【摘要】：思想政治建設(shè)是中國(guó)共產(chǎn)黨黨的建設(shè)的靈魂與核心,是黨的建設(shè)中各項(xiàng)建設(shè)的統(tǒng)帥和引領(lǐng)。高度重視思想建黨是中國(guó)共產(chǎn)黨加強(qiáng)自身建設(shè)、從嚴(yán)治黨的一條基本經(jīng)驗(yàn)。就思想建設(shè)的方式而言,除了對(duì)黨員進(jìn)行日常的經(jīng)常性教育以外,開(kāi)展黨內(nèi)集中教育活動(dòng)是加強(qiáng)和改進(jìn)黨的思想建設(shè)的有效途徑和重要選擇。在新民主主義革命、社會(huì)主義革命和建設(shè)以及改革開(kāi)放的各個(gè)歷史時(shí)期,中國(guó)共產(chǎn)黨通過(guò)黨內(nèi)集中教育活動(dòng)對(duì)不同時(shí)期加強(qiáng)黨的思想政治引領(lǐng)作出歷史的、具體的因應(yīng),著力解決思想、組織、作風(fēng)、反腐倡廉以及制度建設(shè)等方面的問(wèn)題,以此來(lái)統(tǒng)一全黨思想、凝聚全黨共識(shí)、團(tuán)結(jié)全黨力量。開(kāi)展黨內(nèi)集中教育活動(dòng)是中國(guó)共產(chǎn)黨進(jìn)行黨員思想政治教育的獨(dú)特創(chuàng)舉,但這并不意味著這一獨(dú)有創(chuàng)造是中國(guó)共產(chǎn)黨人的憑空臆想、偶然所得。細(xì)究之,我們發(fā)現(xiàn)其理論依然淵源于馬克思主義關(guān)于無(wú)產(chǎn)階級(jí)政黨黨員教育的學(xué)說(shuō)。以馬克思、恩格斯等為代表的一批馬克思主義經(jīng)典作家針對(duì)無(wú)產(chǎn)階級(jí)政黨的黨員教育問(wèn)題有過(guò)非常豐富的論述。在這些著述中,馬克思主義經(jīng)典作家們關(guān)于無(wú)產(chǎn)階級(jí)政黨開(kāi)展集中教育活動(dòng)的主要思想,包括開(kāi)展的必要性、可能性、原則以及方法,為中國(guó)共產(chǎn)黨開(kāi)展黨內(nèi)集中教育活動(dòng)提供了理論依據(jù)。正是有了這些理論的指導(dǎo),中國(guó)共產(chǎn)黨人才能在具體的自身建設(shè)實(shí)踐中發(fā)揮創(chuàng)造力,逐步摸索出一套解決黨內(nèi)思想矛盾的獨(dú)特方法,使黨永葆先進(jìn)性和純潔性,永立時(shí)代潮頭。理論與實(shí)踐的融合,必然擦碰出更多的思想火花,形成可探尋、可總結(jié)的規(guī)律性認(rèn)識(shí)。因此,回顧中國(guó)共產(chǎn)黨開(kāi)展黨內(nèi)集中教育活動(dòng)的歷程,在此基礎(chǔ)上分析研究歷次黨內(nèi)集中教育活動(dòng)的歷史地位、具體做法以及主要特點(diǎn),總結(jié)正反兩方面的經(jīng)驗(yàn),探索和把握規(guī)律,為推進(jìn)思想建黨特別是開(kāi)展集中教育活動(dòng)提供路徑參考和方法借鑒,具有十分重要的歷史和現(xiàn)實(shí)意義。
[Abstract]:Ideological and political construction is the soul and core of the Party building of the Communist Party of China. To attach great importance to ideological Party building is a basic experience of the Communist Party of China in strengthening its own construction and administering the Party strictly. As far as the way of ideological construction is concerned, apart from carrying out regular daily education for Party members, it is an effective way and an important choice to strengthen and improve the Party's ideological construction by carrying out concentrated education activities within the Party. During the historical periods of the new democratic revolution, the socialist revolution and the construction, and the reform and opening up, the Communist Party of China made a historical and concrete response to the strengthening of the Party's ideological and political guidance in different periods through concentrated inner-party education activities. Focus on solving the ideological, organizational, style, anti-corruption and institutional construction and other issues, so as to unify the thinking of the whole party, gather the consensus of the whole party, and unite the strength of the whole party. It is a unique initiative of the Communist Party of China to carry out ideological and political education within the Communist Party of China, but this does not mean that this unique creation is the imaginary and accidental gain of the Communist Party of China. After careful study, we find that its theory still originates from Marxist theory on the education of proletarian party members. A group of classic Marxist writers, represented by Marx and Engels, have a very rich discussion on the education of the Party members of the proletarian party. In these writings, the main ideas of the classical Marxist writers on the central education activities of the proletarian political parties, including the necessity, possibility, principles and methods of carrying out them, It provides a theoretical basis for the Communist Party of China to carry out inner-party concentrated education activities. It is with the guidance of these theories that the Chinese Communists can exert their creativity in the concrete self-construction practice, gradually explore a set of unique methods to solve the inner-party ideological contradictions, so that the Party can always maintain its advanced nature and purity, and stand at the head of the era forever. The combination of theory and practice will inevitably strike more sparks of thought and form a regular understanding that can be explored and summarized. Therefore, reviewing the course of the Communist Party of China in carrying out the inner-party concentrated education activities, on the basis of which the historical position, concrete methods and main characteristics of the previous inner-party concentrated education activities are analyzed and studied, and the positive and negative experiences are summarized. It is of great historical and practical significance to explore and grasp the law and to provide a path reference and method reference for promoting the ideological building of the Party, especially for carrying out the activities of centralized education.
