我國(guó)青少年校園籃球運(yùn)動(dòng)發(fā)展的動(dòng)力機(jī)制研究

【摘要】:我國(guó)競(jìng)技籃球運(yùn)動(dòng)曾取得過(guò)輝煌成就,然而近年在世界甚至亞洲籃壇地位卻逐趨下滑,其原因在于競(jìng)技籃球后備人才特別是青少年校園籃球后備人才培養(yǎng)理論與實(shí)踐的諸多矛盾問(wèn)題日趨凸顯,出現(xiàn)動(dòng)力與激勵(lì)尤為不足現(xiàn)象。為完善競(jìng)技籃球運(yùn)動(dòng)理論,給我國(guó)競(jìng)技籃球科學(xué)、健康、可持續(xù)發(fā)展提供理論支撐與智力支持,本文以青少年校園籃球運(yùn)動(dòng)發(fā)展動(dòng)力機(jī)制為研究對(duì)象,運(yùn)用文獻(xiàn)資料、問(wèn)卷調(diào)查、專家訪談等方法,對(duì)動(dòng)力機(jī)制、中外青少年籃球后備人才培養(yǎng)、我國(guó)青少年校園籃球發(fā)展動(dòng)力困境、影響因素進(jìn)行系統(tǒng)、深入研究,得出如下研究成果:1.校園籃球運(yùn)動(dòng)動(dòng)力機(jī)制涉及經(jīng)濟(jì)、文化、教育、政府公共服務(wù)和體育等多從機(jī)制。眾多機(jī)制并非單一存在,而是相互聯(lián)系相互制約的。其理論基礎(chǔ)源自于系統(tǒng)理論、共生理論、利益相關(guān)理論、社會(huì)機(jī)制運(yùn)行理論,但同時(shí)有別于這四種理論而有自身獨(dú)特的理論特點(diǎn)與運(yùn)營(yíng)方式。2.美國(guó)、西班牙、俄羅斯校園籃球運(yùn)動(dòng)發(fā)展動(dòng)力的共同特征是:強(qiáng)有力的國(guó)家制度保障、科學(xué)系統(tǒng)的大、中、小學(xué)培養(yǎng)體系,眾多的社會(huì)資本投入,良好的賽事運(yùn)作,寬松的參與環(huán)境。3.中國(guó)青少年籃球運(yùn)動(dòng)發(fā)展動(dòng)力困境有:文化缺失、宣傳不足、應(yīng)試教育、學(xué)訓(xùn)矛盾、賽事體系不合理、執(zhí)教水平不高、價(jià)值認(rèn)同度不高、環(huán)境設(shè)施缺陷等多維驅(qū)動(dòng)疲軟因素。4.中國(guó)青少年籃球運(yùn)動(dòng)發(fā)展動(dòng)力影響維度:個(gè)人維度、家庭維度、校園維度、社會(huì)維度。其中個(gè)人維度涉及籃球價(jià)值、自身運(yùn)動(dòng)基礎(chǔ);家庭維度涉及家庭教育觀、父母籃球運(yùn)動(dòng)基礎(chǔ);校園維度涉及籃球教師、硬件設(shè)施、課上課下;社會(huì)維度涉及社會(huì)關(guān)注、同伴、大眾傳媒。5.中國(guó)青少年籃球運(yùn)動(dòng)發(fā)展動(dòng)力機(jī)制構(gòu)成:動(dòng)力機(jī)制主體為青少年個(gè)體、家庭、學(xué)校、社會(huì)及國(guó)家及文化、信息、利益三者構(gòu)成的動(dòng)力傳導(dǎo);動(dòng)力機(jī)制功能為開(kāi)發(fā)與提供校園籃球運(yùn)動(dòng)的動(dòng)力發(fā)展,滿足青少年群體的需要;動(dòng)力機(jī)制運(yùn)行過(guò)程為動(dòng)力源的開(kāi)發(fā),動(dòng)力轉(zhuǎn)化以及監(jiān)控評(píng)價(jià)機(jī)制。6.中國(guó)校園籃球運(yùn)動(dòng)發(fā)展動(dòng)力對(duì)策:1)落實(shí)政策,實(shí)現(xiàn)制度保障;2)加大宣傳,強(qiáng)化價(jià)值認(rèn)同;3)體教結(jié)合,打造雙贏;4)改善設(shè)施,提升學(xué)、訓(xùn)、賽效果;5)完善賽制,提供比賽機(jī)遇;6)強(qiáng)化明星效應(yīng),樹(shù)立精神導(dǎo)向;7)培訓(xùn)師資,提升教學(xué)水平;8)注入社會(huì)資本,激活校園籃球市場(chǎng)。
[Abstract]:China's competitive basketball has made brilliant achievements, but in recent years in the world and even in Asia, the status of basketball has gradually declined. The reason is that there are many contradictions between the theory and practice of basketball reserve talents training, especially the youth campus basketball reserve talents, and the phenomenon of lack of motivation and motivation is becoming more and more obvious. In order to perfect the theory of competitive basketball, to provide theoretical support and intellectual support for the scientific, healthy and sustainable development of competitive basketball in China, this paper takes the dynamic mechanism of the development of juvenile campus basketball as the research object and makes use of the literature. Questionnaire survey, expert interview and other methods, the motive mechanism, Chinese and foreign youth basketball reserve talent training, our country youth campus basketball development motive predicament, the influence factor carries on the system, the thorough research, obtains the following research result: 1. The dynamic mechanism of campus basketball involves economy, culture, education, government public service and sports. Many mechanisms do not exist in a single way, but are interlinked and mutually restricted. Its theoretical basis is derived from the system theory, symbiosis theory, interest related theory, social mechanism operation theory, but at the same time different from these four theories and has its own unique theoretical characteristics and operation mode. The common characteristics of the development motive force of basketball on campus in the United States, Spain and Russia are: strong national system guarantee, large, middle and primary school training system of scientific system, numerous social capital investment, and good competition operation. Loose participation environment. The difficulties in the development of Chinese youth basketball include: lack of culture, lack of propaganda, examination-oriented education, contradiction of learning and training, unreasonable system of matches, low level of teaching, low degree of value identity, weak multi-dimensional driving factors, such as environmental facilities defects, etc. The factors influencing the development of Chinese youth basketball are personal dimension, family dimension, campus dimension and social dimension. The personal dimension relates to the value of basketball, the basis of their own sports; the family dimension relates to the concept of family education, parents basketball sports foundation; the campus dimension involves basketball teachers, hardware facilities, under class; the social dimension involves social concern, peer, Mass media. The main body of the dynamic mechanism is the transmission of motive power, which is composed of individual, family, school, society, country, culture, information and interest. The function of dynamic mechanism is to develop and provide the dynamic development of campus basketball to meet the needs of the youth group; the running process of the power mechanism is the development of power source, power transformation and monitoring and evaluation mechanism. 6. Chinese campus basketball sports development motive force countermeasure: 1) carry out the policy, realize the system guarantee 2) increase the propaganda, strengthen the value identity and 3) the combination of sports and education, create a win-win situation 4) improve the facilities, improve the learning, training, competition effect 5) perfect the competition system. (6) strengthening star effect, setting up spiritual guidance 7) training teachers, improving teaching level and injecting social capital to activate the campus basketball market.
