【摘要】：隨著經(jīng)濟(jì)的發(fā)展和社會(huì)的進(jìn)步,各行各業(yè)之間的競(jìng)爭(zhēng)也越來越激烈。人們?yōu)榱嗽诟?jìng)爭(zhēng)中獲得優(yōu)勢(shì),越來越追求高的效率和低的成本。信息技術(shù)的引入,可以讓人們從簡(jiǎn)單重復(fù)的任務(wù)中解脫出來,從而更加注重于開創(chuàng)性的工作,在提高效率和降低成本的同時(shí),也提升了任務(wù)的完成效果。中科院在使用信息技術(shù)促進(jìn)科技創(chuàng)新和人才培養(yǎng)方面,起步比較早,從2002年就開始實(shí)施ARP項(xiàng)目(Academia Resource Planning),從各個(gè)方面滿足了各級(jí)院所的多層次、多維度的日常工作的要求,對(duì)工作的規(guī)范性和效率的提高也起到了很大的作用。盡管如此,現(xiàn)有的管理系統(tǒng)都停留在所級(jí)及院級(jí)應(yīng)用上,這些應(yīng)用由于不是從實(shí)驗(yàn)室的角度進(jìn)行設(shè)計(jì)和開發(fā)的,所以并不能滿足實(shí)驗(yàn)室日常工作的需求。在此背景下,我們萌生了開發(fā)本系統(tǒng)的想法。通過本系統(tǒng)來對(duì)實(shí)驗(yàn)室日常工作進(jìn)行輔助管理,通過接口充分地和中科院已有系統(tǒng)進(jìn)行結(jié)合,實(shí)現(xiàn)實(shí)驗(yàn)室工作一站式管理,可以把低效重復(fù)的工作交給計(jì)算機(jī)來自動(dòng)完成,并且有計(jì)算機(jī)來把一些工作進(jìn)行流程化管理,在提高效率的同時(shí),也可以降低錯(cuò)誤的發(fā)生。本文作者在深入分析了科研所實(shí)驗(yàn)室日常工作的特點(diǎn)和難點(diǎn)的基礎(chǔ)上,針對(duì)實(shí)際的工作需要,聽取了多方使用者的意見和建議,結(jié)合中科院現(xiàn)有的信息系統(tǒng)的優(yōu)勢(shì)和不足,綜合利用作者研究生期間所學(xué)的軟件工程及現(xiàn)代化信息管理系統(tǒng)方面的知識(shí),對(duì)科研所實(shí)驗(yàn)室管理系統(tǒng)進(jìn)行了詳細(xì)的需求分析、概要設(shè)計(jì)和詳細(xì)設(shè)計(jì),并最終進(jìn)行了具體的代碼實(shí)現(xiàn)和功能測(cè)試。經(jīng)過在幾個(gè)實(shí)驗(yàn)室的試運(yùn)行,證明系統(tǒng)可以很好地滿足實(shí)驗(yàn)室日常工作的需要,降低了科研人員日常的工作強(qiáng)度,提高了日常工作的工作效率,可以在其他實(shí)驗(yàn)室內(nèi)進(jìn)行更大范圍的推廣和應(yīng)用。
[Abstract]:With the economic development and social progress, the competition between various industries is becoming more and more fierce. In order to gain advantages in the competition, people are increasingly pursuing high efficiency and low cost. The introduction of information technology can free people from simple and repetitive tasks, thus paying more attention to pioneering work, improving efficiency and reducing costs, but also improving the effect of task completion. The Chinese Academy of Sciences started relatively early in using information technology to promote scientific and technological innovation and personnel training. Since 2002, it has implemented the ARP project, Academia Resource planning, to meet the needs of the multi-level and multi-dimensional daily work of institutions at all levels. The standardization and efficiency of the work has also played a great role. However, the existing management systems remain at the level of the application and hospital level, these applications are not designed and developed from the point of view of the laboratory, so they can not meet the needs of the daily work of the laboratory. In this context, we have the idea of developing this system. Through this system to carry on the assistant management to the laboratory daily work, through the interface fully and the Chinese Academy of Sciences has the system to carry on the union, realizes the laboratory work one stop type management, may hand over the inefficient duplicate work to the computer to complete automatically, And there are computers to process some of the work in order to improve efficiency, but also reduce the occurrence of errors. On the basis of in-depth analysis of the characteristics and difficulties of the daily work in the laboratories of the Institute of Science and Research, the author listened to the opinions and suggestions of various users in view of the actual needs of the work, and combined the advantages and disadvantages of the existing information systems of the Chinese Academy of Sciences. Based on the knowledge of software engineering and modern information management system, the author makes a detailed demand analysis, summary design and detailed design for the laboratory management system of the Institute of Science and Research. And finally carried on the concrete code realization and the function test. Through the trial operation in several laboratories, it is proved that the system can well meet the needs of the daily work of the laboratory, reduce the intensity of the daily work of the scientific research personnel, and improve the working efficiency of the daily work. It can be widely used in other laboratories.
