【摘要】：天然氣由于其污染性低,環(huán)保等特性被越來越多的使用在社會(huì)生活的方方面面。但天然氣的主要運(yùn)輸途徑是管道,管道的泄露監(jiān)測及管理即成為天然氣運(yùn)輸過程中保障安全性的重要因素。城市地下燃?xì)夤芫W(wǎng)位于復(fù)雜多變的地下環(huán)境中,具有壓力低,多分支,多附件等特點(diǎn),導(dǎo)致泄漏監(jiān)測管理的難度很大,地下燃?xì)夤艿赖男孤┍O(jiān)測是急待解決的問題之一。本論文基于濃度傳感器網(wǎng)絡(luò)設(shè)計(jì)實(shí)現(xiàn)了管網(wǎng)泄漏實(shí)時(shí)監(jiān)測管理系統(tǒng),該系統(tǒng)利用濃度傳感器實(shí)時(shí)采集管網(wǎng)天然氣濃度并回傳給控制端進(jìn)行數(shù)據(jù)的存儲(chǔ)、分析及告警處理,以實(shí)現(xiàn)對天然氣管網(wǎng)泄露的實(shí)時(shí)監(jiān)測及管理功能。論文研究的主要內(nèi)容包括管網(wǎng)拓?fù)淠Ｐ偷难芯俊⑻岢鰝鞲衅鞯牟季植呗圆?shí)現(xiàn)了濃度傳感器的管網(wǎng)布局、實(shí)時(shí)采集及傳輸濃度數(shù)據(jù)、設(shè)計(jì)并實(shí)現(xiàn)了控制端系統(tǒng)。控制端系統(tǒng)利用Access數(shù)據(jù)庫進(jìn)行數(shù)據(jù)的后端存儲(chǔ)、在MyEclipse環(huán)境中開發(fā)前臺(tái)系統(tǒng)對采集的數(shù)據(jù)進(jìn)行實(shí)時(shí)分析以便發(fā)現(xiàn)異常并以告警的形式通知管理者,達(dá)到對天然氣管網(wǎng)泄露的實(shí)時(shí)監(jiān)測和管理的目的。通過測試,本系統(tǒng)能夠完成對地下燃?xì)夤艿佬孤┑膶?shí)時(shí)監(jiān)測和管理,系統(tǒng)在安全性、實(shí)用性、功能性及成本方面均可以滿足現(xiàn)有天然氣環(huán)境的需求。
[Abstract]:Natural gas is more and more used in all aspects of social life because of its low pollution and environmental protection characteristics. But the main way to transport natural gas is through pipelines. Pipeline leakage monitoring and management is an important factor to ensure safety in the process of natural gas transportation. Urban underground gas pipeline network is located in a complex and changeable underground environment, with the characteristics of low pressure, multiple branches, multiple accessories, etc. The leakage monitoring of underground gas pipeline is one of the urgent problems to be solved. Based on the concentration sensor network, the real-time monitoring and management system of pipeline leakage is designed and implemented in this paper. The system uses the concentration sensor to collect the natural gas concentration of the pipe network in real time and sends it back to the control end for data storage, analysis and alarm processing. In order to realize the function of real-time monitoring and management of natural gas pipeline leakage, the main contents of this paper include the research of network topology model, the layout strategy of sensor and the distribution of concentration sensor. The control system is designed and implemented. The control system uses Access database to store the data at the back end. In the environment of MyEclipse, the foreground system is developed to analyze the collected data in real time in order to find the anomaly and notify the manager in the form of alarm, so as to achieve the purpose of real-time monitoring and management of the leakage of natural gas pipeline network. The system can realize the real-time monitoring and management of underground gas pipeline leakage. The system can meet the needs of the existing natural gas environment in terms of safety, practicability, functionality and cost.
