【摘要】:21世紀(jì)以來(lái),中國(guó)人口的老齡化正在逐步增加,人口老齡化一方面表明需要提供護(hù)理的老年人口在增多,另一方面也說(shuō)明能提供護(hù)理的人口在減少。因此,在信息化時(shí)代,如何提供對(duì)老年人和行動(dòng)不便的人有效且合理的護(hù)理是一個(gè)亟需解決的問(wèn)題,F(xiàn)在的護(hù)理床裝置大多數(shù)為手動(dòng)式控制或簡(jiǎn)單的電動(dòng)式控制,功能單一,并且無(wú)法對(duì)需要護(hù)理的人的體征數(shù)據(jù)進(jìn)行實(shí)時(shí)監(jiān)測(cè)。本文針對(duì)以上問(wèn)題研究了一種多功能護(hù)理床控制系統(tǒng),主要工作如下:(1)針對(duì)需要護(hù)理的人員的實(shí)際特點(diǎn),為了實(shí)現(xiàn)控制方式的最簡(jiǎn)化,運(yùn)用手勢(shì)來(lái)實(shí)現(xiàn)護(hù)理床的智能控制。在此基礎(chǔ)上詳細(xì)介紹了基于Kinect傳感器的手勢(shì)識(shí)別技術(shù),對(duì)相應(yīng)算法做了改進(jìn),并將其運(yùn)用到護(hù)理床控制系統(tǒng)上來(lái)。(2)介紹了護(hù)理床床體及基于STC15F2K60S2單片機(jī)的控制系統(tǒng)設(shè)計(jì),實(shí)現(xiàn)護(hù)理床的姿態(tài)變換如翻身,坐起,便盆升降等功能。設(shè)計(jì)了沖洗室結(jié)構(gòu),并在此基礎(chǔ)上設(shè)計(jì)了沖洗室的控制系統(tǒng),實(shí)現(xiàn)人方便后的沖洗烘干等功能,保證清潔和舒適性。(3)設(shè)計(jì)了基于各體征傳感器的體征監(jiān)測(cè)模塊。體征監(jiān)測(cè)模塊佩戴在人體身上,實(shí)現(xiàn)對(duì)室溫,病人體溫,心電圖,脈波圖的監(jiān)測(cè)及視頻顯示,并把所監(jiān)測(cè)到的體征數(shù)據(jù)顯示在手機(jī)APP上。(4)對(duì)多功能護(hù)理床控制系統(tǒng)進(jìn)行了調(diào)試,主要包括基于手勢(shì)的多功能護(hù)理床姿態(tài)調(diào)試,生命體征監(jiān)測(cè)模塊調(diào)試,視頻數(shù)據(jù)調(diào)試。給出了測(cè)試結(jié)果
[Abstract]:Since 21th century, the aging of China's population is gradually increasing. On the one hand, the aging population indicates that the number of elderly people in need of care is increasing, on the other hand, it also indicates that the number of people who can provide care is decreasing. In the information age, how to provide effective and reasonable nursing care for the elderly and people with mobility is a problem that needs to be solved. Nowadays, most of the nursing bed devices are manual or simple electric control. The function is single, and the physical sign data of the person in need of nursing can not be monitored in real time. This paper studies a kind of multi-function nursing bed control system in view of the above problems. The main work is as follows: 1) according to the actual characteristics of the personnel in need of care, in order to achieve the most simplified control mode. On the basis of this, the gesture recognition technology based on Kinect sensor is introduced in detail, and the corresponding algorithm is improved. This paper introduces the design of nursing bed body and the control system based on STC15F2K60S2 single chip microcomputer, and realizes the posture change of nursing bed such as turning over and sitting up. The structure of the washing chamber is designed and the control system of the washing room is designed on the basis of which the function of washing and drying after convenience is realized. The physical sign monitoring module based on the physical sign sensor is designed. The physical sign monitoring module is worn on the human body to achieve room temperature, patient temperature, electrocardiogram. The multifunctional nursing bed control system was debugged by the monitoring and video display of pulse map and the display of the monitored physical sign data on the mobile phone APP. It mainly includes gesture based multi-function nursing bed posture debugging, vital sign monitoring module debugging, video data debugging. The test results are given.
