義務(wù)教育階段學(xué)校公民教育課程建構(gòu)研究
[Abstract]:Since the new century, the impact of globalization, economic development, the rise of new technologies and the advent of the Internet era have brought opportunities and challenges to our society, but also put forward higher requirements for civic education in our country. As the strategic goal and theme of the future national education development, civic education is a major issue to be solved in China's reform. Civic education in schools is an important way to improve the quality of our citizens and promote the construction of a modern democratic society. The implementation of civic education requires specialized and standardized civic education courses in schools. However, at present, no one of the schools in the stage of compulsory education in China can undertake the task of civic education. It is the premise and foundation of implementing and deepening civic education. Therefore, it is an important task and the purpose of this study to realize the curriculaization of civic education as soon as possible and to construct a school civic education curriculum system suitable for China's national conditions. To clarify the significance of the civic education curriculum in compulsory education, to clarify the necessity and urgency of constructing the curriculum, to clarify the theoretical basis of constructing the civic education curriculum, and to strive to construct a civic education curriculum system on the basis of which, including the status, attributes, objectives, contents and organizational forms of the curriculum. The contents of this study are as follows: Chapter 1: The necessity of constructing the civic education curriculum in compulsory education. This chapter mainly studies the present situation of civic education curriculum and diagnoses the practical problems. This paper investigates and studies the current situation of civic education curriculum in schools and teachers'understanding of civic education curriculum in primary and secondary schools, analyzes the content of moral curriculum standards and the contents of civic education in textbooks, and finds out that there is no civic education curriculum in schools at the present stage of compulsory education in China, and that teachers have civic education and civic education curriculum. Cheng's understanding is obviously insufficient, which is not conducive to the development of civic education in the existing framework of moral education curriculum, restricts the process and level of civic education, and the task of constructing civic education curriculum in schools is very urgent. Construct civic education curriculum to seek theoretical basis and establish a reasonable, flexible and dynamic civic education curriculum system under the guidance of scientific theory. Firstly, define the core concepts of citizenship, civic education, curriculum, civic education curriculum and curriculum construction, and clarify the relationship between civic education and moral education. Differences; combing multi-cultural civic education thought, multi-dimensional civic education theory and world civic education theory, three contemporary civic education theory, and clear the significance of each theory for this study; summarizing the characteristics of students'cognitive and moral development in compulsory education stage related theory as the basis for the design of curriculum objectives and content; Learner-centered curriculum theory, that is, empiricism curriculum theory and humanism curriculum theory, is the core concept of curriculum construction. Chapter 3: The status, attributes and construction principles of School Civic Education Curriculum in compulsory education stage. The characteristics of experimentation, openness and epoch must be followed in the course of constructing the curriculum of School Civic education. Five principles must be followed in the course of constructing the curriculum of School Civic education: purposefulness, pertinence, scientificalness and systematicness, practicality and openness. The construction of the goal system of civic education curriculum should follow three principles: the adaptability principle of the construction system, the three-dimensional principle of the goal structure and the dynamic balance principle of the value connotation. The content of the curriculum includes citizen knowledge, citizen morality and values, citizen identity and citizen behavior ability. Chapter 6 The organization of the civic education curriculum in the compulsory education stage. It is the design of the civic education curriculum. Chapter VII Suggestions on the Practice of School Civic Education Curriculum in Compulsory Education Stage It is necessary to strengthen the government, schools, teachers and other levels of civic education curriculum attention, and gradually promote civic education curriculum in stages, from the preparation stage to the start-up stage, to achieve the final stage of normal development.
