【摘要】：近幾年來,"反轉(zhuǎn)新聞"作為一種備受社會(huì)關(guān)注的熱點(diǎn)新聞現(xiàn)象,成為新聞業(yè)界的熱點(diǎn)話題,引起了學(xué)界的關(guān)注。本研究以網(wǎng)絡(luò)社會(huì)為邏輯起點(diǎn),結(jié)合社會(huì)學(xué)、傳播學(xué)理論,將"反轉(zhuǎn)新聞"放置網(wǎng)絡(luò)社會(huì)背景下進(jìn)行研究。主要理論為社會(huì)心理學(xué)中的群體動(dòng)力學(xué)和心理動(dòng)力學(xué),研究采用定量與定性相結(jié)合的方法,主要為結(jié)合理論對(duì)客觀現(xiàn)象的描述性研究。"反轉(zhuǎn)新聞"是網(wǎng)絡(luò)社會(huì)下新聞事實(shí)及輿論動(dòng)態(tài)出現(xiàn)一次或多次反向變化的動(dòng)態(tài)新聞過程。"反轉(zhuǎn)新聞"具有階段性特征,往往分為新聞發(fā)生、新聞拐點(diǎn)、新聞反轉(zhuǎn)三個(gè)階段,其發(fā)生場(chǎng)景多為網(wǎng)絡(luò)空間,具有突發(fā)性,討論的議題具有話題性。"反轉(zhuǎn)新聞"的出現(xiàn)與網(wǎng)絡(luò)社會(huì)形態(tài)緊密相關(guān),技術(shù)網(wǎng)絡(luò)的發(fā)展和社會(huì)網(wǎng)絡(luò)的改變都是催生"反轉(zhuǎn)新聞"的重要原因。網(wǎng)絡(luò)環(huán)境下的"反轉(zhuǎn)新聞"是一個(gè)多面向結(jié)構(gòu),包括網(wǎng)絡(luò)空間的公共輿論、思維空間的群體心理及現(xiàn)實(shí)空間的新聞?dòng)嵪ⅰ?三個(gè)空間"范疇內(nèi),由于"網(wǎng)眾"參與者的特質(zhì)影響,心理場(chǎng)中個(gè)體心理向群體心理演變,加上輿論場(chǎng)關(guān)聯(lián)下,心理場(chǎng)不斷改變。"反轉(zhuǎn)新聞"的群體心理隨著其他要素變化而變化,具有相互作用、相互影響的緊密關(guān)系。主要表現(xiàn)為新聞發(fā)生階段的刻板印象、相對(duì)剝奪心理,新聞拐點(diǎn)處的"從眾"和群體極化,以及新聞反轉(zhuǎn)階段的群體迷失和群體心智。"反轉(zhuǎn)新聞"作為一種新的新聞現(xiàn)象,對(duì)于新聞報(bào)道生態(tài)具有一定的正負(fù)效應(yīng)。根據(jù)群體心理的特點(diǎn)和產(chǎn)生機(jī)制,結(jié)合"反轉(zhuǎn)新聞"傳播過程,本文提出應(yīng)凈化網(wǎng)絡(luò)媒介的整體環(huán)境、提升媒介使用者的媒介素養(yǎng)、發(fā)揮媒體的輿論引導(dǎo)并強(qiáng)化新聞報(bào)道文本的核實(shí)求證,消除"反轉(zhuǎn)新聞"的負(fù)效應(yīng),優(yōu)化整個(gè)健康新聞報(bào)道生態(tài)。
[Abstract]:In recent years, reverse news, as a hot news phenomenon, has become a hot topic in the field of news, which has aroused the attention of the academic circles.This research takes the network society as the logical starting point, unifies the sociology, the communication theory, will "reverse news" under the network society background carries on the research.The main theories are group dynamics and psychological dynamics in social psychology. The methods of quantitative and qualitative analysis are adopted, and the descriptive study of objective phenomena is mainly used in combination theory. "Reverse news "is a dynamic news process in which news facts and public opinions change one or more times in a network society."The reverse news "has the stage characteristic, often divides into the news occurrence, the news inflection point, the news reversal three stages, its occurrence scene mostly is the network space, has the sudden, the discussion topic has the topic nature."The emergence of reverse news is closely related to the formation of network society. The development of technology network and the change of social network are the important reasons for the emergence of reverse news.The "reverse news" in the network environment is a multi-structure-oriented news message, including the public opinion in cyberspace, the group psychology in the thinking space and the news information in the real space. "In the category of "three spaces", due to the influence of the characteristics of the participants in the "network crowd", the individual psychology in the psychological field evolves into the group psychology, and the psychological field is constantly changing under the connection of the public opinion field.The group psychology of "reverse news" changes with the change of other elements and has a close relationship of interaction and interaction.It is mainly manifested in the stereotype of the stage of news occurrence, the relative deprivation psychology, the "conformity" and group polarization at the inflexion of news, as well as the group loss and group mentality in the stage of news reversal. "As a new news phenomenon, reverse news has a positive and negative effect on the ecology of news reporting.According to the characteristics and production mechanism of group psychology, combined with the process of "reverse news", this paper puts forward that the whole environment of network media should be purified and the media literacy of media users should be improved.Give full play to the media's public opinion guide and strengthen the verification and verification of the news report text, eliminate the negative effect of "reverse news" and optimize the whole healthy news report ecology.
