【摘要】:雙通道正交信號(hào)源可產(chǎn)生單路或雙路正交的單頻正弦信號(hào)、頻移鍵控信號(hào)、自動(dòng)三角線性掃頻信號(hào)和調(diào)相信號(hào),單路信號(hào)廣泛應(yīng)用于雷達(dá)、航空航天、電力、通信廣播、電視、醫(yī)學(xué)、工業(yè)、農(nóng)業(yè)等領(lǐng)域,雙路正交信號(hào)廣泛應(yīng)用于正交調(diào)制、正交信號(hào)MIMO雷達(dá)、雷達(dá)接收機(jī)、雷達(dá)鑒相等場(chǎng)合。本課題設(shè)計(jì)了雙通道正交信號(hào)源,提出了基于FPGA和DDS技術(shù)的設(shè)計(jì)方案。采用FPGA控制DDS專用高集成度芯片AD9854,實(shí)現(xiàn)了輸出單路和雙路正交的單頻正弦信號(hào)、頻移鍵控信號(hào)、自動(dòng)三角線性掃頻信號(hào)、調(diào)相信號(hào)的功能。論文首先介紹了信號(hào)源的發(fā)展歷史和實(shí)現(xiàn)方法,對(duì)比了各種實(shí)現(xiàn)方法的優(yōu)缺點(diǎn),介紹了信號(hào)源的技術(shù)指標(biāo);然后具體闡述了DDS的構(gòu)成和工作原理,介紹了高集成度、高性價(jià)比的專用DDS芯片AD9854的功能、特點(diǎn)以及對(duì)AD9854的控制技術(shù)原理;接著分別對(duì)系統(tǒng)的硬件設(shè)計(jì)和軟件設(shè)計(jì)做出詳細(xì)闡述;最后完成了系統(tǒng)硬件電路的整體連接,實(shí)現(xiàn)了在上位機(jī)端更改信號(hào)參數(shù)控制系統(tǒng)輸出端輸出所需信號(hào)的功能,并給出測(cè)試系統(tǒng)功能和性能的方法以及實(shí)驗(yàn)結(jié)果。通過(guò)實(shí)驗(yàn)調(diào)試和測(cè)試,本設(shè)計(jì)可以產(chǎn)生較高穩(wěn)定度的單路或雙路正交的單頻正弦信號(hào)、頻移鍵控信號(hào)、自動(dòng)三角線性掃頻信號(hào)和調(diào)相信號(hào),輸出信號(hào)頻率達(dá)40MHz,峰峰值達(dá)5V,信號(hào)穩(wěn)定度達(dá)到10-4。本設(shè)計(jì)可以廣泛應(yīng)用于單通道信號(hào)源場(chǎng)合和雙通道正交信號(hào)場(chǎng)合,為信號(hào)源提供設(shè)計(jì)支持。
[Abstract]:Two-channel orthogonal signal source can produce single channel or double channel orthogonal single frequency sinusoidal signal, frequency shift keying signal, automatic triangular linear sweep signal and phase modulation signal. Single channel signal is widely used in radar, aerospace, electric power. Communication, television, medicine, industry, agriculture and other fields, dual-channel orthogonal signals are widely used in orthogonal modulation, orthogonal signal MIMO radar, radar receiver. In this paper, a dual-channel orthogonal signal source is designed, and a design scheme based on FPGA and DDS technology is proposed. FPGA is used to control the high integration chip AD9854 for DDS. The functions of single frequency sinusoidal signal, frequency shift keying signal, automatic triangular linear sweep signal and phase modulation signal are realized. Firstly, the development history and implementation method of signal source are introduced. The advantages and disadvantages of various implementation methods are compared, and the technical specifications of the signal source are introduced. Secondly, the structure and working principle of DDS are introduced in detail, and the functions, characteristics and control principle of AD9854 chip with high integration and high performance-to-price ratio are introduced. Then the hardware design and software design of the system are described in detail. Finally, the overall connection of the hardware circuit of the system is completed, and the function of changing the signal parameters in the upper computer to control the output signal of the system output is realized. The function and performance of the test system and the experimental results are given. Through the experiment debugging and testing, the design can produce single-channel or double-channel orthogonal single-frequency sinusoidal signal and frequency-shift keying signal. Automatic triangulation linear sweep signal and phase modulation signal, the output signal frequency is up to 40 MHz, the peak value is 5 V. The design can be widely used in single channel signal source and dual channel orthogonal signal field, and can provide design support for signal source.
