【摘要】:高校畢業(yè)生作為整個(gè)社會(huì)中最富有創(chuàng)造性、生機(jī)和活力的群體,他們不但有抱負(fù)有理想,而且掌握了比較系統(tǒng)的現(xiàn)代科學(xué)文化知識(shí),是整個(gè)社會(huì)中最寶貴的人才資源。高校畢業(yè)生的就業(yè)問(wèn)題,不僅關(guān)系到畢業(yè)生個(gè)人及家庭的切身利益,也關(guān)系到高等教育的健康持續(xù)發(fā)展以及人才強(qiáng)國(guó)、科教興國(guó)基本國(guó)策的落實(shí)。畢業(yè)生的就業(yè)行為決策是提高畢業(yè)生就業(yè)質(zhì)量的關(guān)鍵所在。本文從我國(guó)高校畢業(yè)生就業(yè)現(xiàn)狀和存在的問(wèn)題入手,對(duì)高校畢業(yè)生的就業(yè)行為影響因素與決策機(jī)制進(jìn)行了深入研究,這對(duì)于優(yōu)化我國(guó)人力資源配置,提升我國(guó)高校畢業(yè)生就業(yè)能力,均具有重要的理論價(jià)值和現(xiàn)實(shí)意義。主要研究工作如下:(1)本文對(duì)高校畢業(yè)生就業(yè)行為影響因素與決策機(jī)制的研究現(xiàn)狀和相關(guān)理論方法進(jìn)行了細(xì)致的歸納梳理,清晰界定了其影響因素與決策機(jī)制的內(nèi)容和基本要素,主要有就業(yè)行為決策、因素群、適應(yīng)性、主體以及主體性等,歸納了影響高校畢業(yè)生就業(yè)行為決策的因素群,這些理論為高校畢業(yè)生就業(yè)行為相關(guān)問(wèn)題的研究提供了新的思路。(2)通過(guò)因素解析創(chuàng)新性提出了高校畢業(yè)生就業(yè)行為決策影響因素,分析了就業(yè)行為決策對(duì)實(shí)現(xiàn)勞動(dòng)力供給的影響機(jī)理,通過(guò)深入探討因素群對(duì)高校畢業(yè)生就業(yè)行為決策的綜合影響,提出了高校畢業(yè)生對(duì)因素群的適應(yīng)機(jī)制和因素群對(duì)高校畢業(yè)生的影響機(jī)制,包含個(gè)體自然特征、代際影響因素、保留工資、工作搜尋方式的個(gè)人層面因素,以及涉及制度、體制、文化以及勞動(dòng)力需求的環(huán)境層面因素。(3)從因素群對(duì)高校畢業(yè)生的影響機(jī)制、作用機(jī)制和適應(yīng)機(jī)制三方面進(jìn)行了決策機(jī)制分析。揭示了匹配理論、討價(jià)還價(jià)理論以及主體適應(yīng)性理論中因素群對(duì)就業(yè)行為決策及勞動(dòng)力供給的影響機(jī)制;高校畢業(yè)生也會(huì)在因素群的作用下調(diào)整自身的就業(yè)策略,實(shí)現(xiàn)人崗匹配的作用機(jī)制;從多方面分析了勞動(dòng)-閑暇模型、擴(kuò)展型勞動(dòng)-閑暇模型和合作博弈矩陣,分析了高校畢業(yè)生就業(yè)行為的適應(yīng)機(jī)制。(4)借助問(wèn)卷調(diào)查,在分析高校畢業(yè)生就業(yè)特征和規(guī)律的基礎(chǔ)上,分別構(gòu)建了兩分類(lèi)變量和多分類(lèi)變量Logistic回歸模型來(lái)分析各因素對(duì)高校畢業(yè)生就業(yè)行為決策的影響。通過(guò)系統(tǒng)性分析,對(duì)我國(guó)高校畢業(yè)生就業(yè)行為的決策選擇進(jìn)行了實(shí)證研究,指出畢業(yè)生就業(yè)的難易程度會(huì)影響到畢業(yè)生就業(yè)模式的選擇。(5)針對(duì)不同環(huán)境的高校畢業(yè)生就業(yè)問(wèn)題,從政府責(zé)任、市場(chǎng)引導(dǎo)、高校作用、社會(huì)支持以及個(gè)人努力五個(gè)方面有針對(duì)性地提出了提高高校畢業(yè)生就業(yè)水平的建議與對(duì)策,為改善高校畢業(yè)生就業(yè)質(zhì)量提出了切實(shí)可行的現(xiàn)實(shí)路徑。
[Abstract]:As the most creative, vital and energetic group in the whole society, college graduates not only have aspirations and ideals, but also master more systematic knowledge of modern science and culture, and are the most valuable human resources in the whole society. The employment of college graduates is not only related to the personal interests of the graduates and their families, but also related to the healthy and sustainable development of higher education and the implementation of the basic national policy of revitalizing the country through science and education. The employment behavior decision of graduates is the key to improve the employment quality of graduates. Starting with the present employment situation and existing problems of college graduates in China, this paper makes an in-depth study on the influencing factors and decision-making mechanism of the employment behavior of college graduates, which can optimize the allocation of human resources in China. It is of great theoretical and practical significance to improve the employability of college graduates in China. The main research work is as follows: (1) in this paper, the current research situation and relevant theoretical methods of the influencing factors and decision-making mechanism of employment behavior of college graduates are summarized and combed carefully, and the contents and basic elements of the influencing factors and decision-making mechanism are clearly defined. It mainly includes employment behavior decision, factor group, adaptability, subject and subjectivity. These theories provide a new way of thinking for the study of employment behavior of college graduates. This paper analyzes the influence mechanism of employment behavior decision on the realization of labor force supply, and probes into the comprehensive influence of factor group on the employment behavior decision of college graduates. The adaptation mechanism of college graduates to factor group and the influence mechanism of factor group on college graduates are put forward, including individual natural characteristics, intergenerational influence factors, personal level factors of retention wage, job search mode, and related system. The system, culture and environmental factors of labor demand are analyzed from three aspects: the influence mechanism, the function mechanism and the adaptation mechanism of the factors group on the college graduates. It reveals the influence mechanism of factor group on employment behavior decision and labor supply in matching theory, bargaining theory and subject adaptability theory, and college graduates will adjust their own employment strategy under the influence of factor group. This paper analyzes the function mechanism of the matching between people and posts from many aspects, analyzes the labor-leisure model, the extended labor-leisure model and the cooperative game matrix, and analyzes the adaptation mechanism of the employment behavior of college graduates. On the basis of analyzing the characteristics and laws of college graduates' employment, the Logistic regression model of two kinds of variables and multiple classification variables is constructed to analyze the influence of various factors on the employment behavior of college graduates. Through systematic analysis, this paper makes an empirical study on the decision choice of employment behavior of college graduates in China, and points out that the degree of difficulty and ease of employment of graduates will affect the choice of employment modes of graduates. From five aspects of government responsibility, market guidance, the role of universities, social support and personal efforts, this paper puts forward some suggestions and countermeasures to improve the employment level of college graduates. In order to improve the employment quality of college graduates, a practical and practical path is put forward.
