創(chuàng)業(yè)型大學(xué)視角下民辦本科高校轉(zhuǎn)型路徑研究

【摘要】:創(chuàng)業(yè)型大學(xué)是20世紀(jì)中后期在歐美發(fā)達(dá)國家出現(xiàn)的新型大學(xué),是知識(shí)經(jīng)濟(jì)快速發(fā)展時(shí)代大學(xué)教育理念和發(fā)展戰(zhàn)略的創(chuàng)新。高校作為國家創(chuàng)新體系的重要組成部分,是推進(jìn)創(chuàng)新型國家建設(shè)的重要力量,民辦高等教育作為我國高等教育事業(yè)的重要組成部分和促進(jìn)教育改革的重要力量,亟須對(duì)創(chuàng)新型國家建設(shè)與創(chuàng)新創(chuàng)業(yè)人才培養(yǎng)做出現(xiàn)實(shí)回應(yīng)。民辦高校應(yīng)以向創(chuàng)業(yè)型大學(xué)轉(zhuǎn)型為契機(jī),加強(qiáng)與政府、產(chǎn)業(yè)界、科研院所的合作,積極圍繞區(qū)域經(jīng)濟(jì)社會(huì)發(fā)展的需求推進(jìn)技術(shù)創(chuàng)新,不斷提高科研能力、服務(wù)能力、文化與知識(shí)創(chuàng)新能力,促進(jìn)科研成果轉(zhuǎn)化和高新技術(shù)發(fā)展,實(shí)現(xiàn)民辦本科高?缭绞桨l(fā)展,在構(gòu)建創(chuàng)新創(chuàng)業(yè)人才培養(yǎng)體系中發(fā)揮更大作用。本論文共分八章: 第一章,闡述了本論文的研究背景、研究意義、研究思路、研究內(nèi)容和研究方法,提出本論文的主要?jiǎng)?chuàng)新點(diǎn)。 第二章,主要介紹高校轉(zhuǎn)型的相關(guān)理論基礎(chǔ),分析國內(nèi)外創(chuàng)業(yè)型大學(xué)研究現(xiàn)狀,通過分析國外創(chuàng)業(yè)型大學(xué)成功的辦學(xué)理念和經(jīng)驗(yàn),樹立現(xiàn)代大學(xué)理念,為推動(dòng)中國民辦本科高校向創(chuàng)業(yè)型大學(xué)轉(zhuǎn)型提供理論支撐。 第三章,分析民辦本科高校向創(chuàng)業(yè)型大學(xué)轉(zhuǎn)型的必然性與路徑選擇,分析與總結(jié)其內(nèi)涵和特征;通過對(duì)其轉(zhuǎn)型的SWOT分析,發(fā)現(xiàn)并總結(jié)民辦本科高校向創(chuàng)業(yè)型大學(xué)轉(zhuǎn)型過程中存在的問題。 第四章,提出建立五大機(jī)制,即強(qiáng)有力的組織機(jī)構(gòu)、激活的知識(shí)傳播系統(tǒng)、暢通的知識(shí)轉(zhuǎn)移平臺(tái)、多樣化的創(chuàng)業(yè)資源、整合的創(chuàng)業(yè)文化氛圍,在高校內(nèi)部建立起完善的機(jī)制體系。 第五章,主要論述政府保障和社會(huì)保障,政府對(duì)民辦本科高校向創(chuàng)業(yè)型大學(xué)轉(zhuǎn)型應(yīng)給予政策和財(cái)政支持,引導(dǎo)民辦本科創(chuàng)業(yè)型大學(xué)建立科研成果轉(zhuǎn)化激勵(lì)機(jī)制,社會(huì)保障方面則應(yīng)營造創(chuàng)新創(chuàng)業(yè)氛圍,提高企業(yè)與高校的科技合作力度。 第六章,,本章以伯頓.克拉克建設(shè)創(chuàng)業(yè)型大學(xué)的五要素構(gòu)成理論和亨利.埃滋科維茨的三螺旋:大學(xué)-產(chǎn)業(yè)-政府三元一體的創(chuàng)新戰(zhàn)略為基礎(chǔ),構(gòu)建民辦本科高校創(chuàng)業(yè)能力評(píng)價(jià)指標(biāo)體系,并運(yùn)用因子分析法和聚類分析法,對(duì)51所民辦高校進(jìn)行了實(shí)證分析,為民辦本科高校向創(chuàng)業(yè)型大學(xué)轉(zhuǎn)型提供了借鑒。 第七章,本章以黃河科技學(xué)院為案例,探討了該民辦本科高校創(chuàng)業(yè)轉(zhuǎn)型之路,并提出了該校向創(chuàng)業(yè)型大學(xué)轉(zhuǎn)型的改進(jìn)措施和建議。 第八章,總結(jié)與展望。對(duì)民辦本科高校向創(chuàng)業(yè)型大學(xué)轉(zhuǎn)型發(fā)展提出可供參考的建議,并對(duì)民辦本科高校向創(chuàng)業(yè)型大學(xué)轉(zhuǎn)型進(jìn)行展望。
[Abstract]:Entrepreneurial university is a new type of university in the developed countries of Europe and the United States in the middle and late of the 20th century. It is the innovation of university education idea and development strategy in the era of rapid development of knowledge economy. As an important part of the national innovation system, colleges and universities are important forces to promote the construction of an innovative country, and private higher education is an important part of the cause of higher education in our country and an important force to promote educational reform. It is urgent to make a realistic response to the construction of innovative country and the cultivation of innovative entrepreneurial talents. Private colleges and universities should take the transition to entrepreneurial universities as an opportunity to strengthen cooperation with the government, industry and scientific research institutes, actively promote technological innovation around the needs of regional economic and social development, and constantly improve scientific research capabilities and service capabilities. The ability of culture and knowledge innovation can promote the transformation of scientific research achievements and the development of high