【摘要】：當(dāng)前我國已進(jìn)入城鎮(zhèn)化的重要階段,同時(shí),各種社會矛盾和問題也不斷凸顯出來。從道德的視角看,社會各個(gè)領(lǐng)域特別是公共領(lǐng)域的道德失范現(xiàn)象是比較令人擔(dān)憂的,公民文明素養(yǎng)與城市物質(zhì)文明水平是很不相稱的。在新型城鎮(zhèn)化過程中,如何堅(jiān)持協(xié)調(diào)發(fā)展理念,既大力提高城市物質(zhì)文明水平,又大幅提升市民文明素質(zhì)和城市文明程度,在增強(qiáng)城市硬實(shí)力的同時(shí)提升城市軟實(shí)力,是迫切的現(xiàn)實(shí)問題,也是重要的理論問題。本文以城鎮(zhèn)化進(jìn)程中的社會公德建設(shè)為研究對象,把社會公德建設(shè)放置在城鎮(zhèn)化的宏觀社會背景下進(jìn)行研究,深入揭示了城鎮(zhèn)化與社會公德建設(shè)之間的內(nèi)在邏輯關(guān)系,為提出城鎮(zhèn)化進(jìn)程中加強(qiáng)社會公德建設(shè)這一課題尋找理論依據(jù)和現(xiàn)實(shí)依據(jù)；分析了我國城鎮(zhèn)化進(jìn)程中社會公德領(lǐng)域的突出問題及其主要原因,指出城鎮(zhèn)化是我國推進(jìn)社會公德建設(shè)的良好契機(jī),要善于把握有利時(shí)機(jī),積極應(yīng)對挑戰(zhàn),努力提升公民文明素質(zhì)和社會文明程度：梳理發(fā)達(dá)國家城鎮(zhèn)化進(jìn)程中社會公德建設(shè)的主要經(jīng)驗(yàn),挖掘其可供我國借鑒的有利資源。最后,明確社會公德建設(shè)的主要著力點(diǎn),探索社會公德建設(shè)的基本路徑,努力構(gòu)建我國城鎮(zhèn)化進(jìn)程中社會公德建設(shè)的良好機(jī)制。
[Abstract]:At present, our country has entered an important stage of urbanization, at the same time, various social contradictions and problems have also been highlighted. From the moral perspective, the moral anomie in various fields, especially in the public field, is more worrying. The civic civilization quality is disproportionate to the level of the urban material text. In the new urbanization process How to adhere to the concept of coordinated development, not only improve the level of urban material civilization, but also greatly improve the quality of civic civilization and the degree of urban civilization. It is an urgent reality and important theoretical problem to enhance the urban hard strength and the city's soft strength. This article takes the construction of social morality in the process of urbanization as the research. To study the social morality construction under the macro social background of urbanization, the inner logical relationship between urbanization and social morality construction is revealed, and the theoretical and practical basis for strengthening the construction of social morality in the process of urbanization is sought, and the social morality in the process of urbanization in China is analyzed. The prominent problems and main reasons of the field are pointed out. It is pointed out that urbanization is a good opportunity to promote the construction of social ethics in our country. We should be good at grasping the favorable opportunity, actively responding to the challenges, and trying to improve the civic civilization quality and the degree of social civilization: to comb the main experiences of the construction of social morality in the process of urbanization in developed countries and to dig out it for our country. In the end, we should make clear the main point of the construction of social morality, explore the basic path of social morality construction, and try to build a good mechanism for the construction of social morality in the process of urbanization in China.
