【摘要】:我國西部高原山區(qū)地處歐亞板塊和印度洋板塊的交界,地質(zhì)構(gòu)造復(fù)雜、地殼運(yùn)動劇烈,導(dǎo)致地震活動頻繁。近年來,地震災(zāi)害給這一地區(qū)的城鎮(zhèn)和農(nóng)村的基礎(chǔ)設(shè)施、生產(chǎn)生活和人民生命財(cái)產(chǎn)造成很大損失,影響了社會經(jīng)濟(jì)的可持續(xù)發(fā)展。地震應(yīng)急響應(yīng)系統(tǒng)的建設(shè)為政府相關(guān)部門進(jìn)行地震前災(zāi)害預(yù)測、震后應(yīng)急響應(yīng)科學(xué)決策提供了一個快速有效的平臺。地震應(yīng)急響應(yīng)數(shù)據(jù)庫是地震危險(xiǎn)性分析和應(yīng)急響應(yīng)系統(tǒng)的基礎(chǔ)。本研究以貴州省科學(xué)技術(shù)廳社會發(fā)展攻關(guān)項(xiàng)目(《畢節(jié)市地震應(yīng)急分類響應(yīng)系統(tǒng)關(guān)鍵技術(shù)研究與開發(fā)》為依托,根據(jù)地震危險(xiǎn)性分析計(jì)算和應(yīng)急響應(yīng)系統(tǒng)建設(shè)需求,研究構(gòu)建畢節(jié)市地震應(yīng)急響應(yīng)數(shù)據(jù)庫的技術(shù)路線、方法和關(guān)鍵技術(shù),并建立與之相適應(yīng)的應(yīng)急響應(yīng)數(shù)據(jù)庫。論文首先對當(dāng)前國內(nèi)外地震災(zāi)害基礎(chǔ)數(shù)據(jù)庫建設(shè)方法和技術(shù)規(guī)程進(jìn)行了綜述。其次,根據(jù)地震危險(xiǎn)性分析及應(yīng)急響應(yīng)的需求,收集整理了研究區(qū)的基礎(chǔ)地理信息、區(qū)域地質(zhì)、斷層、道路、建筑物、生產(chǎn)生活設(shè)施等數(shù)據(jù)。接著,對應(yīng)急響應(yīng)空間數(shù)據(jù)庫建設(shè)進(jìn)行概要設(shè)計(jì),包括數(shù)據(jù)需求分析、數(shù)據(jù)約定、數(shù)據(jù)分類以及對數(shù)據(jù)庫數(shù)據(jù)的邏輯描述等。最后,采用ArcGIS的GDB方式,建立了地震應(yīng)急響應(yīng)空間數(shù)據(jù)庫。空間數(shù)據(jù)庫包括了地震危險(xiǎn)性分析及應(yīng)急響應(yīng)分析所需的基礎(chǔ)地理地圖、行政區(qū)劃圖、房屋建筑、國民經(jīng)濟(jì)統(tǒng)計(jì)、企業(yè)經(jīng)濟(jì)統(tǒng)計(jì)、地質(zhì)圖、活動構(gòu)造分布、地震區(qū)劃、地震活動、重點(diǎn)監(jiān)視防御區(qū)、地震臺網(wǎng)、震害與救援案例、道路交通分布圖等內(nèi)容。畢節(jié)市地震應(yīng)急數(shù)據(jù)庫的建設(shè),實(shí)現(xiàn)了空間數(shù)據(jù)和屬性數(shù)據(jù)的集成,為地震危險(xiǎn)性分析計(jì)算和應(yīng)急響應(yīng)決策提供了數(shù)據(jù)支撐。
[Abstract]:The mountainous area of the western plateau of China is located at the junction of Eurasian plate and Indian Ocean plate. The geological structure is complicated and the crustal movement is violent, which results in frequent seismic activity in recent years. The earthquake disaster has caused great losses to the urban and rural infrastructure, production, life and property of the people in this area. It affects the sustainable development of social economy. The construction of earthquake emergency response system for the relevant government departments to predict the pre-earthquake disaster. The database of earthquake emergency response is the basis of earthquake risk analysis and emergency response system. This study is based on the key items of social development of Guizhou Provincial Science and Technology Department. Head (. Research and Development of key Technologies for earthquake Emergency Classification and response system in Bijie City. According to the requirements of seismic risk analysis and emergency response system construction, the technical route, method and key technology of constructing the database of earthquake emergency response in Bijie City are studied. And the corresponding emergency response database is established. Firstly, this paper summarizes the methods and technical regulations of building the basic database of earthquake disaster at home and abroad. Secondly. According to the needs of seismic risk analysis and emergency response, the basic geographic information, regional geology, faults, roads, buildings, production and living facilities of the study area are collected and collated. The construction of emergency response spatial database is designed briefly, including data requirement analysis, data agreement, data classification and logical description of database data. Finally, the GDB mode of ArcGIS is adopted. The spatial database of earthquake emergency response is established. The spatial database includes the basic geographic map, administrative division map, building construction and national economy statistics for seismic risk analysis and emergency response analysis. Enterprise economic statistics, geological maps, active structure distribution, seismic zoning, seismic activities, focus on monitoring and defense areas, seismic network, earthquake damage and rescue cases. The construction of the earthquake emergency database in Bijie realizes the integration of spatial data and attribute data, which provides data support for seismic risk analysis and calculation and emergency response decision.
