基于IFC的BIM模型與綠色建筑分析軟件互操作性研究

【摘要】:隨著社會經濟的不斷發(fā)展,我國房屋建筑業(yè)年規(guī)模接近10萬億,近幾年每年竣工面積40多億平方米,建筑行業(yè)屬于高耗能行業(yè),建筑節(jié)能形勢嚴峻。無論是國家層面還是個人角度,都對能源消耗和環(huán)境舒適性給予越來越多的關注,建筑節(jié)能和綠色建筑成為建筑業(yè)可持續(xù)發(fā)展的重要措施。建筑信息模型是參數化的數字模型,能夠存儲建筑全生命周期的數據信息,應用范圍涵蓋了整個AEC行業(yè)。BIM(Building Information Modeling)技術大大提高了建筑節(jié)能設計的工作效率和準確性,一定程度上減少了重復工作,使得工程信息共享性顯著提高。但是,相關BIM軟件間互操作性較差,不同軟件采用不同的數據存儲標準,在互操作時信息丟失嚴重,形成信息孤島。建立開放統(tǒng)一的建筑信息模型數據標準是解決信息共享中“信息孤島”問題的有效途徑。本文研究基于IFC(Industry Foundation Classes)標準的建筑信息模型與綠色建筑分析軟件的互操作性。首先,對BIM技術的發(fā)展概況及在綠色建筑分析方面的應用進行闡述,解讀常見的綠色建筑評價標準,比較我國傳統(tǒng)建筑綠色性能分析方法與基于BIM技術分析方法的區(qū)別,依據相關評價標準建立分析結果準確性評價標準。其次,對IFC、gb XML標準的發(fā)展和標準中對建筑信息的表示方法做詳細說明,比較兩種標準的不同和各自的特點,總結標準存在的問題。再次,基于IFC格式文件測評BIM建模軟件之間、BIM模型與綠色建筑分析軟件Ecotect間互操作性,分析IFC、gbXML文件本身包含的實體種類和互操作過程中信息丟失的種類和原因,針對問題提出可操作性改進方法。最后,通過工程實例驗證改進方法,總結通過互操作能夠完成綠色建筑分析的哪些分析項目。研究成果方面,分析了IFC文件及應用方法,測評了BIM工具間的互操作性,明確了基于IFC、gbXML的互操作能夠進行分析的項目和不能分析的原因,為進一步提高BIM工具間互操作性研究提供參考。
[Abstract]:With the development of social economy, the annual scale of housing construction in our country is close to 10 trillion, and the completed area is more than 4 billion square meters each year in recent years. The construction industry belongs to the high energy consuming industry, and the situation of building energy saving is severe. Energy consumption and environmental comfort are paid more and more attention from both national and individual perspectives. Energy saving and green building become important measures for sustainable development of construction industry. The building information model is a parameterized digital model, which can store the data information of the whole life cycle of the building. The application scope covers the whole AEC industry. The technology of building Information modeling greatly improves the efficiency and accuracy of the building energy saving design. To a certain extent, the duplication of work is reduced, and the sharing of engineering information is improved significantly. However, the interoperability of related BIM software is poor, different software adopt different data storage standards, information loss is serious in the process of interoperation, and information island is formed. Establishing an open and unified data standard for building information model is an effective way to solve the problem of "information isolated island" in information sharing. This paper studies the interoperability of building information model based on IFC(Industry Foundation Classes and green building analysis software. First of all, the development of BIM technology and its application in green building analysis are expounded, the common evaluation standards of green building are interpreted, and the differences between the traditional green performance analysis method and the analysis method based on BIM technology in China are compared. According to the relevant evaluation criteria, the accuracy evaluation criteria of the analysis results are established. Secondly, the development of IFC GB XML standard and the representation method of building information in the standard are explained in detail, the differences and characteristics of the two standards are compared, and the problems existing in the standard are summarized. Thirdly, based on the IFC format file, the interoperability between BIM modeling software and green building analysis software Ecotect is evaluated, and the types of entities and the types and causes of information loss in the process of interoperability are analyzed. The maneuverability improvement method is put forward to solve the problem. Finally, the improved method is verified by engineering examples, which analysis items can be completed by interoperation are summarized. In the aspect of research results, the paper analyzes the IFC file and its application methods, evaluates the interoperability among BIM tools, and clarifies the items that can be analyzed and the reasons why the interoperability based on IFC / GB XML can be analyzed. It provides a reference for further improving the interoperability of BIM tools.
