公共圖書館服務(wù)創(chuàng)新的理論與實(shí)踐研究

【摘要】:公共圖書館是我國公共文化服務(wù)建設(shè)的重要組成部分,是建設(shè)我國現(xiàn)代化文化體系不可缺少的重要公益機(jī)構(gòu),為我國建設(shè)社會主義精神文明社會發(fā)揮了不可替代的作用。公共圖書館始終將服務(wù)作為永恒主題,以公益性、普惠性、均等性的文化本質(zhì),為人民的精神文化生活提供了重要場所。然而隨著社會環(huán)境變化,讀者需求也多樣化個性化,公共圖書館服務(wù)需要在日益發(fā)展的社會大環(huán)境中不能固守傳統(tǒng)服務(wù)模式,進(jìn)行不斷創(chuàng)新與發(fā)展,創(chuàng)建新穎的服務(wù)內(nèi)容與服務(wù)方式,引入新技術(shù)手段,重組管理模式,為讀者服務(wù)發(fā)揮其社會價(jià)值。服務(wù)創(chuàng)新不僅是一個民族進(jìn)步的靈魂,也是現(xiàn)代公共圖書館進(jìn)行科學(xué)發(fā)展的核心思想。筆者通過文獻(xiàn)資料查閱分析與實(shí)地走訪國內(nèi)具有代表性的省級公共圖書館,分別是上海圖書館、浦東圖書館、杭州圖書館與南京圖書館,根據(jù)服務(wù)創(chuàng)新的研究目的與相關(guān)項(xiàng)目負(fù)責(zé)人與館員進(jìn)行訪談,形成了較為詳細(xì)的案例。在本文模型創(chuàng)建中參考并學(xué)習(xí)管理學(xué)中服務(wù)創(chuàng)新四維度模型,構(gòu)建一個基于此模型的公共圖書館服務(wù)創(chuàng)新模型。通過對公共圖書館理念創(chuàng)新、讀者界面創(chuàng)新、管理制度創(chuàng)新、技術(shù)創(chuàng)新等四方面結(jié)合走訪案例進(jìn)行實(shí)證分析與闡釋。服務(wù)理念維度,通過介紹"以人為本","廣度"與"深度"并重,"經(jīng)濟(jì)與文化"協(xié)調(diào)發(fā)展來分析;讀者界面維度通過創(chuàng)新服務(wù)內(nèi)容,改善服務(wù)方式來展開;管理創(chuàng)新維度分別從管理學(xué)的宏觀與微觀兩方面論述;技術(shù)創(chuàng)新維度依據(jù)新媒體技術(shù)、數(shù)字圖書館、創(chuàng)客空間以及在線學(xué)習(xí)來闡釋。最后歸納出希望在此研究基礎(chǔ)上建立一個符合社會進(jìn)步時代發(fā)展所需要的公共圖書館服務(wù)創(chuàng)新模型。
[Abstract]:The public library is an important part of the construction of public cultural service in our country, and it is an indispensable important public welfare organization to construct the modern cultural system of our country. It plays an irreplaceable role in building a socialist spiritual civilization society in our country. Public libraries always take the service as the eternal theme, with the cultural essence of public welfare, universality and equality. It provides an important place for people's spiritual and cultural life. However, with the change of social environment, readers' needs are diversified and individualized. The public library service should not stick to the traditional service mode, innovate and develop constantly, create new service content and service way, and introduce new technology means in the increasingly developing social environment. Restructuring the management mode to serve the readers and give full play to its social value. Service innovation is not only the soul of a nation's progress. It is also the core idea of the scientific development of the modern public library. Through the literature review and analysis and field visits to the representative provincial public libraries in China, they are Shanghai Library and Pudong Library respectively. Hangzhou Library and Nanjing Library, according to the purpose of service innovation research and related project leaders and librarians to interview. Form a more detailed case. In the establishment of this model reference and learning management service innovation four-dimensional model. To construct a public library service innovation model based on this model. Through the public library concept innovation, reader interface innovation, management system innovation. Technology innovation and other four aspects combined with visiting cases for empirical analysis and interpretation. Service concept dimension, through the introduction of "people-oriented", "breadth" and "depth" equal emphasis, "economy and culture" coordinated development to analyze; The reader interface dimension is developed through the innovation of service content and the improvement of service mode. The dimension of management innovation is discussed from the macro and micro aspects of management. The dimension of technological innovation is based on the new media technology, digital library. Finally, the author concludes that the author hopes to establish an innovative model of public library service in line with the needs of the development of social progress era on the basis of this research.
