后冷戰(zhàn)時代斯堪的納維亞地區(qū)的俄蘇研究

【摘要】：斯堪的納維亞地區(qū)地處歐洲北端,與俄羅斯隔海相望。雖然在俄蘇研究領域沒有美國和英國那樣聲名顯赫,但是獨特的地理位置,與俄羅斯長達一千多年的悠久歷史聯系,孕育出本地區(qū)相對獨特的俄蘇研究群體和學術思想。冷戰(zhàn)后,與美國、英國等西方主要國家的俄蘇研究范式轉型相似,斯堪的納維亞地區(qū)的俄蘇研究在傳統區(qū)域國別研究的基礎上更加重視學科理論的應用。面對蘇聯解體后,俄羅斯轉型所帶來的學術研究機遇和潛在的經濟機會,斯堪的納維亞國家1990年代在俄蘇研究領域的投入不斷增加,本地區(qū)俄蘇研究的機構和研究人員都出現了一定程度的增長。在此基礎上,斯堪的納維亞地區(qū)冷戰(zhàn)后的俄蘇研究取得了一系列成果,其國際知名度和影響力也有了相應的提升,從而引起了中國學界的關注。本文主要研究的是斯堪的納維亞地區(qū)學術界在冷戰(zhàn)后對蘇聯和俄羅斯問題研究的發(fā)展狀況,是國際問題研究框架下,國別問題研究與國內政治經濟進程研究的綜合。鑒于蘇聯解體后,西方轉型學理論對于俄羅斯的解釋力不足,需要將傳統的區(qū)域、國別研究與國內進程的深度闡述相結合。因而,一方面,本文通過對斯堪的納維亞地區(qū)俄蘇研究領域的學術發(fā)展面貌進行概括,厘清這一特定地區(qū)俄蘇研究的特點,從而觀察該地區(qū)學術研究如何與決策互動,從而影響地區(qū)政治；另一方面,這又是一個國際政治的命題,主要是觀察俄羅斯本身政治、經濟的發(fā)展與變化,如何成為該地區(qū)學術的“鏡像認知”。為何同樣的俄羅斯現象會在不同地區(qū)的學術認知中出現不同的分析與解釋?這一雙向互動本身已經成為當代國際政治經濟一個不可忽視的內容。簡單地說,學術認知已經成為國際政治的重要工具。在整體結構上,本文共分為三個主要組成部分,共10章節(jié)內容。首先,對斯堪的納維亞地區(qū)俄蘇研究的歷史發(fā)展進行梳理,對當前研究狀況進行總結,并初步提出本地區(qū)俄蘇研究的特點；隨后進入本文的重點研究內容——對本地區(qū)代表性學者的學術思想進行系統性的解讀和分析,從學術史的分析中汲取盡可能多的營養(yǎng);最后,對本地區(qū)俄蘇研究的獨特性、面臨的挑戰(zhàn)進行概括。第一組成部分緒論與第一章。在闡述本研究的源起,在理論、實踐和學術交流方面的意義,國內外研究現狀,基本框架和主要研究內容,研究方法,以及創(chuàng)新和不足之處。第一章——斯堪的納維亞地區(qū)俄蘇研究概述。由歷史發(fā)展脈絡、當前研究狀況以及研究特點的初步總結構成。在歷史發(fā)展脈絡部分,回顧了本地區(qū)俄蘇研究的發(fā)展歷程、動因和主要特點。在當代研究狀況部分主要總結了冷戰(zhàn)后本地區(qū)俄蘇研究在機構、人員方面的增長狀況,和研究議題的變化。初步認為本地區(qū)俄蘇研究具有如下特點：研究議題集中于中觀層面,具有一定程度的分散性特征,注重跨學科研究。第二組成部分,第二章至第八章,對于斯堪的納維亞地區(qū)俄蘇研究學界代表性學者的學術思想進行針對性的個案分析。從代表性學者的所屬學科和研究領域出發(fā),劃分為三項主題。第一主題,冷戰(zhàn)后斯堪的納維亞地區(qū)的俄羅斯轉型研究,包括瑞典學者奧斯隆德從新自由主義視角下對俄羅斯資本主義革命的研究,瑞典學者赫德蘭在新制度主義背景下對俄羅斯轉型的研究,丹麥學者諾格德在比較政治、經濟學框架下下對原蘇東國家的轉型研究。第二主題,冷戰(zhàn)后斯堪的納維亞地區(qū)的俄羅斯歷史研究,包括芬蘭學者蘇特拉從經濟思想史角度對蘇聯經濟思想演進的研究,丹麥學者羅森菲爾特從政治制度史角度對斯大林信息控制體系的歷史研究。第三主題,冷戰(zhàn)后斯堪的納維亞地區(qū)的俄羅斯外交研究,包括挪威學者諾依曼基于治理模式認同視角對俄羅斯與國際社會(歐洲)關系的研究,瑞典學者瓊森從政策分析角度對俄羅斯1991年至20世紀初零和觀念下中亞政策的研究。之所以選擇這兩位學者,主要是考慮到其研究對象在俄羅斯外交戰(zhàn)略中的重要性。歐洲不僅在歷史上一直是俄羅斯的主要交往對象和西方化思想的來源,更是俄羅斯在轉型進程中的重要合作伙伴。中亞對于俄羅斯來說更像是“兄弟”,它們不僅有著深厚的歷史聯系,從現實方面來看,中亞地區(qū)是俄羅斯在后蘇聯時代以及后蘇聯空間中,重要的戰(zhàn)略支點。第三組成部分,結論—一相對均衡、務實、兼容發(fā)展的斯堪的納維亞地區(qū)俄蘇研究�；趯λ箍暗募{維亞地區(qū)俄蘇研究歷史發(fā)展脈絡,冷戰(zhàn)后研究現狀和代表性學者學術思想的分析和了解,就冷戰(zhàn)后本地區(qū)的俄蘇研究就行綜合性評價。相對于文化同源的美國和英國,斯堪的納維亞地區(qū)因為獨特的地理位置、歷史文化傳統和利益訴求,在俄蘇研究的立場方面力求均衡；以政策需要為研究導向,講求務實性；在研究議題、研究途徑、研究方法、研究框架等方面表現出兼容并包的特征。
[Abstract]:Scandinavia is located at the north end of Europe and is looking at Russia. Although the Russian-Soviet research field is not as well-known as the United States and the United Kingdom, the unique geographical location, with the long history of Russia for more than a thousand years, is a relatively unique Russian-Soviet research group and academic thought in the region. After the cold war, with the transformation of the Russian-Soviet research paradigm of the major western countries, such as the United States and the United Kingdom, the Russian-Soviet research in the Scandinavia region has given more attention to the application of the subject theory on the basis of the traditional regional studies. In the face of the disintegration of the Soviet Union, the academic research opportunities and potential economic opportunities brought by the transformation of Russia, the input of Scandinavian countries in the field of Soviet research in the 1990s has increased, and both the institutions and researchers of the Russian-Soviet research in the region have witnessed a certain degree of growth. On the basis of this, the Russian-Soviet research after the cold war in Scandinavia has made a series of achievements, and its international popularity and influence have also improved correspondingly, thus causing the attention of the Chinese academic circle.
