【摘要】:歷史唯物主義告訴我們,精神動(dòng)力是推動(dòng)社會(huì)歷史發(fā)展的強(qiáng)大力量。任何社會(huì)歷史主體的實(shí)踐活動(dòng),都必有精神要素和精神動(dòng)力的參與。精神要素蘊(yùn)藏于實(shí)踐主體的精神世界中,只有通過(guò)一系列內(nèi)外環(huán)境和條件的作用,才能被引導(dǎo)、培育、開(kāi)發(fā)成精神動(dòng)力。作為一種積極的精神力量,精神動(dòng)力總是同具體的歷史主體和實(shí)踐活動(dòng)相聯(lián)系。當(dāng)代大學(xué)生是我國(guó)實(shí)現(xiàn)“兩個(gè)一百年”目標(biāo)和中華民族偉大復(fù)興“中國(guó)夢(mèng)”的歷史擔(dān)當(dāng)者,是建設(shè)和發(fā)展中國(guó)特色社會(huì)主義的生力軍和骨干力量,凝聚和鼓舞其精神動(dòng)力,對(duì)于當(dāng)代中國(guó)的發(fā)展進(jìn)步和未來(lái)走向,都具有十分重要的時(shí)代價(jià)值和歷史意義。本文從思想政治教育學(xué)的知識(shí)背景和學(xué)科視域,以中國(guó)當(dāng)代大學(xué)生精神動(dòng)力培育的理論、實(shí)踐和方法問(wèn)題為研究對(duì)象,運(yùn)用馬克思主義的基本立場(chǎng)、觀點(diǎn)和方法,在探究當(dāng)代中國(guó)大學(xué)生精神動(dòng)力培育的本體性和時(shí)代性問(wèn)題的基礎(chǔ)上,深入把握當(dāng)代中國(guó)大學(xué)生精神動(dòng)力培育的現(xiàn)實(shí)性和規(guī)律性問(wèn)題,進(jìn)而總結(jié)出中國(guó)大學(xué)生精神動(dòng)力培育的特點(diǎn)、內(nèi)容及生成規(guī)律,解析當(dāng)代中國(guó)大學(xué)生精神動(dòng)力培育的路徑與方法。論文試圖較為系統(tǒng)地回答當(dāng)代中國(guó)大學(xué)生精神動(dòng)力培育“為何必要”、“如何可能”、“怎樣進(jìn)行”的問(wèn)題,并嘗試建構(gòu)起研究當(dāng)代大學(xué)生精神動(dòng)力培育的理論分析框架。基于這樣的研究立場(chǎng)和思路,本文形成如下主要研究?jī)?nèi)容:第一部分精神動(dòng)力理論解讀。這部分旨在從精神動(dòng)力的內(nèi)涵、形成及要素構(gòu)成研究入手,對(duì)精神動(dòng)力的特征加以分析。本部分系統(tǒng)梳理并歸納了東西方精神動(dòng)力理論,從古代西方的靈魂論到東方的崇德論,從唯心主義的精神理論到馬克思主義的精神理論,探討精神動(dòng)力理論的發(fā)展脈絡(luò)和理論內(nèi)涵,從而為深入精神動(dòng)力培育研究提供依據(jù)和理論來(lái)源,進(jìn)而為精神動(dòng)力培育研究提供理論借鑒。第二部分當(dāng)代中國(guó)大學(xué)生精神動(dòng)力培育的時(shí)代價(jià)值分析。精神動(dòng)力的價(jià)值不僅在于能滿足個(gè)人與社會(huì)的基本需要,更在于它能推動(dòng)個(gè)人與社會(huì)的發(fā)展進(jìn)步。本部分旨在結(jié)合中華民族偉大復(fù)興“中國(guó)夢(mèng)”提出的時(shí)代背景以及精神動(dòng)力培育的時(shí)代要求,對(duì)精神動(dòng)力培育的重要性和必要性進(jìn)行深入分析,從而揭示當(dāng)代大學(xué)生精神動(dòng)力培育的個(gè)人價(jià)值與社會(huì)價(jià)值。第三部分探究當(dāng)代中國(guó)大學(xué)生精神動(dòng)力培育的功能及生成規(guī)律。大學(xué)生精神動(dòng)力培育具有其本身的內(nèi)在規(guī)律。本章著重在把握當(dāng)代中國(guó)大學(xué)生精神狀態(tài)和成長(zhǎng)環(huán)境的基礎(chǔ)上,試圖發(fā)現(xiàn)當(dāng)代中國(guó)大學(xué)生精神動(dòng)力培育的功能和培育的規(guī)律性問(wèn)題。這部分研究意在對(duì)大學(xué)生這一特定歷史主體的精神動(dòng)力培育問(wèn)題進(jìn)行時(shí)代性分析。第四部分:當(dāng)代中國(guó)大學(xué)生精神動(dòng)力現(xiàn)狀及存在問(wèn)題分析。通過(guò)分析當(dāng)代中國(guó)大學(xué)生在精神層面普遍存在的共同問(wèn)題,諸如政治信仰迷茫、價(jià)值取向扭曲、理想信念模糊、誠(chéng)信意識(shí)淡薄、艱苦奮斗精神淡化、社會(huì)責(zé)任感缺乏、心理素質(zhì)欠佳、團(tuán)結(jié)協(xié)作觀念較差等問(wèn)題,把握其精神動(dòng)力培育的現(xiàn)實(shí)性和挑戰(zhàn)性問(wèn)題,夯實(shí)論文選題研究的實(shí)踐基礎(chǔ)。第五部分:當(dāng)代中國(guó)大學(xué)生精神動(dòng)力培育的具體內(nèi)容。在分析當(dāng)代中國(guó)大學(xué)生成長(zhǎng)成才特點(diǎn)的基礎(chǔ)上,以信仰教育為靈魂,理想信念教育為核心,以愛(ài)國(guó)主義教育為重點(diǎn),以培育信仰動(dòng)力、道德動(dòng)力、認(rèn)知?jiǎng)恿Α⑶楦袆?dòng)力、意志動(dòng)力為目的,引導(dǎo)當(dāng)代大學(xué)生樹(shù)立正確的人生觀、世界觀和價(jià)值觀,達(dá)到提高當(dāng)代中國(guó)大學(xué)生的思想政治素質(zhì)的目的。第六部分:當(dāng)代中國(guó)大學(xué)生精神動(dòng)力培育經(jīng)驗(yàn)借鑒。本部分在對(duì)當(dāng)代中國(guó)大學(xué)生精神動(dòng)力培育的價(jià)值、規(guī)律、內(nèi)容、目標(biāo)及要素等進(jìn)行深刻把握的前提下,以筆者到美國(guó)加州大學(xué)圣地亞哥分校(UCSD)進(jìn)行的實(shí)地了解和調(diào)查為基礎(chǔ),深入對(duì)中美兩國(guó)在大學(xué)生精神動(dòng)力培育的目的內(nèi)容及手段措施方面的一般性和特殊性問(wèn)題進(jìn)行比較分析,從而拓展了研究我國(guó)當(dāng)代大學(xué)生精神動(dòng)力培育的學(xué)術(shù)視野和參照體系。第七部分:當(dāng)代中國(guó)大學(xué)生精神動(dòng)力培育的現(xiàn)實(shí)路徑。從當(dāng)代中國(guó)大學(xué)生精神力量的塑造和精神動(dòng)力的培育,應(yīng)體現(xiàn)中國(guó)特色,符合時(shí)代要求的角度,在前述研究的基礎(chǔ)上,闡明當(dāng)代大學(xué)生精神動(dòng)力培育的中國(guó)路徑,力圖提出當(dāng)代中國(guó)大學(xué)生精神動(dòng)力培育的對(duì)策性建議。
