【摘要】:輪胎外觀質(zhì)量是最直觀評(píng)價(jià)輪胎品質(zhì)的指標(biāo),對(duì)其評(píng)估是輪胎質(zhì)量檢測(cè)中的重要環(huán)節(jié)。當(dāng)前國(guó)內(nèi)外的輪胎外觀質(zhì)量在線檢測(cè)仍多依靠人力完成,存在檢測(cè)效率低、人為因素影響大、勞動(dòng)強(qiáng)度高等缺點(diǎn)。近幾十年機(jī)器視覺(jué)檢測(cè)技術(shù)在多個(gè)領(lǐng)域的缺陷檢測(cè)方面得到推廣和應(yīng)用,為輪胎缺陷檢測(cè)裝置研發(fā)提供了技術(shù)基礎(chǔ)。對(duì)此,本文主要針對(duì)輪胎外觀質(zhì)量自動(dòng)檢測(cè)裝置設(shè)計(jì)與分析方面開(kāi)展了如下研究:(1)總結(jié)了輪胎存在的外觀質(zhì)量缺陷,分析了其特征及分布規(guī)律,提出了按照缺陷產(chǎn)生區(qū)域及類型的劃分方法。(2)結(jié)合輪胎外觀質(zhì)量人工檢測(cè)工藝,規(guī)劃了基于機(jī)器視覺(jué)技術(shù)的輪胎外觀質(zhì)量自動(dòng)檢測(cè)系統(tǒng)的總體設(shè)計(jì)方案,確定了系統(tǒng)主要由機(jī)械單元、控制單元、圖像采集和圖像處理單元構(gòu)成,選定了多相機(jī)同時(shí)自動(dòng)檢測(cè)和輪胎自動(dòng)旋轉(zhuǎn)的檢測(cè)方法采集輪胎內(nèi)外表面圖像信息。(3)從輪胎外觀檢測(cè)需要的胎圈夾持、子口擴(kuò)張和輪胎旋轉(zhuǎn)等動(dòng)作入手,分析了各動(dòng)作機(jī)構(gòu)間的邏輯關(guān)系、結(jié)構(gòu)形式及驅(qū)動(dòng)方式等,并對(duì)輪胎外觀檢測(cè)裝置進(jìn)行了結(jié)構(gòu)設(shè)計(jì)。(4)建立了轉(zhuǎn)臂的轉(zhuǎn)動(dòng)角度和胎圈夾持機(jī)構(gòu)可夾持輪胎內(nèi)徑及轉(zhuǎn)臂的轉(zhuǎn)動(dòng)角度和接觸處(軸套和旋轉(zhuǎn)套與輪胎胎圈)受力的數(shù)學(xué)模型。通過(guò)MATLAB繪圖分析得出:在輪胎胎圈夾持機(jī)構(gòu)的幾何關(guān)系及輪胎重量確定的情況下,接觸處的臨界法向力nF及圓周力tF的大小不隨轉(zhuǎn)臂的轉(zhuǎn)動(dòng)角度改變而變化。(5)借助有限元分析軟件ANSYS Workbench的Mechanical模塊對(duì)輪胎外觀檢測(cè)裝置的驅(qū)動(dòng)軸系進(jìn)行了靜力學(xué)分析,同時(shí)對(duì)機(jī)架進(jìn)行了模態(tài)分析,結(jié)果表明了設(shè)計(jì)結(jié)構(gòu)的合理性。(6)提出了輪胎內(nèi)外表面圖像采集元件選擇方案,規(guī)劃了檢測(cè)元件布置及調(diào)整方法,依照待測(cè)輪胎的相關(guān)技術(shù)參數(shù)和區(qū)域劃分方法,選定了相機(jī)和二維激光傳感器。
[Abstract]:Tire appearance quality is the most intuitive evaluation of tire quality, and evaluation is an important part of tire quality testing. At present, domestic and foreign tire appearance quality online inspection still rely on manpower to complete. In recent decades, machine vision detection technology has been popularized and applied in many fields, such as low detection efficiency, great influence of human factors, high labor intensity and so on. It provides a technical basis for the research and development of tire defect detection device. This paper mainly focused on the design and analysis of tire appearance quality automatic testing device as follows: 1) summed up the tire appearance quality defects, analyzed its characteristics and distribution law. The overall design scheme of tire appearance quality automatic inspection system based on machine vision technology is proposed according to the partition method of defect producing area and type. The system is mainly composed of mechanical unit, control unit, image acquisition and image processing unit. The automatic detection method of multi-camera and tire automatic rotation is selected to collect the image information of tire inner and outer surface. (3) starting with the actions of tire appearance inspection, such as bead clamping, sub-mouth expansion and tire rotation, etc. The logical relationship, structure and driving mode of each action mechanism are analyzed. The rotation angle of the rotating arm and the inner diameter of the tire and the rotation angle and contact point of the rotating arm (axle sleeve and rotary sleeve and tire bead) are established. The mathematical model of force. Through the MATLAB drawing analysis: in the case of tire bead clamping mechanism geometric relationship and tire weight determination. The magnitude of the critical normal force nF and the circumferential force tf at the contact point does not change with the rotation angle of the rotating arm. With the help of the Mechanical module of the finite element analysis software ANSYS Workbench, the static analysis of the driving shafting of the tire appearance detection device is carried out. At the same time, the modal analysis of the frame is carried out, and the results show the rationality of the design structure. (6) the selection scheme of the image acquisition elements on the inner and outer surface of the tire is proposed, and the layout and adjustment method of the detection elements are planned. According to the relevant technical parameters and area division method of the tire to be tested, the camera and the two-dimensional laser sensor are selected.
