【摘要】：隨著時間的推移,擴大規(guī)模是各大醫(yī)院的必然趨勢,隨之帶來醫(yī)院醫(yī)療設備資產的增加,這樣使得維護和管理使用的設備和耗材變得更難,也變得越來越復雜和挑戰(zhàn),以前對醫(yī)療設備這樣的資產處理方式多為人工處理,人工記賬不能滿足多且繁的數(shù)據記錄要求,不能達到工作高效率的要求,面對查詢管理、追溯管理、績效考核均也是老大難的難題,為管理工作帶來負效應。那么如何改變醫(yī)院醫(yī)療設備資源的優(yōu)化配置,提高設備的運行效率,實現(xiàn)對醫(yī)院設備科進行規(guī)范化、數(shù)字化、科技化、全程化、精細化管理,對醫(yī)療耗材進行規(guī)范流轉,對資產運行風險進行規(guī)避等,是迫切需要解決的問題,也是時代趨勢,更是醫(yī)院設備科管理方面與時俱進,求發(fā)展,需要解決面對的問題。21世紀是信息大爆炸的時代,利用信息化來規(guī)范并優(yōu)化工作流程是積極探索解決現(xiàn)有問題的新思路、新方法和創(chuàng)新手段,開發(fā)研究一個軟件平臺,能夠符合醫(yī)院規(guī)模發(fā)展要求,進而提高醫(yī)院管理水平,改善現(xiàn)有醫(yī)療設備管理科室日常工作上的管理壁壘,達到提升醫(yī)院整體效益的結果。
[Abstract]:As time goes by, scaling up is an inevitable trend for major hospitals, which leads to an increase in the assets of hospital medical equipment, which makes maintenance and management of equipment and consumables used more difficult and more complex and challenging. In the past, most of the assets such as medical equipment were handled manually, and manual bookkeeping could not meet the requirements of more and more complicated data records, and could not meet the requirements of high working efficiency. In the face of inquiry management and retrospective management, Performance appraisal is also a difficult problem, which brings negative effect to management. So how to change the optimal allocation of hospital medical equipment resources, improve the operational efficiency of the equipment, realize the standardization, digitization, science and technology, complete process and fine management of the hospital equipment department, and standardize the circulation of medical consumables. It is urgent to solve the problem of evading the risk of assets operation, and it is also the trend of the times. It is also the time for the management of the hospital equipment department to keep pace with the times and seek development. The problem to be solved in the 21st century is the era of the information explosion. Using information to standardize and optimize the work flow is a new idea, new method and innovative means to explore and solve the existing problems, develop and research a software platform, which can meet the requirements of hospital scale development, and then improve the hospital management level. To improve the management barriers in the daily work of the existing medical equipment management department to improve the overall efficiency of the hospital.
