【摘要】：中國作為全球第二大經(jīng)濟(jì)體,制造業(yè)在國民經(jīng)濟(jì)中占有非常重要戰(zhàn)略地位。工業(yè)儀器儀表行業(yè)是機(jī)械工業(yè)的重要分支屬于典型離散制造業(yè),具有“多品種、小批量”生產(chǎn)組織模式的難點(diǎn)。不同批量的多項(xiàng)生產(chǎn)任務(wù)并安排在生產(chǎn)計(jì)劃中,導(dǎo)致制造執(zhí)行因采購、庫存以及設(shè)備、人員等諸多生產(chǎn)能力因素的約束,在執(zhí)行過程中呈離散執(zhí)行特點(diǎn)。工業(yè)自動(dòng)化儀器儀表行業(yè)迫切需要一種適合自身行業(yè)特點(diǎn)的制造過程信息化方案,全面提高企業(yè)管理水平,同時(shí)也是落實(shí)國家“信息化帶動(dòng)工業(yè)化,工業(yè)化促進(jìn)信息化”(兩化深度融合)戰(zhàn)略。實(shí)施信息化管理是工業(yè)儀器儀表制造企業(yè)適應(yīng)市場變化的重要舉措,制造執(zhí)行系統(tǒng)(Manufacturing Execution System,MES)是企業(yè)上層管理系統(tǒng)(ERP/MRPⅡ)與底層過程控制系統(tǒng)(DCS、PLC)之間信息交互的“路由器”。探索適合工業(yè)儀器儀表行業(yè)特點(diǎn)的MES系統(tǒng),不僅有利于企業(yè)自身健康發(fā)展,也為儀器儀表行業(yè)應(yīng)用做出試點(diǎn)示范。本文著重研究MES系統(tǒng)在CY公司實(shí)際應(yīng)用案例,主要完成以下工作內(nèi)容:首先,明確MES的定義和標(biāo)準(zhǔn)功能模塊,對(duì)MES國內(nèi)外相關(guān)技術(shù)標(biāo)準(zhǔn)進(jìn)行了研究,分析了國內(nèi)外制造業(yè)MES發(fā)展和新技術(shù)應(yīng)用趨勢(shì)。其次,通過CY公司對(duì)MES系統(tǒng)的建設(shè)需求進(jìn)行了調(diào)研和分析,基于業(yè)務(wù)關(guān)注的重點(diǎn),進(jìn)行了系統(tǒng)總體功能設(shè)計(jì),在此基礎(chǔ)上,完成了系統(tǒng)模塊的詳細(xì)設(shè)計(jì)。最后,通過項(xiàng)目建設(shè),完成了MES系統(tǒng)的實(shí)施,實(shí)現(xiàn)了車間生產(chǎn)制造過程的生產(chǎn)計(jì)劃、作業(yè)監(jiān)控、設(shè)備管理、物料配送、質(zhì)量控制、統(tǒng)計(jì)與分析、看板管理以及多系統(tǒng)之間數(shù)據(jù)集成的MES系統(tǒng)管理,實(shí)踐了系統(tǒng)設(shè)計(jì)的功能要求。目前,MES系統(tǒng)在CY公司運(yùn)行效果良好,尤其是系統(tǒng)融入了智能工廠的建設(shè),不僅驗(yàn)證了研究方案的有效性,而且實(shí)踐了兩化深度融合。
