【摘要】：為響應教育部、財政部、國家發(fā)展改革委員會于2013年聯(lián)合下發(fā)的《關于深化研究生教育改革的意見》,國務院學位委員會辦公室(簡稱:國務院學位辦)組織開展了"教育質量調(diào)查"、"學科評估調(diào)查"等一系列專項調(diào)查工作,教育部學位與研究生教育發(fā)展中心(簡稱.·學位中心)作為國務院學位辦相關工作的具體實施單位,根據(jù)國務院學位辦的指示,立項建設"面向高等教育領域的在線調(diào)查系統(tǒng)"(簡稱:在線調(diào)查系統(tǒng)),將其應用于專項調(diào)查工作。建設在線調(diào)查系統(tǒng)實現(xiàn)調(diào)查工作信息化,國務院學位辦將直接面向最終調(diào)查對象展開調(diào)查,不再需要學校報送數(shù)據(jù),既減輕了學校的工作量,同時也保證了數(shù)據(jù)的準確度;系統(tǒng)基于互聯(lián)網(wǎng)面向全國發(fā)布,可實時查看調(diào)查結果,調(diào)查工作不受時間和空間的限制;通過大數(shù)據(jù)技術對調(diào)查結果進行分析,可降低分析工作的復雜度,分析結果更準確、更有針對性。項目開始后首先進行需求分析,明確各類用戶的關注點,形成用例圖,接著對業(yè)務流程進行梳理,形成業(yè)務流程圖,最終完成需求分析報告;需求分析完成后進行系統(tǒng)設計工作,系統(tǒng)設計工作分為兩個階段,第一階段為概要設計,包括邏輯架構設計、功能架構設計、部署架構設計、安全架構設計、技術路線設計,最終形成了概要設計報告,概要設計完成后系統(tǒng)整體的建設思路已經(jīng)確定;第二階段為詳細設計,包括數(shù)據(jù)庫設計、模塊設計、類設計、接口設計、界面設計、關鍵問題解決方案設計,最終形成了詳細設計報告,在詳細設計階段,對系統(tǒng)的幾個關鍵問題進行了重點設計,包括分發(fā)過程追加問題、導出調(diào)查結果、支持移動端訪問、批量導入調(diào)查對象、支持斷點續(xù)答、多題型存儲。系統(tǒng)的實現(xiàn)階段,采用可擴展、穩(wěn)定、開發(fā)效率高的JavaEE平臺實現(xiàn)系統(tǒng),主要實現(xiàn)了調(diào)查任務管理、調(diào)查問卷管理、調(diào)查結果分析、基礎數(shù)據(jù)維護、在線調(diào)查等功能,在系統(tǒng)開發(fā)階段引入功能測試、性能測試、兼容性測試,基于測試結果對系統(tǒng)進行了多輪優(yōu)化,最終完成了系統(tǒng)上線工作。上線后學位辦基于系統(tǒng)完成了多項調(diào)查工作,達到了良好的應用效果。
[Abstract]:In response to the Ministry of Education, the Ministry of Finance, the National Development and Reform Commission in 2013 jointly issued on the deepening of graduate education reform views. The academic degree Committee Office of the State Council (abbreviated as the academic places Office of the State Council) organized and carried out a series of special investigations, such as "investigation of educational quality" and "investigation of subject evaluation". The Ministry of Education degree and Graduate Education Development Center (abbreviated as 路degree Center) as the specific implementation unit of the relevant work of the State Council Scholarship Office, according to the instructions of the State Council Scholarship Office. An online investigation system for higher education is established, which is applied to the special investigation work. The online investigation system is constructed to realize the information of investigation work. The State Council Scholarship Office will carry out the investigation directly to the final investigation object, no longer need the school to submit the data, which not only reduces the workload of the school, but also ensures the accuracy of the data. Based on the Internet, the system can be distributed to the whole country, and the survey results can be viewed in real time, and the investigation work is not limited by time and space. Through the big data technology to analyze the survey results, can reduce the complexity of the analysis work, analysis results more accurate, more targeted. Form a use case diagram, then comb the business process, form a business flow chart, and finally complete the requirements analysis report; After the requirement analysis is completed, the system design work is divided into two stages, the first stage is the summary design, including logical architecture design, functional architecture design, deployment architecture design, security architecture design. The technical route design, finally formed the outline design report, after the outline design completed, the overall system construction thought has been determined; The second stage is the detailed design, including database design, module design, class design, interface design, interface design, key problem solution design, and finally form a detailed design report in the detailed design phase. Several key issues of the system are designed, including the distribution process of additional issues, the export of the survey results, support for mobile access, batch import survey objects, support breakpoint answer. Multi-item storage. The system implementation stage, using extensible, stable, development efficiency of the JavaEE platform to achieve the system, mainly to achieve the task management, questionnaire management, analysis of the results of the survey. Basic data maintenance, online survey and other functions, in the system development phase of the introduction of functional testing, performance testing, compatibility testing, based on the test results of the system for multi-round optimization. Finally, the system online work is completed. After the system, the school place office has completed a number of investigations based on the system, and achieved a good application effect.
