【摘要】：藏品分類作為博物館業(yè)務(wù)的主要環(huán)節(jié)之一,是博物館藏品管理、藏品研究、陳列展覽等各項(xiàng)業(yè)務(wù)順利開(kāi)展的基礎(chǔ)和前提。尤其是在互聯(lián)網(wǎng)時(shí)代背景下,合理的藏品分類對(duì)于密切館際交流合作,滿足公眾多元化需求,以及推動(dòng)藏品信息資源共享等方面也起著不容忽視的作用。然而,當(dāng)下國(guó)內(nèi)博物館藏品分類實(shí)踐還存在較多問(wèn)題,如何做好此項(xiàng)業(yè)務(wù)已成為迫切之需。歷史類博物館作為中國(guó)博物館的重要組成部分,其藏品時(shí)間跨度大、藏品多樣性特點(diǎn)突出。因此,本文以歷史類博物館為研究對(duì)象,通過(guò)實(shí)地調(diào)查和電話、網(wǎng)絡(luò)咨詢等途徑,梳理出當(dāng)下國(guó)內(nèi)主要線下、線上歷史類博物館藏品分類現(xiàn)狀。通過(guò)分析發(fā)現(xiàn),國(guó)內(nèi)現(xiàn)有線下博物館藏品分類業(yè)務(wù)規(guī)范性尚不夠,一定程度上限制了線上博物館傳播藏品信息功能的實(shí)現(xiàn)。同時(shí),線下博物館也囿于技術(shù)和觀念等多方面因素,尚未有效發(fā)揮其優(yōu)勢(shì)。有鑒于此,筆者就改進(jìn)博物館藏品分類的建議做一簡(jiǎn)要探討,并嘗試從博物館公布線下藏品目錄和公眾參與構(gòu)建線上藏品分類兩方面,對(duì)博物館藏品分類發(fā)展趨勢(shì)做進(jìn)一步的思考。
[Abstract]:As one of the main links of museum business, collection classification is the foundation and prerequisite for the smooth development of museum collection management, collection research, exhibition and other business, especially in the context of the Internet era. Reasonable collection classification plays an important role in close inter-library communication and cooperation, meeting the diverse needs of the public, and promoting the sharing of collection information resources. At present, there are still many problems in the practice of classification of museum collections in China. How to do this business well has become an urgent need. As an important part of Chinese museums, historical museums have a long time span. Therefore, this paper takes the historical museum as the research object, through field investigation, telephone, network consultation and other channels, comb out the current domestic main line. Through the analysis, it is found that the domestic existing offline museum collection classification business is not standard enough. To some extent, it restricts the realization of the information function of the online museum. At the same time, the offline museum is limited by many factors, such as technology and concept, and has not yet effectively brought its advantages into full play. The author makes a brief discussion on the suggestions of improving the classification of museum collections, and tries to make a brief discussion from two aspects: the publication of the online catalogue of collections by museums and the construction of online collection classification by public participation. Further thinking about the development trend of museum collection classification.