and new technology, realize the leap-forward development of private undergraduate colleges and universities, and play a greater role in the construction of innovative and entrepreneurial talents training system. This paper is divided into eight chapters: the first chapter describes the research background, research significance, research ideas, research content and research methods, and puts forward the main innovation points of this paper. The second chapter mainly introduces the relevant theoretical basis of the transformation of universities, analyzes the current research situation of entrepreneurial universities at home and abroad, and sets up the modern university concept by analyzing the successful running ideas and experiences of foreign entrepreneurial universities. To promote the transformation of private universities to entrepreneurial universities to provide theoretical support. The third chapter analyzes the inevitability and path choice of the transition from private undergraduate universities to entrepreneurial universities, and analyzes and summarizes its connotation and characteristics. To find and summarize the problems existing in the transition from private universities to entrepreneurial universities. In the fourth chapter, five mechanisms are proposed, namely, strong organization, activated knowledge dissemination system, smooth knowledge transfer platform, diversified entrepreneurial resources and integrated entrepreneurial culture atmosphere. Establish a perfect mechanism system within the university. The fifth chapter, mainly discusses the government security and social security, the government should give policy and financial support to the transformation of private undergraduate universities to entrepreneurial universities, and guide private universities to establish incentive mechanism for the transformation of scientific research achievements. In the aspect of social security, we should create an atmosphere of innovation and entrepreneurship, and enhance the cooperation between enterprises and universities in science and technology. Chapter VI, this chapter is based on Burton. Clark's theory of five elements of constructing entrepreneurial university and Henry. On the basis of Ezekowitz's triple helix: university-industry-government innovation strategy, this paper constructs an evaluation index system of entrepreneurial ability of private undergraduate colleges and universities, and applies factor analysis and cluster analysis. This paper makes an empirical analysis of 51 private colleges and universities, which provides a reference for the transformation of private undergraduate universities to entrepreneurial universities. In the seventh chapter, taking the Yellow River Institute of Science and Technology as an example, this chapter discusses the road of entrepreneurial transformation of the private undergraduate university, and puts forward the improvement measures and suggestions for the transformation from the university to the entrepreneurial university. Chapter eight, summary and prospect. The paper puts forward some suggestions for the transformation and development from private undergraduate universities to entrepreneurial universities, and looks forward to the transition from private undergraduate universities to entrepreneurial universities.
