【摘要】：隨著廢舊家電產(chǎn)品更新?lián)Q代的加快,人們消費理念的改變,環(huán)保意識的提高,廢舊家電數(shù)量急劇增加,質(zhì)量參差不齊,再生家電產(chǎn)品需求增加。企業(yè)為實踐環(huán)保目標、提高經(jīng)濟效益、樹立良好的企業(yè)形象,建立完善的廢舊家電回收處理體系,促進家電產(chǎn)品的再制造,并控制家電回收處理過程的各項成本。本文以廢舊家電為研究對象,對廢舊家電產(chǎn)品處理過程中的庫存成本、處理費用以及再銷售過程的促銷成本等進行研究,提出了考慮廢舊零件再利用的逆向物流庫存控制策略,構(gòu)建了對應的庫存控制數(shù)學模型和離散仿真模型,包含了家電存儲、處理、再銷售以及零件再利用、采購等環(huán)節(jié)。首先,分析了家電產(chǎn)品回收處理過程中的庫存特點,建立了包含三個庫存(回收品庫存、成品庫存、零件庫存)的TPL逆向物流庫存控制模型,通過數(shù)學求解,得到了總周期成本與回收處理過程中各參數(shù)的關(guān)系。其次,分析了TPL逆向物流庫存控制模型的控制邏輯環(huán)節(jié),通過Arena軟件建立了包含四個子模型(回收品庫存子模型、成品庫存子模型、零件庫存子模型和控制邏輯子模型)的離散仿真模型,并結(jié)合實際案例,設(shè)計了不同的仿真方案,找出影響模型運行的關(guān)鍵因素。最后,開發(fā)了廢舊家電回收管理信息系統(tǒng),構(gòu)建了適用于消費者、回收機構(gòu)和管理機構(gòu)的系統(tǒng)模塊(廢舊家電信息錄入模塊、廢舊家電庫存信息管理模塊、用戶信息管理模塊),有效地實現(xiàn)了廢舊家電產(chǎn)品回收過程的跟蹤以及原始數(shù)據(jù)的積累,并通過實際示范,建立了廢舊家電回收和處理過程的數(shù)據(jù)庫,為理論研究者和決策者提供真實有效的參考數(shù)據(jù)。
[Abstract]:With the acceleration of the replacement of waste household appliances, the change of people's consumption concept, the improvement of environmental awareness, the quantity of waste household appliances has increased sharply, and the quality is uneven. In order to practice the goal of environmental protection, improve economic benefits, establish a good corporate image, establish a perfect recycling and treatment system of used household appliances, and promote the re-manufacture of household appliances. And control the cost of the recycling process of household appliances. This paper takes used household appliances as the research object, studies the inventory cost, the disposal cost and the promotion cost of the resale process in the process of disposal of used and used household appliances. The reverse logistics inventory control strategy considering the reuse of scrap parts is put forward, and the corresponding mathematical model and discrete simulation model of inventory control are constructed, including household appliances storage, processing, resale and parts reuse. First of all, this paper analyzes the characteristics of the inventory in the recovery process of household appliances, and establishes a TPL reverse logistics inventory control model which includes three inventory (recycling inventory, finished product inventory, parts inventory). Through the mathematical solution, the relationship between the total cycle cost and the parameters in the recovery process is obtained. Secondly, the control logic link of the TPL reverse logistics inventory control model is analyzed. The discrete simulation model including four sub-models (recovery inventory sub-model, finished product inventory sub-model, part inventory sub-model and control logic sub-model) is established by Arena software. Different simulation schemes are designed to find out the key factors that affect the operation of the model. Finally, a management information system for recycling used household appliances is developed, which is suitable for consumers. The system module of recycling organization and management organization (waste household appliances information input module, waste household appliances inventory information management module, user information management module). The process of recycling waste household appliances and the accumulation of raw data are effectively realized, and through practical demonstration, the database of recycling and processing process of waste household appliances is established. To provide theoretical researchers and decision makers with real and effective reference data.
