軍工工藝知識庫系統(tǒng)設計與開發(fā)

【摘要】:隨著信息技術的發(fā)展,以工藝知識為支撐的分布式協(xié)同開發(fā)方式,逐漸成為主要的軍工產(chǎn)品研制方式,工藝知識成為軍工制造發(fā)展和創(chuàng)新的核心競爭力。以知識庫系統(tǒng)為工具平臺,實現(xiàn)工藝知識的共享和重用,消除各軍工制造系統(tǒng)之間的資源孤島和重復建設,是當前軍工制造領域的一個重要研究方向。本文以軍工制造相關工藝技術為對象,構(gòu)建了軍工工藝知識體系和相應的知識庫,研究了高效的知識檢索方法,并開發(fā)了知識管理與應用的軟件系統(tǒng),促進了軍工工藝知識的共享和重用。首先,本文在分析了軍工工藝管理現(xiàn)狀及知識庫系統(tǒng)相關研究現(xiàn)狀的基礎上,對軍工工藝知識庫系統(tǒng)進行了需求分析,基于需求分析構(gòu)建了系統(tǒng)的框架結(jié)構(gòu)和功能結(jié)構(gòu)。然后,本文面向12大軍工制造工藝技術領域,組織并構(gòu)建了軍工工藝知識體系,在此基礎上,研究并構(gòu)建了基于本體的軍工工藝知識庫,并實現(xiàn)了軍工工藝知識本體的持久化存儲。針對實際應用需求,研究并提出了一種基于本體語義擴展和用戶屬性協(xié)同過濾的混合知識檢索機制,并通過實驗驗證了算法的有效性和準確性。最后,根據(jù)軟件工程的思想,設計并開發(fā)了 "軍工工藝技術體系知識庫系統(tǒng)",并在軍工制造相關廠、所進行了實際部署和應用。通過上述研究工作,實現(xiàn)了工藝知識的個性化準確檢索,提高了工藝知識的獲取效率,加速了工藝知識在不同系統(tǒng)之間的轉(zhuǎn)移,提高了工藝知識的共享和重用水平。
[Abstract]:With the development of information technology, distributed cooperative development supported by technological knowledge has gradually become the main way to develop military products, and process knowledge has become the core competitiveness of military manufacturing development and innovation. Taking the knowledge base system as the tool platform to realize the sharing and reuse of process knowledge and to eliminate the resource isolation and repeated construction among the military manufacturing systems is an important research direction in the field of military manufacturing at present. In this paper, the knowledge system and knowledge base of military manufacturing are constructed, the efficient knowledge retrieval method is studied, and the software system of knowledge management and application is developed. It promotes the sharing and reuse of military process knowledge. Firstly, based on the analysis of the current situation of the military process management and the research status of the knowledge base system, the requirement analysis of the military process knowledge base system is carried out. Based on the requirement analysis, the frame structure and function structure of the system are constructed. Then, the knowledge system of military manufacturing technology is organized and constructed in this paper, which is oriented to 12 major military manufacturing technology fields. On this basis, the knowledge base of military process based on ontology is studied and constructed. The persistence storage of military process knowledge ontology is realized. A hybrid knowledge retrieval mechanism based on ontology semantic extension and user attribute collaborative filtering is proposed to meet the practical application requirements. The validity and accuracy of the algorithm are verified by experiments. Finally, according to the idea of software engineering, the knowledge base system of military process technology system is designed and developed, and the actual deployment and application are carried out in the military manufacturing plants. Through the above research work, the personalized and accurate retrieval of process knowledge is realized, the efficiency of process knowledge acquisition is improved, the transfer of process knowledge between different systems is accelerated, and the level of sharing and reuse of process knowledge is improved.
