【摘要】：隨著Delta機(jī)器人的迅速發(fā)展,其應(yīng)用范圍越來(lái)越廣,對(duì)控制系統(tǒng)性能的要求也越來(lái)越高。為滿足復(fù)雜的工業(yè)環(huán)境需求,提高控制器的開(kāi)放性和通用性,設(shè)計(jì)并測(cè)試了一種開(kāi)放式Delta機(jī)器人控制系統(tǒng)。系統(tǒng)硬件方面以微控制器STM32F103ZET6和運(yùn)動(dòng)控制芯片MCX514為核心芯片,并基于STM32F103ZET6配備了USB接口和以太網(wǎng)接口,以滿足不同的接口需求。軟件方面分別使用C語(yǔ)言開(kāi)發(fā)上位機(jī),采用串口和以太網(wǎng)協(xié)議作為通信協(xié)議。該控制系統(tǒng)成本低、開(kāi)放性強(qiáng)。試驗(yàn)結(jié)果證明,系統(tǒng)精度高,運(yùn)行穩(wěn)定,能準(zhǔn)確控制機(jī)器人進(jìn)行連續(xù)運(yùn)動(dòng)。
[Abstract]:With the rapid development of Delta robot, its application scope is more and more extensive, and the requirement of control system performance is more and more high. In order to meet the needs of complex industrial environment and improve the openness and versatility of the controller, an open Delta robot control system is designed and tested. In the hardware of the system, the microcontroller STM32F103ZET6 and the motion control chip MCX514 are taken as the core chips, and the USB interface and Ethernet interface are equipped based on STM32F103ZET6 to meet the different interface requirements. In software, C language is used to develop upper computer, serial port and Ethernet protocol are used as communication protocol. The control system is low cost and open. The experimental results show that the system has high precision, stable operation and can accurately control the continuous motion of the robot.
