【摘要】：融合通信業(yè)務(wù)為用戶提供基于IP通信技術(shù)的音視頻通話、在線會議、通信錄以及即時消息等核心業(yè)務(wù)功能,在移動互聯(lián)網(wǎng)技術(shù)飛速發(fā)展和多樣化的智能設(shè)備迅速普及的大環(huán)境下,融合通信業(yè)務(wù)需求得到爆發(fā)式提高。在企業(yè)移動信息化發(fā)展的過程中,融合通信應(yīng)用具有更強的拓展性,為企業(yè)和團隊提供以通信為基礎(chǔ)的更加豐富的服務(wù),主要表現(xiàn)在可以集成企業(yè)CRM系統(tǒng),企業(yè)ERP系統(tǒng),企業(yè)郵件系統(tǒng),辦公系統(tǒng)等。同時很多企業(yè)允許BYOD(員工自帶設(shè)備),開發(fā)融合通信應(yīng)用又具有諸多的約束性,同一款應(yīng)用需要適配多種設(shè)備,包括多樣化的硬件設(shè)備,多樣化的操作系統(tǒng)。融合通信應(yīng)用的拓展性和約束性促進了融合通信應(yīng)用開發(fā)與Hybrid開發(fā)技術(shù)相結(jié)合。但Hybrid技術(shù)存在劣勢,表現(xiàn)為用戶交互體驗差,與原生應(yīng)用相比用戶界面切換頁面卡頓,加載慢等問題。綜上,為開發(fā)者提供一套開發(fā)速度更快、成本更低的融合通信混合應(yīng)用解決方案,為用戶提供一款性能更好、體驗更佳的融合通信混合應(yīng)用是亟需解決的問題。為了優(yōu)化融合通信混合應(yīng)用的交互體驗,文中首先針對融合通信應(yīng)用的開發(fā)場景,設(shè)計并實現(xiàn)了基于MVC模型的混合應(yīng)用開發(fā)框架,為高性能的混合應(yīng)用開發(fā)提供基礎(chǔ)支持。然后在開發(fā)框架的基礎(chǔ)上設(shè)計和實現(xiàn)了三個性能優(yōu)化機制,分別為Web文件差量更新機制、Web數(shù)據(jù)離線緩存機制和基于響應(yīng)式設(shè)計和異步請求的界面交互機制。最后對混合應(yīng)用框架和優(yōu)化機制進行實際測試,驗證實用性和可行性,并設(shè)計和展示了一款基于該框架和優(yōu)化機制的混合應(yīng)用實例App。
[Abstract]:The integration of communication services to provide users with IP communication technology, audio and video calls, online meetings, communications and instant messaging and other core business functions based on smart devices in the rapid development of mobile Internet technology and the diversification of the rapid popularization of the environment, needs to get the explosive increase of converged communication services. In the process of enterprise mobile information development, converged communication applications are more expansibility, providing more abundant services based on communication for enterprises and teams, mainly in the integration of enterprise CRM system, enterprise ERP system, enterprise mail system, office system and so on. At the same time, many enterprises allow BYOD (employees bring their own devices), and the development of converged communication applications also has many constraints. The same application needs to adapt to many kinds of devices, including a variety of hardware devices and a variety of operation systems. The expansibility and constraints of the application of the fusion communication promote the combination of the application development of the fusion communication and the Hybrid development technology. However, there is a disadvantage in Hybrid technology, which shows that the user's interactive experience is poor, and the user interface switches the page card with the user interface, and the load is slow. To sum up, it will provide developers with a faster and cheaper hybrid communication application solution. It is urgent to provide users with a better performance and better experience of mixed communication applications. In order to optimize the interaction experience of converged communication applications, we first designed and implemented a hybrid application development framework based on MVC model for the development scenarios of converged communication applications, providing the basic support for high-performance hybrid application development. Then, based on the development framework, three performance optimization mechanisms are designed and implemented, namely, Web file update mechanism, Web data offline cache mechanism, and interface interaction mechanism based on response design and asynchronous request. Finally, the practical application and feasibility of the hybrid application framework and optimization mechanism are verified, and a hybrid application case App based on the framework and optimization mechanism is designed and demonstrated.
