【摘要】：近年來(lái),輿情反轉(zhuǎn)現(xiàn)象頻發(fā),受到學(xué)界、業(yè)界和社會(huì)公眾的普遍關(guān)注。微信、微博等社交媒體作為當(dāng)下選擇使用率最高的信息平臺(tái),與輿情反轉(zhuǎn)現(xiàn)象的發(fā)生、發(fā)展及特征規(guī)律的演變具有千絲萬(wàn)縷的聯(lián)系。本文以雙微傳播環(huán)境為切入口和研究前提,借助傳播學(xué)、社會(huì)學(xué)和社會(huì)心理學(xué)等理論知識(shí),結(jié)合現(xiàn)實(shí)典型案例,對(duì)現(xiàn)階段輿情反轉(zhuǎn)現(xiàn)象的特征規(guī)律、形成機(jī)理、影響作用及解決對(duì)策進(jìn)行了探究、梳理和整合。第一章作為緒論,介紹了雙微傳播輿情反轉(zhuǎn)的研究背景與意義、研究?jī)?nèi)容與框架、研究方法與創(chuàng)新,并整理呈現(xiàn)了本文主要進(jìn)行分析研究的18個(gè)案例樣本;第二章是雙微傳播輿情反轉(zhuǎn)的相關(guān)概念界定和文獻(xiàn)研究綜述,其中從雙微傳播、新聞反轉(zhuǎn)、輿情反轉(zhuǎn)三個(gè)方面進(jìn)行了相關(guān)國(guó)內(nèi)外學(xué)術(shù)論文和研究成果整理、總結(jié)和評(píng)價(jià);第三章結(jié)合學(xué)術(shù)專著、文獻(xiàn)研究以及18個(gè)典型案例,總結(jié)了雙微傳播輿情反轉(zhuǎn)現(xiàn)象當(dāng)前所表現(xiàn)出來(lái)的特征規(guī)律;第四章是本文的核心,基于前三章的背景研究、概念界定、文獻(xiàn)整理和案例研究的基礎(chǔ)上,從社會(huì)背景、媒體業(yè)界、新聞學(xué)界、受眾行為、媒介技術(shù)等五個(gè)角度,深度研究、全面分析整合了雙微傳播輿情反轉(zhuǎn)的形成機(jī)理;第五章闡述了雙微傳播輿情反轉(zhuǎn)對(duì)新聞傳播、媒體發(fā)展、社會(huì)輿情和公眾行為的負(fù)面影響;第六章從政府監(jiān)管、媒體責(zé)任、受眾行為和學(xué)術(shù)領(lǐng)域等四個(gè)層面,對(duì)預(yù)防和制約雙微傳播輿情反轉(zhuǎn)現(xiàn)象頻發(fā)提出了一些思考意見(jiàn),以供參考�；ヂ�(lián)網(wǎng)技術(shù)更新速度越來(lái)越快,媒介環(huán)境日趨復(fù)雜,使得政府引導(dǎo)和監(jiān)測(cè)社會(huì)輿情的任務(wù)更加艱巨和繁重。分析研究輿情反轉(zhuǎn)的產(chǎn)生原因和發(fā)展規(guī)律,把握現(xiàn)階段雙微傳播的環(huán)境特征和運(yùn)作機(jī)制,解決好新時(shí)期的輿情問(wèn)題,是當(dāng)前得以正確、有序地引領(lǐng)輿論導(dǎo)向工作的重中之重,有益于國(guó)家政務(wù)輿情工作、社會(huì)公共事務(wù)乃至整個(gè)社會(huì)精神文明建設(shè)的良性運(yùn)轉(zhuǎn)。
[Abstract]:In recent years, the phenomenon of public opinion reversal has been widely concerned by scholars, the industry and the public. WeChat, Weibo and other social media as the current choice of the highest use of information platform, and the occurrence of public opinion reversal phenomenon. The development and the evolution of the characteristic law are inextricably linked. This paper takes the double micropropagation environment as the entrance and research premise, with the help of communication, sociology and social psychology and other theoretical knowledge, combined with the typical case of reality. The characteristics of the phenomenon of public opinion reversal, formation mechanism, impact and solutions are explored, combed and integrated. The first chapter, as an introduction, introduces the research background and significance of double-micropropagation public opinion reversal. Research content and framework, research methods and innovation, and collate and present the main analysis of this paper of 18 case samples; The second chapter is the definition of dual microcommunication public opinion reversal related concepts and literature review, which from the dual micro-communication, news reversal, public opinion reversal three aspects of the relevant domestic and foreign academic papers and research results. Summary and evaluation; The third chapter combines with academic monographs, literature studies and 18 typical cases, summarizes the characteristics of the phenomenon of double-micropropagation public opinion reversal. Chapter 4th is the core of this paper, based on the first three chapters of background research, concept definition, literature collation and case studies, from the social background, media industry, journalism, audience behavior. From five angles, such as media technology, the formation mechanism of the reversal of public opinion is comprehensively analyzed and integrated. Chapter 5th expounds the negative effects of double microcommunication public opinion reversal on news communication, media development, social public opinion and public behavior; Chapter 6th from the four levels of government supervision, media responsibility, audience behavior and academic field, put forward some thoughts on preventing and restricting the phenomenon of double micro-communication public opinion reversal frequently. For reference, the Internet technology updates more and more quickly, the media environment becomes more and more complex. The task of government guiding and monitoring social public opinion is more arduous and onerous. Analyze and study the cause and development law of public opinion reversal, grasp the environmental characteristics and operational mechanism of dual micro-communication at this stage. To solve the problem of public opinion in the new period is the most important part of leading the work of leading public opinion correctly and orderly, which is beneficial to the public opinion work of national government affairs. Social public affairs and even the construction of social spiritual civilization.
