【摘要】：如今網(wǎng)絡(luò)購物已經(jīng)進(jìn)入人們的日常生活中,正在改變?nèi)藗兊南M(fèi)和生活方式。但是現(xiàn)在的網(wǎng)絡(luò)購物網(wǎng)頁界面多是針對(duì)年青群體的用戶習(xí)慣所設(shè)計(jì)的,在網(wǎng)頁的導(dǎo)航、網(wǎng)頁的頁面布局、網(wǎng)頁的色彩搭配、圖標(biāo)的設(shè)計(jì)、網(wǎng)頁字體等都沒有考慮到老年人用戶群體,造成了現(xiàn)在的老年群體使用網(wǎng)絡(luò)購物的較少。我國老齡化問題已經(jīng)日益凸顯,養(yǎng)老問題面臨著嚴(yán)峻的考驗(yàn),伴隨著“互聯(lián)網(wǎng)+”的時(shí)代的到來,智能化養(yǎng)老是一個(gè)趨勢。在進(jìn)行網(wǎng)絡(luò)購物網(wǎng)頁界面設(shè)計(jì)時(shí),如何針對(duì)老年人的生理變化和心理變化進(jìn)行網(wǎng)頁界面人性化的無障礙設(shè)計(jì),為此次課題的研究的重點(diǎn)。本文將從老年人網(wǎng)絡(luò)購物“難”的問題為切入點(diǎn),從網(wǎng)頁界面設(shè)計(jì)人性化的角度來研究老年人網(wǎng)絡(luò)購物網(wǎng)頁界面設(shè)計(jì)。在課題的研究過程中,根據(jù)老年人群體的生理和心理特點(diǎn)的變化,結(jié)合人機(jī)工程學(xué)、界面設(shè)計(jì)、心理學(xué)、藝術(shù)學(xué)等多學(xué)科理論提出老年人購物網(wǎng)站界面設(shè)計(jì)的標(biāo)準(zhǔn)。首先,對(duì)我國老年群體的形態(tài)特征和老年人與網(wǎng)絡(luò)的關(guān)系進(jìn)行分析;其次,對(duì)網(wǎng)頁界面的發(fā)展歷程進(jìn)行研究;最后,總結(jié)老年人遇到網(wǎng)絡(luò)購物的問題,基于老年人的生理和心理設(shè)計(jì)出老年人網(wǎng)絡(luò)購物網(wǎng)站。通過本課題的研究,希望在針對(duì)老年人網(wǎng)絡(luò)購物網(wǎng)頁界面設(shè)計(jì)時(shí)有一定的理論依據(jù),更多的注重老年人的生理和心理變化,用人性化的無障礙設(shè)計(jì)來引導(dǎo)老年人群體完成網(wǎng)絡(luò)購物。
[Abstract]:Nowadays, online shopping has entered people's daily life and is changing people's consumption and lifestyle. However, the online shopping web interface is mostly designed for young people's user habits. In the navigation of the page, the layout of the page, the color collocation of the page, the design of the icon, the font of the page, etc., did not take into account the elderly user group. The problem of aging in China has become increasingly prominent, the pension problem is facing a severe test, with the arrival of the "Internet" era. Intelligent pension is a trend. In the design of online shopping web interface, how to design the physical and psychological changes of the elderly to carry out the user-friendly design of the web interface. For the focus of this research, this paper will start with the problem of "difficult" online shopping for the elderly. In the course of the research, according to the changes of physiological and psychological characteristics of the elderly group, combined with ergonomics. Interface design, psychology, art and other multidisciplinary theories put forward the elderly shopping website interface design standards. Firstly, the paper analyzes the morphological characteristics of the elderly group and the relationship between the elderly and the network. Secondly, the development course of the web interface is studied. Finally, the paper summarizes the problems of the elderly in online shopping, based on the physical and psychological design of the elderly online shopping website. Through the study of this topic. It is hoped that there is a certain theoretical basis when designing the web interface for the elderly online shopping, pay more attention to the physical and psychological changes of the elderly, and guide the elderly group to complete the online shopping with the humanized barrier-free design.
