【摘要】:衛(wèi)星供配電測(cè)試系統(tǒng)是衛(wèi)星電氣地面支持設(shè)備中必不可少的組成部分,是衛(wèi)星供配電系統(tǒng)能夠安全的為衛(wèi)星進(jìn)行供電的重要保障。衛(wèi)星供配電系統(tǒng)的性能好壞,會(huì)直接影響著衛(wèi)星的飛行安全和壽命。因此,在衛(wèi)星研制的各個(gè)階段,必須對(duì)供配電系統(tǒng)進(jìn)行嚴(yán)格的測(cè)試。本文針對(duì)衛(wèi)星供配電測(cè)控系統(tǒng)在地面測(cè)試中需高效、可靠和擴(kuò)展性好等要求,以研制出智能化、通用化、小型化、網(wǎng)絡(luò)化的衛(wèi)星測(cè)控設(shè)備為目的,提出了一種基于以太網(wǎng)的衛(wèi)星供配電測(cè)控設(shè)備的設(shè)計(jì)方案。根據(jù)總體方案,在對(duì)衛(wèi)星供配電系統(tǒng)的工作原理和系統(tǒng)功能進(jìn)行詳細(xì)分析的基礎(chǔ)上,明確衛(wèi)星供配電測(cè)控設(shè)備的結(jié)構(gòu)組成和需完成的功能、指標(biāo),采用模塊化設(shè)計(jì)方法,完成了測(cè)控設(shè)備的研制與測(cè)試。該測(cè)控設(shè)備由硬件和軟件兩部分組成。系統(tǒng)硬件由專(zhuān)用測(cè)試設(shè)備、自制調(diào)理電路、以太網(wǎng)數(shù)據(jù)采集卡和PC機(jī)組成。軟件設(shè)計(jì)采用LabVIEW圖形化語(yǔ)言,按照模塊化設(shè)計(jì)方法,實(shí)現(xiàn)整星的供配電控制、脫落電電脫控制、重要參數(shù)的測(cè)量和狀態(tài)的監(jiān)視與記錄。測(cè)控設(shè)備中采用以太網(wǎng)總線將各網(wǎng)絡(luò)儀器設(shè)備連接起來(lái),并通過(guò)控制計(jì)算機(jī)進(jìn)行控制。其中以數(shù)據(jù)采集單元中的以太網(wǎng)采集模塊為例,對(duì)網(wǎng)絡(luò)設(shè)備的驅(qū)動(dòng)程序進(jìn)行設(shè)計(jì),實(shí)現(xiàn)了數(shù)據(jù)實(shí)時(shí)、準(zhǔn)確的發(fā)送和接收。最后對(duì)系統(tǒng)進(jìn)行了軟、硬件聯(lián)調(diào)測(cè)試及誤差分析。測(cè)試結(jié)果表明,系統(tǒng)的功能、各項(xiàng)指標(biāo)和可靠性均符合相關(guān)規(guī)定和研制任務(wù)要求。
[Abstract]:Satellite power supply and distribution test system is an essential part of satellite electrical ground support equipment, and it is an important guarantee for satellite power supply and distribution system to provide power for satellite safely. The performance of the satellite power supply and distribution system will directly affect the flight safety and life of the satellite. Therefore, in the various stages of satellite development, the power supply and distribution system must be strictly tested. Aiming at the ground test in high efficiency and reliability and scalability requirements of distribution control system for satellite to satellite control equipment developed intelligent, universal, miniaturization and networking for the purpose, the paper proposed a design scheme based on Ethernet satellite power supply control equipment. According to the overall plan, detailed analysis on the working principle and system of the satellite power supply system function, function, index structure clear satellite power distribution control equipment and completed by using modular design method, completed the development and testing of the control equipment. The measurement and control equipment consists of two parts: hardware and software. The system hardware consists of the special test equipment, the self-made conditioning circuit, the Ethernet data acquisition card and the PC machine. The software design uses LabVIEW graphical language, according to the modular design method, to achieve the whole star's power supply and distribution control, the electrical control of falling off, the measurement of important parameters and the monitoring and recording of the state. In the measurement and control equipment, the Ethernet bus is used to connect the network instrument and equipment, and control by the control computer. Taking the Ethernet acquisition module in the data acquisition unit as an example, the driver of the network device is designed to achieve real-time and accurate data transmission and reception. Finally, the system has been tested with hardware and software and the error analysis. The test results show that the functions, indexes and reliability of the system are in conformity with the relevant regulations and the requirements of the development task.
