(wù)的無人機任務(wù)頂層體系結(jié)構(gòu)。為了提高各個子系統(tǒng)的自主精準完成任務(wù)的能力,全面地選擇可能影響無人機決策的因素,分析無人機系統(tǒng)的動力學模型及控制系統(tǒng)結(jié)構(gòu),設(shè)計了任務(wù)頂層的體系結(jié)構(gòu);然后對基于粗糙集理論的無人機作業(yè)決策做出了介紹,為接下來的研究奠定了基礎(chǔ)。其次,依據(jù)粗糙集理論的思想,設(shè)計了基于控制系統(tǒng)要素思想的空間屬性設(shè)計規(guī)則;分析了任務(wù)空間中屬性值的值域覆蓋范圍對無人機作業(yè)的影響,并對連續(xù)屬性值進行了等間距離散化;然后利用基于粗糙集屬性集依賴度的方法求解屬性約簡,獲得去除冗余屬性后的決策規(guī)則。最后通過無人機的飛行仿真實驗,驗證依據(jù)屬性選取規(guī)則,以及值域范圍的選取是合理和有效的。再次,研究了無人機作業(yè)區(qū)段的離散化等級程度,提出了基于高斯分布函數(shù)的屬性離散化等級的設(shè)計方法;然后依據(jù)精準作業(yè)條件屬性的值域作業(yè)樣本分布密度,設(shè)計了基于離散分布密度作業(yè)區(qū)段的屬性精細離散化方法,建立了精細離散化后的決策表;最后通過飛行仿真實驗驗證了離散化精細程度對無人機作業(yè)精準度的影響。最后,基于已有的無人機硬件平臺,進行了無人機的實際飛行實驗。實驗結(jié)果證明了屬性設(shè)計規(guī)則的可行性;與等間距的離散化方法相比,設(shè)計的非等間距精細離散化方法提高了決策的精準度。
[Abstract]:Unmanned aerial vehicles (UAVs) are widely used in modern agriculture, commerce and military warfare because of their unique flexibility and superiority. They are often used in complex and uncertain environments to carry out missions. This paper mainly studies the establishment of the decision rules involved in the decision method of UAV precision operation. The quality of the decision rules is the key factor that affects the operational accuracy of UAV. Firstly, the top layer architecture of UAV mission is designed. In order to improve the ability of each subsystem to complete the task independently and accurately, the factors that may affect the UAV decision-making are selected comprehensively, the dynamics model and control system structure of the UAV system are analyzed, and the top-level structure of the mission is designed. Then the rough set theory based UAV operation decision making is introduced, which lays a foundation for the following research. Secondly, according to the idea of rough set theory, the spatial attribute design rules based on the elements of control system are designed, and the influence of the range coverage of attribute value in mission space on UAV operation is analyzed. The continuous attribute value is dispersed by equal distance, and then the attribute reduction is solved by using the method based on the dependency degree of the attribute set of rough set, and the decision rules after removing redundant attributes are obtained. Finally, the flight simulation experiment of UAV is carried out to verify the rationality and effectiveness of the rules of attribute selection and the selection of range. Thirdly, the degree of discretization of UAV operation area is studied, and the design method of attribute discretization level based on Gao Si distribution function is proposed. The method of attribute fine discretization based on discrete distribution density operation area is designed, and the decision table after fine discretization is established. Finally, the influence of discretization precision on the precision of UAV is verified by flight simulation. Finally, based on the existing UAV hardware platform, the actual flight experiment of UAV is carried out. The experimental results prove the feasibility of attribute design rules, and compared with the equal-spaced discretization method, the non-equal-spacing fine discretization method improves the precision of decision-making.
