【摘要】:垃圾焚燒發(fā)電是目前國內(nèi)處理垃圾的重要方式之一,經(jīng)過多年的國產(chǎn)化技術(shù)革新,垃圾焚燒爐從普遍進(jìn)口改為大部分國產(chǎn)化,自動化控制系統(tǒng)也是全進(jìn)口變?yōu)閲a(chǎn)化。和利時(shí)MACS V5.2.4控制系統(tǒng)編寫容易、擴(kuò)展性強(qiáng),維護(hù)輕松,自動控制系統(tǒng)整體運(yùn)行穩(wěn)定、可靠。垃圾焚燒已經(jīng)成為各城市處理垃圾的主要方式,在整個垃圾焚燒流程中,垃圾在爐排上燃燒過程是最為重要的環(huán)節(jié),燃燒時(shí)的溫度直接決定了處理垃圾的效率及質(zhì)量,也是影響二次污染的決定環(huán)節(jié)。機(jī)械爐排是焚燒垃圾流程中的核心設(shè)備,所以通過對機(jī)械爐排整體DCS控制,實(shí)現(xiàn)對燃燒溫度的自動控制,對我國城市垃圾焚燒處理、節(jié)能減排有非常重要的意義。本文首先說明課題研究的背景和意義,對垃圾在機(jī)械爐排上焚燒的控制系統(tǒng)和工藝流程進(jìn)行學(xué)習(xí)和研究,介紹機(jī)械爐排在垃圾焚燒時(shí)的工作原理和相關(guān)溫度場的關(guān)系。然后根據(jù)垃圾焚燒的特性,提出了基于DCS的垃圾機(jī)械爐排爐自動燃燒控制系統(tǒng)總體方案,并對DCS硬件進(jìn)行設(shè)計(jì)、選型、安裝及調(diào)試,對控制系統(tǒng)軟件進(jìn)行設(shè)計(jì)、實(shí)現(xiàn)及調(diào)試優(yōu)化,最后整套系統(tǒng)投入實(shí)際應(yīng)用,運(yùn)行的狀況和結(jié)果表明控制系統(tǒng)實(shí)現(xiàn)了既定的控制目標(biāo)。本文設(shè)計(jì)并實(shí)現(xiàn)的機(jī)械爐排爐自動燃燒控制系統(tǒng),已應(yīng)用在浙江省寧波市。目前該系統(tǒng)已投入運(yùn)行,整套爐排控制系統(tǒng)運(yùn)行良好,操作簡潔方便。實(shí)現(xiàn)了垃圾在焚燒時(shí)的燃燒自動化,垃圾機(jī)械爐排爐自動燃燒控制系統(tǒng)運(yùn)行良好,調(diào)節(jié)速度快,系統(tǒng)穩(wěn)定性能好,抗擊干擾能力強(qiáng),取得了非常好的效果。
[Abstract]:Waste incineration power generation is one of the important way for domestic waste disposal at present, the domestic technology innovation for many years, garbage incinerator from the general import for most of the localization, automatic control system is imported into China. Hollysys MACS V5.2.4 control system written in easy expansibility, easy maintenance, automatic control system of the overall operation stable and reliable. Waste incineration has become a main way of waste disposal of the city, in the whole process of waste incineration, waste on the grate combustion process is the most important part of the combustion temperature directly affects the efficiency and quality of waste disposal, but also affect the decision to link two pollution. Mechanical grate incineration is the core equipment in the process of garbage, so through control of the mechanical grate DCS, realize the automatic control of the combustion temperature, combustion of burning waste in our country city, energy saving Has a very important significance. This paper shows the reduction of background and significance of the research, study and Research on the control system and the process of waste incineration in mechanical grate, the working principle of mechanical grate in waste incineration and temperature field. Then according to the characteristics of waste incineration, the automatic combustion control the overall scheme of the system of waste mechanical grate furnace based on DCS, and the DCS design, hardware selection, installation and commissioning, to design the control system software implementation and debugging, optimization, application of the actual investment condition and finally the whole system operation results show that the control system is to achieve the control goals. Automatic combustion control system of machinery this paper describes the design and implementation of chain grate furnace, has been applied in Zhejiang city of Ningbo province. The system has been put into operation, the grate control system is running well, simple operation The automatic combustion control system of garbage machine burning grate stove runs well, the speed of regulation is fast, the stability of the system is good, and the ability of resisting interference is strong, which achieves very good results.
