【摘要】:隨著計算機和軟件技術的蓬勃發(fā)展,人們生活的各個方面逐漸走向信息化的道路,各行各業(yè)開始采用系統(tǒng)化的方式進行自身業(yè)務的管理。沂南縣事業(yè)單位在人事管理方面存在諸多問題,管理過程涉及大量的人員信息和崗位信息,對于這些信息缺少系統(tǒng)化的管理,經(jīng)常導致信息泄露、數(shù)據(jù)混亂、計算誤差等問題。此外,隨著業(yè)務處理量的不斷變大,原有系統(tǒng)難以滿足新興的業(yè)務需求,導致系統(tǒng)難以處理一些突發(fā)情況。這些問題的存在嚴重影響該單位的整體工作效率,因此設計與實現(xiàn)一款完善的人事管理系統(tǒng)的工作迫在眉睫。沂南縣事業(yè)單位流程化人事管理系統(tǒng)采用JAVA語言進行系統(tǒng)的開發(fā),系統(tǒng)參照B/S架構分為客戶端和服務端兩部分,并按照MVC設計模式對系統(tǒng)進行功能模塊的劃分,降低系統(tǒng)模塊間的耦合性。同時,采用Struts、Spring、Hibernate框架對系統(tǒng)的各個層次進行管理,利用AOP和IoC技術降低系統(tǒng)開發(fā)的難度,提高系統(tǒng)的開發(fā)效率。在數(shù)據(jù)庫的存儲方面采用SQL Server 2014數(shù)據(jù)庫進行存儲,保證數(shù)據(jù)存儲的安全性。沂南縣事業(yè)單位流程化人事管理系統(tǒng)包括人員初始化管理、崗位設置方案變更管理、崗位調(diào)整聘用管理、新進人員崗位聘用管理、人員減少備案管理、信息變更管理、新聘人員簽訂合同管理。其中,人員初始化管理包括初始化業(yè)務發(fā)起、初始化業(yè)務申報、初始化業(yè)務審核三部分;崗位設置方案變更管理包括崗位方案設置、崗位變更審核、崗位變更復核、檔案資料管理四部分;人員減少備案管理模塊包括人員管理和業(yè)務審核兩部分;信息變更管理模塊包括人員管理、業(yè)務審核和業(yè)務審批三部分。其中,人員管理包括選擇信息變更人員、錄入基本信息、選擇待辦業(yè)務;業(yè)務審核包括審核提交業(yè)務和轉(zhuǎn)發(fā)業(yè)務;業(yè)務審批包括顯示人員變動信息、審核變動業(yè)務、存檔。沂南縣事業(yè)單位流程化人事管理系統(tǒng)的設計與實現(xiàn)一方面能夠提高該單位人事管理的效率,提高該部門的綜合競爭力;另一方面,系統(tǒng)采用面向流程的設計方式進行系統(tǒng)開發(fā),使用比較先進的技術和理念,彌補了國內(nèi)相關研究的不足。
[Abstract]:With the rapid development of computer and software technology, all aspects of people's life are gradually moving towards the road of information. A variety of industries began to use a systematic way to manage their own business. Yinan County institutions in personnel management there are many problems, the management process involves a large number of personnel information and post information. For these information lack of systematic management, often lead to information leakage, data confusion, calculation errors and other issues. In addition, with the increasing business processing, the original system is difficult to meet the emerging business needs. As a result, it is difficult for the system to deal with some unexpected situations. The existence of these problems seriously affects the overall work efficiency of the unit. Therefore, the design and implementation of a perfect personnel management system is urgent. Yinan County institutions process personnel management system using JAVA language for the development of the system. According to the B / S architecture, the system is divided into two parts: client and server. According to the MVC design pattern, the system is divided into functional modules to reduce the coupling between the system modules. At the same time, Struts is adopted. Spring hibernate framework to manage the system at all levels, using AOP and IoC technology to reduce the difficulty of system development. The SQL Server 2014 database is used to store the database. To ensure the security of data storage. Yinan County institutions process personnel management system including personnel initialization management, post setup scheme change management, post adjustment and employment management, new personnel post employment management. Personnel reduction record management, information change management, new personnel signed contract management. Personnel initialization management includes initialization business initiation, initialization business declaration, initialization business audit; The change management of post setup scheme includes four parts: post plan setting, post change audit, post change review and file data management. The personnel reduction and record management module includes two parts: personnel management and business audit. The information change management module includes three parts: personnel management, business audit and business approval. Personnel management includes the selection of information change personnel, input of basic information, selection of business to do; Business audit includes audit of business submission and forwarding business; The business examination and approval includes displaying the personnel change information, checking the change business, archiving. The design and implementation of the personnel management system of Yinan county institution can improve the efficiency of the personnel management of the unit on the one hand. Improving the overall competitiveness of the sector; On the other hand, the system adopts flow-oriented design method to develop the system, and uses advanced technology and ideas, which makes up for the deficiency of domestic related research.
