【摘要】：隨著我國(guó)經(jīng)濟(jì)改革步伐的不斷推進(jìn),我國(guó)新聞媒體逐步走向了市場(chǎng)化,新聞?dòng)浾叩穆殬I(yè)道德也不可避免地受到考驗(yàn),新聞報(bào)道中的虛假新聞、有償新聞和“三俗”新聞時(shí)有發(fā)生。這導(dǎo)致我國(guó)新聞單位和新聞?dòng)浾叩男抛u(yù)度下降,與此同時(shí)新聞的權(quán)威性、公正性、引導(dǎo)性以及純潔性也正在受到威脅。因此,關(guān)注我國(guó)新聞?dòng)浾叩穆殬I(yè)道德失范現(xiàn)象,挖掘其產(chǎn)生的深層原因以及提出相應(yīng)解決措施,在當(dāng)前既有理論意義又有現(xiàn)實(shí)意義。本文主要運(yùn)用文獻(xiàn)法、案例分析法和問卷調(diào)查法等。先闡述了新聞?dòng)浾咭约靶侣動(dòng)浾呗殬I(yè)道德的概念、內(nèi)容和特點(diǎn),以此作為理論基礎(chǔ),通過調(diào)查問卷,分析了我國(guó)新聞?dòng)浾呗殬I(yè)道德失范的表現(xiàn),即新聞報(bào)道缺乏真實(shí)客觀性、部分新聞?dòng)浾吖ぷ髯黠L(fēng)不正、新聞報(bào)道“庸俗”“低俗”“媚俗”以及部分新聞?dòng)浾呷鄙俜⻊?wù)精神,進(jìn)而深入分析了當(dāng)前我國(guó)新聞?dòng)浾呗殬I(yè)道德失范的原因,即受社會(huì)功利主義思潮影響,國(guó)家相關(guān)政策法規(guī)不夠完善,新聞機(jī)構(gòu)內(nèi)部管理不嚴(yán)以及部分新聞?dòng)浾咚仞B(yǎng)不高。最后,本文從社會(huì)環(huán)境,新聞機(jī)構(gòu)和新聞?dòng)浾咦陨硖岢龊侠砘ㄗh,就社會(huì)環(huán)境來說,提高新聞?dòng)浾叩穆殬I(yè)道德素質(zhì)需要政府積極維護(hù)良好的社會(huì)秩序,不斷健全規(guī)范新聞環(huán)境的法律法規(guī)等等;就新聞機(jī)構(gòu)來說,需要定期對(duì)記者進(jìn)行素質(zhì)教育,嚴(yán)格新聞人員準(zhǔn)入制度;就新聞?dòng)浾咦陨矶?需要新聞?dòng)浾邚?qiáng)化自律意識(shí),抵制外來誘惑,從而使我國(guó)的新聞事業(yè)向更健康的方向發(fā)展。
[Abstract]:With the pace of economic reform in China continues to advance, the news media of our country gradually move towards the market, journalists occupation morals were affected by the test, the false news in the news report, paid news and vulgar news have occurred. This led to China's news organizations and journalists credibility decline at the same time authoritative news, fairness, and purity of the guide is being threatened. Therefore, our country pays attention to journalist occupation moral anomie, mining the reasons and put forward the corresponding solution measures in the current has both theoretical significance and practical significance. This paper mainly uses the literature method, case analysis method and questionnaire survey method. First elaborated the concept of news reporters and news reporters occupation morality, content and features, as the theoretical basis, through the questionnaire, analysis of China's news Reporters occupation moral anomie performance, namely the lack of objectivity of news reports, some journalists work style is not correct, news reports of "vulgar" and "vulgar" and "kitsch" and some journalists lack the spirit of service, and then analyzes the reason of fan Chinese journalists occupational ethics at present, is affected by the social utilitarianism thought, the relevant state policies and regulations are not perfect, the internal management is not strict, some news agency journalists literacy is not high. Finally, this paper from the social environment, news agencies and journalists themselves put forward reasonable suggestions on the social environment, improve the occupation moral quality of journalists needs government to maintain good social order, and constantly improve laws and regulations regulate the news environment and so on; the news agency, the need for quality education regularly to reporters, news staff strict access system; As far as journalists themselves are concerned, journalists need to strengthen self-discipline and resist foreign temptation, so that the news cause of our country will develop in a healthier direction.
