【摘要】：隨著科學(xué)技術(shù)的飛速發(fā)展,對(duì)案發(fā)現(xiàn)場證據(jù)采集及檢測工作有了更高的要求。鞋印圖像自動(dòng)識(shí)別技術(shù)是利用計(jì)算機(jī)對(duì)犯罪現(xiàn)場遺留下的鞋印進(jìn)行處理、分析和識(shí)別,從而協(xié)助偵破案件。本文將對(duì)基于SIFT(Scale Invariant Feature Transform)的鞋印圖像特征提取及圖像匹配開展深入研究,主要工作如下:針對(duì)鞋印圖像的定位,提出一種二次定位法。首先對(duì)鞋印圖像進(jìn)行預(yù)處理,根據(jù)鞋印圖像特征,運(yùn)用頂點(diǎn)角度偏轉(zhuǎn)法進(jìn)行第一次偏轉(zhuǎn)定位;在此基礎(chǔ)上,采用中垂線法對(duì)其進(jìn)行二次定位,最終使鞋印基本處于同一豎直位置。針對(duì)SIFT算法在描述特征點(diǎn)時(shí)出現(xiàn)的數(shù)據(jù)量大、計(jì)算復(fù)雜等問題,本文提出一種改進(jìn)的SIFT算法來對(duì)鞋印圖像進(jìn)行特征匹配:一方面,通過二次定位法對(duì)鞋印圖像進(jìn)行提前旋轉(zhuǎn),從而省去SIFT算法中為保證旋轉(zhuǎn)不變性所產(chǎn)生的大量運(yùn)算;另一方面,在特征向量匹配部分,以最小歐氏距離作為判斷特征點(diǎn)是否匹配的標(biāo)準(zhǔn),再通過最小歐氏距離與次小歐氏距離之比來剔除無效匹配點(diǎn),SIFT特征匹配效率得到提高。通過實(shí)驗(yàn)驗(yàn)證,本文提出的鞋印二次定位算法與改進(jìn)的SIFT算法,在保證圖像配準(zhǔn)率和算法魯棒性的前提下,既縮短了配準(zhǔn)時(shí)間,也提高了圖像的配準(zhǔn)精度。
[Abstract]:With the rapid development of science and technology, there are higher requirements for the collection and detection of evidence in crime scene. The automatic recognition technology of shoeprint image is to use computer to process, analyze and identify the shoeprints left by the crime scene, so as to assist in the detection of cases. In this paper, the feature extraction and image matching of shoeprint image based on SIFT(Scale Invariant Feature Transform) are deeply studied. The main work is as follows: aiming at the location of shoeprint image, a secondary location method is proposed. First of all, the shoeprint image is preprocessed, and the vertex angle deflection method is used to locate the first time according to the characteristics of the shoeprint image, and on this basis, the secondary location is carried out by using the method of mid-vertical line. Finally, the shoe printing is basically in the same vertical position. Aiming at the problems of large amount of data and complicated calculation in describing feature points in SIFT algorithm, this paper proposes an improved SIFT algorithm to match the feature of shoeprint image: on the one hand, the shoeprint image is rotated ahead of time by the second location method. In addition, in the feature vector matching part, the minimum Euclidean distance is taken as the criterion to judge whether the feature points match or not. Then the sift feature matching efficiency is improved by the ratio of the minimum Euclidean distance to the sub-Euclidean distance to eliminate the invalid matching points. The experimental results show that the proposed secondary location algorithm and the improved SIFT algorithm not only shorten the registration time but also improve the registration accuracy under the premise of ensuring the image registration rate and robustness of the algorithm.
