【摘要】：社會化媒體伴隨著互聯(lián)網(wǎng)的飛速發(fā)展而產(chǎn)生,給信息的傳播渠道和服務(wù)方式帶來了顛覆性變化,并以其公開性、交互性和即時性的特點得到廣大用戶的支持,已經(jīng)在各行各業(yè)展現(xiàn)出其獨有的魅力。檔案部門作為社會核心信息資源主要集散地,檔案界社交媒體的健康發(fā)展和社交媒體文件的有效保存必然關(guān)系到國家數(shù)字記憶的完整性,這也是數(shù)字轉(zhuǎn)型期我國檔案機構(gòu)面臨的重要挑戰(zhàn)。社交媒體平臺的出現(xiàn)不僅有助于檔案館轉(zhuǎn)變服務(wù)方式、提升服務(wù)質(zhì)量,還能滿足用戶的在線獲取信息、共享知識和便捷式學(xué)習(xí)需求,是"互聯(lián)網(wǎng)+"時代用戶的必然選擇。同時,社交媒體與檔案信息服務(wù)的創(chuàng)新展現(xiàn)出一定的匹配性,運用社交媒體增強用戶與檔案機構(gòu)的交流與互動,加強傳播,推動創(chuàng)新,對于檔案信息資源的建設(shè)、提升檔案服務(wù)能力和加強學(xué)術(shù)信息交流都具有很重要的作用。檔案部門作為傳統(tǒng)的服務(wù)行業(yè),在與社交媒體的現(xiàn)代化相適應(yīng)的同時,不可避免地暴露出一些瓶頸,制約著檔案服務(wù)的進一步發(fā)展。社交媒體產(chǎn)生的信息紛繁復(fù)雜、自由度較高,如何保證信息資源質(zhì)量,最大程度的發(fā)揮社交媒體的積極性,規(guī)范使用社交媒體,成為我們當(dāng)下研究的重要課題。找準(zhǔn)檔案信息服務(wù)與社交媒體技術(shù)優(yōu)勢的結(jié)合點,探索出檔案館與社交媒體及公眾相互交流的新模式,讓檔案信息充分融入公眾生活,為信息服務(wù)的飛躍提供更大的空間。本文分五個部分對基于社交媒體的檔案信息服務(wù)進行闡述,為進一步優(yōu)化檔案信息服務(wù)提供借鑒。論文第一部分為緒論。主要介紹本論文的研究目的、研究意義與國內(nèi)外研究現(xiàn)狀,并對本文的主要研究內(nèi)容、研究思路和研究方法進行了說明。第二部分是關(guān)于社交媒體和檔案信息服務(wù)的概述。主要包括相關(guān)概念的界定、基于社交媒體的檔案信息服務(wù)內(nèi)容和利用社交媒體工具開展檔案信息服務(wù)的優(yōu)勢體現(xiàn)。第三部分對社交媒體在我國檔案信息服務(wù)中的現(xiàn)狀進行分析。主要包括社交媒體在我國檔案信息服務(wù)中的實踐探索,主要以微博、微信為例,詳細(xì)介紹社交媒體在我國檔案信息服務(wù)方面的發(fā)展歷程。其次是對社交媒體在我國檔案機構(gòu)信息服務(wù)中的運用現(xiàn)狀進行全面的調(diào)查。然后,對調(diào)查結(jié)果進行詳細(xì)分析,并在此基礎(chǔ)上進行問題總結(jié)和成因分析。第四部分是結(jié)合文章第三部分的分析結(jié)果,從加強檔案信息資源建設(shè)、構(gòu)建完善的雙向交流機制、合理控制和引導(dǎo)檔案信息傳播和加強檔案信息安全管理四個方面提出了相應(yīng)的解決措施。第五部分為結(jié)束語,總結(jié)論文的研究情況,并對社交媒體在檔案信息服務(wù)方面的前景進行展望。
[Abstract]:Social media is accompanied by the rapid development of Internet and communication channels, and service mode for information brings disruptive change, and its openness, interactivity and real-time features to get the support of users, has shown its unique charm in all walks of life. The archives department is the main distributing center of social core information resources. The healthy development of social media in archives and the effective preservation of social media files are inevitably related to the integrity of national digital memory, which is also an important challenge for Chinese Archival organizations in the digital transformation period. The emergence of social media platform is not only beneficial to the transformation of archives service mode, improve service quality, but also to meet the user's online access to information, knowledge sharing and convenient learning needs, is the inevitable choice to "Internet plus" era of users. At the same time, the innovation of social media and archives information service show, to some extent, use of social media to enhance communication and interaction, users and archival institutions to strengthen communication, promote innovation, to promote the construction of archives information resources, archives service ability and strengthen the academic information exchange is very important. As a traditional service industry, archival departments inevitably expose some bottlenecks and restrict the further development of archival services, while adapting to the modernization of social media. The information generated by social media is complex and highly liberal. How to ensure the quality of information resources, maximize the enthusiasm of social media and regulate the use of social media has become an important issue in our research. We must identify the combination point of archival information service and social media technology advantages, explore a new mode of interaction between archives, social media and the public, so that archives information can fully integrate into the public life and provide more room for the leap of information service. This article is divided into five parts to explain the archival information service based on social media, and provide reference for further optimizing the archives information service. The first part of the paper is the introduction. This paper mainly introduces the research purpose, research significance and research status at home and abroad, and illustrates the main research contents, research ideas and research methods. The second part is an overview of social media and archival information services. It mainly includes the definition of related concepts, the content of archives information service based on social media, and the advantage of using social media tools to develop archives information service. The third part analyses the status of social media in our archives information service. It mainly includes the practice and exploration of social media in archival information service in China. Taking micro-blog and WeChat as an example, the development process of social media in China's archives information service is introduced in detail. The second is to make a comprehensive survey of the application of social media in the information service of Chinese archives. Then, the results of the investigation are analyzed in detail, and on this basis, the problem is summarized and the cause of the analysis is analyzed. The fourth part is based on the analysis results of the third part of the article, and puts forward the corresponding solutions from four aspects: strengthening the construction of archival information resources, building a perfect two-way communication mechanism, reasonably controlling and guiding the dissemination of archival information and strengthening the safety management of archival information. The fifth part is the end, summarizes the research situation of the paper, and looks forward to the prospects of the social media in the file information service.
