青年責(zé)任教育研究
[Abstract]:Young people are the most energetic, creative, and vital social groups. They are the future of the country, the hope of the nation, and the future and hope of the party and the people. The socialism modernization needs the youth to construct, the great rejuvenation of the Chinese nation needs the youth to struggle, the youth shoulder the great and arduous historical mission and the responsibility. The ideological and moral status of the youth, the sense of responsibility and ability are related to the overall quality of the Chinese nation, the future of the country and the fate of the nation. In the historical process of building a well-off society in an all-round way, adhering to and developing socialism with Chinese characteristics, and realizing the great rejuvenation of the Chinese nation, we should strengthen the education of the responsibility of young people, lead them to recognize their historical mission and bear the responsibility of the times. Guiding them to take the responsibility voluntarily, fulfill the responsibility consciously, and become the qualified constructor and reliable successor of the socialist cause, has become a strategic subject in front of us. After clarifying the meaning, characteristics and value of responsibility, as well as the meaning, age limit and characteristics of youth, this paper analyzes the contemporary youth's characteristics of the times and the realistic situation of responsibility, from the realization of the national rejuvenation of Chinese Dream, From the angle of promoting the "four comprehensive" strategic layout, cultivating and practicing the socialist core values and promoting the social responsibility of young people in an all-round way, the paper expounds the strategic significance of youth responsibility education. Then combing the theoretical basis of youth responsibility education, ideological resources, combined with the needs of the times and the formation and development of youth ideological and moral law, focusing on the objectives, content, principles, ways and methods of youth responsibility education, And organization mechanism and environment construction. The aim of youth responsibility education is to improve responsibility cognition, cultivate responsibility emotion, cultivate responsibility will, develop responsibility behavior, and finally promote the responsibility character of young people. Marx Engels Lenin's thought on responsibility and the theory and viewpoint of the Communist Party of China on youth and its education are the scientific theoretical basis of youth responsibility education. The responsibility and related educational thoughts in Chinese traditional culture and the theory and practical experience of responsibility education in western developed countries have provided rich ideological resources for the responsibility education of young people. The content of youth responsibility education includes the responsibility to oneself and family, to others and society, to nation and nation, to human and nature. It is an organic system which is from oneself to man, from inside and outside, from near to far. Subjectivity, hierarchy, pertinence, close to life and long-term persistence are the principles that youth responsibility education should adhere to. Family, school, unit, society and self-education are the main ways of youth responsibility education, which need to undertake, coordinate, cooperate, promote and play a joint role. The youth responsibility education should combine the youth's age characteristic and the thought reality, adopt the form flexible education method, such as the reasoning education, the practice exercise, the example demonstration, the emotion edification, the reward and punishment encouragement and so on. We should pay attention to the construction of organizational mechanism, strengthen and perfect the leadership of the Party in the education of youth responsibility, construct a comprehensive education network system, and give full play to the role of youth organizations themselves. We should pay attention to the environment of ideology and morality, the environment of rule by law and the environment of public opinion, so as to create a good environment atmosphere for the education of youth responsibility.
