成年人心肺耐力自評價方法的研制與參考等級的建立

【摘要】:研究目的:在對最大攝氧量間接測試法進(jìn)行全面的比較研究和評價的基礎(chǔ)上,結(jié)合自評價的理論和原則,研制適用于我國成年人的心肺耐力自評價方法。在驗(yàn)證和檢驗(yàn)心肺耐力自評價方法的基礎(chǔ)上,篩選出能夠用于自評價的指標(biāo)。研制心肺耐力自評價參考等級。研制心肺耐力自評價方法,其最終目的是用自測的方法,使普通大眾能對自己的心肺耐力進(jìn)行個性化評價。研究對象與方法:根據(jù)研究目的,將試驗(yàn)對象分為運(yùn)動方式和非運(yùn)動方式兩組。在運(yùn)動方式分組中又分為建模組、回代組和參考等級組,其中建模組200人,回代組17人,參考等級組683人;非運(yùn)動方式分組中也分為建模組、回代組和參考等級組,其中建模組232人,回代組26人,參考等級組426人。測試方法有六分鐘上下樓梯試驗(yàn)、心肺運(yùn)動試驗(yàn)和心肺耐力自評問卷調(diào)查。運(yùn)動方式:受試者按跑臺Bruce方案進(jìn)行標(biāo)準(zhǔn)試驗(yàn),檢測其最大攝氧量等參數(shù),擇日再進(jìn)行六分鐘上下樓梯試驗(yàn),測量其上下樓梯臺階數(shù)和峰值攝氧量等參數(shù);非運(yùn)動方式:受試者在進(jìn)行標(biāo)準(zhǔn)試驗(yàn)前填寫心肺耐力自評問卷,然后進(jìn)行心肺運(yùn)動試驗(yàn)。最后將心肺耐力自評問卷指標(biāo)與標(biāo)準(zhǔn)試驗(yàn)進(jìn)行相關(guān)性分析和回歸分析。篩選出可有效推測最大攝氧量的指標(biāo)。研究結(jié)果:通過本研究得到了運(yùn)動方式和非運(yùn)動方式最優(yōu)回歸模型,并制定了相應(yīng)的參考等級。(1)研制了運(yùn)動方式心肺耐力自評價方法和參考等級。得到以做功和性別為自變量,以跑臺最大攝氧量和相對最大攝氧量為因變量的回歸方程。(2)研制了非運(yùn)動方式心肺耐力自評價方法和參考等級。通過填寫心肺耐力自評問卷的方式,得到受試者的身體活動等級和自我感覺功能能力得分,然后與通過跑臺標(biāo)準(zhǔn)試驗(yàn)測得的最大攝氧量進(jìn)行相關(guān)分析和回歸分析。通過逐步回歸建立推測最大攝氧量和相對最大攝氧量的回歸方程。進(jìn)而篩選出能夠有效推測最大攝氧量的指標(biāo)。今后受試者只需填寫心肺耐力問卷即可得到PFA總分、身體活動等級,再結(jié)合自己的性別、體重和年齡,即可得出自己的最大攝氧量或者相對最大攝氧量。通過查找心肺耐力評價表,判斷出自己的心肺耐力等級。研究結(jié)論:(1)六分鐘上下樓梯試驗(yàn)可以實(shí)現(xiàn)心肺耐力自評價,并制定了相應(yīng)的參考等級。(2)心肺耐力自評問卷能夠有效推測最大攝氧量,并且可以成為一種評價心肺耐力的方法。(3)制定了心肺耐力參考等級。
[Abstract]:Objective: on the basis of comprehensive comparative study and evaluation of indirect test method of maximal oxygen intake, combining with the theory and principle of self-evaluation, a self-evaluation method of cardiopulmonary endurance was developed for adults in China. On the basis of verifying and testing the self-evaluation method of cardiopulmonary endurance, the indexes that can be used for self-evaluation are selected. To develop a reference grade for self-evaluation of cardiopulmonary endurance. The purpose of the self-evaluation method of cardiopulmonary endurance is to make it possible for the general public to carry out individualized evaluation of their cardiopulmonary endurance. Methods: according to the purpose of the study, the subjects were divided into two groups: exercise mode and non-exercise mode. In the group of motion mode, they are divided into three groups: modeling group, backgeneration group and reference class group, including 200 modeling group, 17 back generation group, 683 reference class group, and non-moving mode group, which are also divided into modeling group, backgeneration group and reference level group. Among them, 232 were modeling group, 26 were back generation group and 426 were reference class group. There were six-minute staircase test, cardiopulmonary exercise test and self-assessment of cardiopulmonary endurance questionnaire. Exercise mode: the standard test was carried out according to the Bruce scheme of running platform, the parameters such as maximal oxygen uptake were detected, and the upper and lower staircase tests were conducted for six minutes on the selected day, and the parameters such as the number of steps up and down the stairs and the peak oxygen uptake were measured. Non-exercise: the subjects completed the self-assessment cardiopulmonary endurance questionnaire before the standard test and then performed the cardiopulmonary exercise test. Finally, the correlation analysis and regression analysis between the indexes of cardiopulmonary endurance questionnaire and the standard test were carried out. The maximum oxygen uptake can be estimated effectively. Results: the optimal regression model of exercise mode and non-exercise mode was obtained, and the corresponding reference grade was established. (1) the self-evaluation method and reference grade of cardiopulmonary endurance in exercise mode were developed. The regression equation with work and sex as independent variables and maximal oxygen intake and relative maximal oxygen intake as dependent variables were obtained. The self-evaluation method and reference grade of non-exercise cardiopulmonary endurance were developed. By filling in the self-assessment questionnaire of cardiopulmonary endurance, the scores of physical activity and self-sensory function were obtained, and then the correlation analysis and regression analysis were carried out with the maximal oxygen uptake measured through the standard test of running platform. The regression equations of maximum and relative maximal oxygen uptake were established by stepwise regression. Then the indexes which can effectively predict the maximum oxygen uptake were screened out. From now on, the subjects only need to fill in cardiopulmonary endurance questionnaire to get PFA total score, physical activity grade, and then combine their sex, body weight and age to get their own maximal oxygen uptake or relative maximum oxygen uptake. By looking up the cardiopulmonary endurance evaluation table, judge their cardiopulmonary endurance grade. Conclusion: 1) six minutes up and down stairs test can realize the self-evaluation of cardiopulmonary endurance, and the corresponding reference grade. 2) the self-assessment questionnaire of cardiopulmonary endurance can effectively estimate the maximal oxygen intake. And it can be used as a method to evaluate cardiopulmonary endurance.
