【摘要】：網(wǎng)絡(luò)文學(xué)在我國經(jīng)歷了從萌芽到不斷發(fā)展并逐漸壯大的過程,現(xiàn)已在我國社會(huì)上被主流承認(rèn)甚至認(rèn)可,網(wǎng)絡(luò)文學(xué)發(fā)展成為涉及出版、文學(xué)、大眾傳播領(lǐng)域等多方面交織的產(chǎn)業(yè),在經(jīng)濟(jì)體量、發(fā)展勢頭上都不可小覷。然而,在網(wǎng)絡(luò)文學(xué)繁榮發(fā)展高歌猛進(jìn)的同時(shí)卻充斥著諸如網(wǎng)絡(luò)文學(xué)質(zhì)量參差不齊、網(wǎng)文寫手一味迎合市場、網(wǎng)文版權(quán)混亂等不和諧因素,這些問題也成為網(wǎng)絡(luò)文學(xué)被廣大學(xué)者、專家等詬病的重要原因。筆者經(jīng)過系統(tǒng)分析后發(fā)現(xiàn)網(wǎng)絡(luò)文學(xué)出版內(nèi)容低俗化是尤其突出且亟待解決的首要問題。本文運(yùn)用文獻(xiàn)研究、對(duì)比分析、定性研究、案例研究、問卷調(diào)查、實(shí)地調(diào)研、深入訪談等科學(xué)方法,并綜合了出版?zhèn)鞑W(xué)、社會(huì)心理學(xué)等理論知識(shí)對(duì)網(wǎng)絡(luò)文學(xué)出版內(nèi)容低俗化的原因、表現(xiàn)進(jìn)行了深入的分析,歸納出六點(diǎn)主要的表現(xiàn)形式(即暴力、色情、金錢至上、過度意淫、娛樂至死、顛覆歷史等涉黃、涉暴及低級(jí)趣味、錯(cuò)誤價(jià)值觀等)并對(duì)低俗化造成的影響進(jìn)行了歸納、分析。通過對(duì)網(wǎng)絡(luò)文學(xué)出版內(nèi)容低俗化成因、影響的分析,筆者進(jìn)一步提出了對(duì)網(wǎng)絡(luò)文學(xué)低俗內(nèi)容進(jìn)行治理的方案。筆者指出,從傳播者的角度來說應(yīng)加強(qiáng)對(duì)低俗內(nèi)容的過濾與篩查,并加強(qiáng)自身自律;從網(wǎng)絡(luò)文學(xué)出版機(jī)構(gòu)的角度來說,應(yīng)加強(qiáng)制度建設(shè),利用有效的技術(shù)手段對(duì)低俗內(nèi)容的創(chuàng)作者進(jìn)行制約,對(duì)低俗信息進(jìn)行過濾;從網(wǎng)絡(luò)文學(xué)作者的角度來說,應(yīng)加強(qiáng)作者隊(duì)伍的思想道德修養(yǎng),改善優(yōu)秀作者的生存狀態(tài);從把關(guān)人的角度來說,筆者指出政府有關(guān)部門應(yīng)加強(qiáng)相應(yīng)政策的執(zhí)行力度,切實(shí)落實(shí)中央的各項(xiàng)精神,立法機(jī)構(gòu)應(yīng)完善相應(yīng)的法律條文,執(zhí)法機(jī)構(gòu)應(yīng)提高執(zhí)法水平、加強(qiáng)執(zhí)法力度;從編輯的角度出發(fā),應(yīng)提高從業(yè)人員的專業(yè)素養(yǎng),提高其對(duì)低俗內(nèi)容的審查辨別能力。從受眾角度來說,廣大受眾應(yīng)提高自我保護(hù)能力與低俗內(nèi)容的辨別能力,加強(qiáng)自律。在此基礎(chǔ)之上,筆者提出了作者實(shí)名登記制度、網(wǎng)絡(luò)文學(xué)違規(guī)黑名單操作、敏感詞索引方案、編碼制管理及作品打分機(jī)制這五種具體的治理手段與實(shí)施方法,每一項(xiàng)措施均闡明了其實(shí)施背景、具體操作步驟及理論與現(xiàn)實(shí)依據(jù),明確其可行性與實(shí)操性,綜合打造治理網(wǎng)絡(luò)文學(xué)低俗化內(nèi)容的“組合拳”。五項(xiàng)措施同時(shí)展開、形成合力,最大限度地對(duì)網(wǎng)絡(luò)文學(xué)的低俗內(nèi)容進(jìn)行治理,在多方的共同努力下不斷提高對(duì)網(wǎng)絡(luò)文學(xué)出版內(nèi)容低俗化治理的效率,并期望以上措施在實(shí)施中不斷發(fā)展、完善和改進(jìn)、創(chuàng)新。
[Abstract]:Network literature has been from the beginning to the continuous development and growing in China, has been recognized by the mainstream admitted that even in our society, the development of network literature has become involved in publishing, literature, the field of mass communication and other aspects of weaving industry, are not to be underestimated in the economic volume, development momentum. However, in the development of the network literature prosperity but also full stride forward singing militant songs such as network literature, network literature writers uneven quality blindly cater to the market, the network copyright confusion and other factors of disharmony, these problems have become an important reason for the network literature by the majority of scholars and experts criticized. After systematic analysis, the author finds that the vulgarization of the content of network literature is the most important and urgent problem to be solved. This paper uses literature research, comparative analysis, qualitative research, case study, questionnaire survey, on-the-spot investigation, interviews and other scientific methods, and a combination of publishing communication and social psychology theory, causes the vulgarization of the content on the Network Literature Publishing performance in-depth analysis, summed up the six main forms of (the violence, pornography, obscenity, money first, excessive entertainment to death, to subvert the history of jurisprudence, involving violence and vulgar, incorrect values) and the vulgarization of the impact are summarized, analysis. Through the analysis of the causes and influence of the vulgarization of the content of the network literature, the author further puts forward a plan to govern the low content of the network literature. The author points out that, from the perspective of communication should be filtering and screening of vulgar content to strengthen, and strengthen their self-discipline; from the network literature publishing organization perspective, should strengthen the system construction, the use of effective technical means to restrict the creators of vulgar content, filtering the information from the vulgar; the author's point of network literature it should strengthen the team of Ideological and moral cultivation, improve the survival state of excellent authors; from the gatekeeper's perspective, the author pointed out that the relevant government departments should strengthen the enforcement of relevant policies, earnestly implement the central spirit, the legislature should perfect the relevant legal provisions, the law enforcement agencies should improve the level of law enforcement, strengthen law enforcement efforts; starting from the perspective of editing, should improve the professional quality, to improve their ability to identify the vulgar content review. From the audience's point of view, the majority of the audience should improve the ability to distinguish between self protection and vulgar content, and strengthen self-discipline. On this basis, the author puts forward the method and implementation of the real name registration system, the network literature illegal blacklist operation, sensitive word indexing scheme, encoding system management and work mechanism how these five specific means of governance, every measure are expounded in the background, with the reality on the basis of operation steps and clear theory. The feasibility and practical operation, combined to build a comprehensive governance network literature vulgar content "". Five measures at the same time, concerted efforts to maximize the network literature to vulgar content governance, in various joint efforts to continuously improve the efficiency of network literature and publishing the vulgarization of the content of governance, and expect the above measures in the implementation of continuous development and improvement, innovation and improvement.
