警情信息管理系統(tǒng)的設(shè)計(jì)與開發(fā)

【摘要】:隨著警情量的不斷增加,公安機(jī)關(guān)辦案壓力越來(lái)越大,警情信息規(guī)范化管理日益重要。當(dāng)前公安機(jī)關(guān)需要亟待解決的問(wèn)題是提升警務(wù)工作效率,以及提高民警的辦案效率。借助于先進(jìn)的科技手段,減緩民警的工作強(qiáng)度,向科技要警力,是目前緩解該問(wèn)題的有效手段之一,因此,建立一整套科學(xué)嚴(yán)謹(jǐn)?shù)、符合警情信息以及公安業(yè)務(wù)復(fù)雜性的警情信息管理系統(tǒng)具有重要意義。基于公安機(jī)關(guān)警情實(shí)際的分析設(shè)計(jì)警情信息管理系統(tǒng),采用具有強(qiáng)大功能的SQL Server數(shù)據(jù)庫(kù),基于其數(shù)據(jù)集成、數(shù)據(jù)存儲(chǔ)、數(shù)據(jù)分析等方面的優(yōu)勢(shì),滿足收集公安警信息、增加、整理、分析警情信息,并且對(duì)信息進(jìn)行挖掘的需要,對(duì)警情數(shù)據(jù)庫(kù)進(jìn)行構(gòu)建,從而對(duì)公安機(jī)關(guān)領(lǐng)導(dǎo)、情報(bào)部門、指揮部門等進(jìn)行警情查詢、警情統(tǒng)計(jì)與分析提供依據(jù),對(duì)于公安部門開展各項(xiàng)工作提供有效的評(píng)價(jià)體制,對(duì)準(zhǔn)確、及時(shí)、靈活的預(yù)警機(jī)制進(jìn)行構(gòu)建,從而使得業(yè)務(wù)輔助管理、預(yù)防控制警情、領(lǐng)導(dǎo)決策、破案輔助參考等需求得到滿足。警情信息管理系統(tǒng)對(duì)警情采集、查證平臺(tái)以及資料庫(kù)進(jìn)行構(gòu)建,使編輯警情信息、上報(bào)警情信息、審核警情信息等業(yè)務(wù)流轉(zhuǎn)功能得到實(shí)現(xiàn),對(duì)處理警情信息的流程進(jìn)行規(guī)范,對(duì)警情信息工作和偵辦案件工作的相互促進(jìn)作用進(jìn)行強(qiáng)化,對(duì)指揮決策具有重要意義。警情信息系統(tǒng)的構(gòu)建從警情管理實(shí)際工作出發(fā),通過(guò)用例分析的方法對(duì)警情信息管理系統(tǒng)業(yè)務(wù)需求進(jìn)行詳細(xì)分析,指揮基于需求分析的結(jié)果,進(jìn)行警情信息管理系統(tǒng)總體設(shè)計(jì),包括警情信息管理系統(tǒng)的技術(shù)路線、系統(tǒng)架構(gòu)、數(shù)據(jù)庫(kù)設(shè)計(jì)以及應(yīng)用軟件整體結(jié)構(gòu)等,在此基礎(chǔ)上,詳細(xì)設(shè)計(jì)了應(yīng)用軟件各功能模塊,根據(jù)Struts2開發(fā)方法設(shè)計(jì)業(yè)務(wù)邏輯層與數(shù)據(jù)邏輯層,最后對(duì)系統(tǒng)的功能以及性能進(jìn)行了測(cè)試,通過(guò)測(cè)試表明系統(tǒng)的設(shè)計(jì)具有高效性,可以使得有關(guān)業(yè)務(wù)需求得到滿足。警情系統(tǒng)開發(fā)采用結(jié)構(gòu)化建模,警情信息系統(tǒng)的開發(fā)分階段、分步驟進(jìn)行;系統(tǒng)開發(fā)主要功能模塊為兩個(gè),其一是系統(tǒng)的錄入功能,其二是系統(tǒng)的查詢功能。警情系統(tǒng)實(shí)現(xiàn)科學(xué)管理不同類別案件,對(duì)警情發(fā)生的時(shí)間、地點(diǎn)以及內(nèi)容進(jìn)行詳細(xì)記錄。電子化的錄入工作提高了信息共享效率,方便警情信息的查詢。
[Abstract]:With the increasing amount of police information, the pressure on public security organs to handle cases is increasing, and the standardized management of police information is becoming more and more important.At present, the urgent problem of public security organs is to improve the efficiency of police work, and to improve the efficiency of police handling cases.With the aid of advanced scientific and technological means, reducing the intensity of the work of the police and asking for the police force through science and technology is one of the effective means to alleviate this problem at present. Therefore, a set of scientific and rigorous measures should be established.The police information management system which accords with the police information and the complexity of public security business is of great significance.The police information management system is designed based on the actual analysis of police information in public security organs. The SQL Server database with powerful functions is adopted. Based on the advantages of data integration, data storage and data analysis, the police information is collected and increased.Sorting out and analyzing the information of the police situation, and the need to excavate the information, and constructing the database of the police information, thus providing the basis for the police organ leaders, the intelligence department, the command department, and so on, to carry on the police information inquiry, the police situation statistics and the analysis.To provide an effective evaluation system for public security departments to carry out various work, to construct an accurate, timely and flexible early warning mechanism, so as to make business assistant management, prevent and control police situation, and lead decision-making,The need to solve the case for auxiliary reference has been satisfied.The police information management system constructs the police information collection, verification platform and database, so that the functions of editing, reporting, auditing and so on are realized, and the process of dealing with the information is standardized.It is of great significance to strengthen the mutual promotion of police information work and case investigation work.The construction of the police information system starts from the actual work of the police information management, through the use case analysis method to carry on the detailed analysis to the police information management system business demand, commands based on the demand analysis result, carries on the alarm information management system overall design,It includes the technical route, system architecture, database design and the whole structure of the application software. On this basis, the functional modules of the application software are designed in detail.The business logic layer and the data logic layer are designed according to the Struts2 development method. Finally, the function and performance of the system are tested. The test results show that the design of the system is efficient and can satisfy the relevant business requirements.The development of the alarm information system is based on structured modeling, and the development of the alarm information system is carried out in stages and steps. The main function modules of the system development are two: one is the input function of the system, the other is the query function of the system.The system can manage different cases scientifically and record the time, place and content of the incident in detail.Electronic input improves the efficiency of information sharing and facilitates the inquiry of warning information.