[Abstract]:Historical materialism tells us that spiritual motivation is a powerful force to promote the development of social history. The practical activities of any social and historical subject must have the participation of spiritual elements and spiritual power. The spiritual elements are hidden in the spiritual world of the practical subject, and can be guided and cultivated only through a series of internal and external conditions and conditions. As a positive spiritual force, as a positive spiritual force, spiritual power is always associated with specific historical subjects and practical activities. Contemporary college students are the historical undertakings of China's "two one hundred years" goal and the great rejuvenation of the Chinese nation, the new force for the construction and development of socialism with Chinese characteristics and the development of socialism with Chinese characteristics. The backbone strength, condensing and inspiring its spiritual power, has a very important time value and historical significance for the development and progress of contemporary China and the future trend. This paper, from the knowledge background and field of view of Ideological and political education, takes the theory, practice and methods of the spiritual power cultivation of Contemporary Chinese college students as the research object. With the basic position, views and methods of Marx's doctrine, on the basis of exploring the ontological and epochal problems of the spiritual power cultivation of contemporary Chinese college students, the practical and regular problems of the spiritual power cultivation of contemporary Chinese college students are deeply grasped, and then the characteristics, contents and rules of the cultivation of the Chinese students' spiritual power are summarized. This paper tries to systematically answer the question of "why", "how", "how" and "how to carry on" in Contemporary Chinese college students' spiritual power cultivation, and try to construct a theoretical analysis framework to study the spiritual power cultivation of contemporary college students. The main contents of this paper are as follows: the first part is the following main research contents: the first part is the interpretation of the spiritual motive theory. This part aims to analyze the characteristics of the spiritual power from the connotation, formation and composition of the spiritual power. This part systematically combs and induces the eastern and Western spiritual motive theory, from the ancient Western soul. On the theory of worship in the East, from idealist spirit theory to Marx's theory of spirit, the development and theoretical connotation of the theory of spiritual power are discussed, which provides a basis and theoretical source for the deep spiritual cultivation and research, and then provides a theoretical reference for the study of spiritual power cultivation. The second part of contemporary Chinese College Students The value of the time value analysis of the spiritual power cultivation is not only to meet the basic needs of the individual and the society, but also to promote the development and progress of the individual and the society. The purpose of this part is to combine the era background of the Chinese dream of the great rejuvenation of the Chinese nation and the requirements of the era of spiritual power cultivation. The importance and necessity of cultivation are analyzed in depth to reveal the individual value and social value of the cultivation of contemporary college students' spiritual power. The third part explores the functions and rules of generation of contemporary Chinese college students' spiritual power cultivation. The spiritual power cultivation of college students has its own inherent law. This chapter emphasizes the grasp of contemporary China. On the basis of the mental state and the growing environment of college students, we try to find out the function and the regularity of the cultivation of the contemporary Chinese college students' spiritual motivation. This part of the study is intended to carry out an epochal analysis of the spiritual motive of the specific historical subject of college students. Fourth parts: the present situation of the mental power of the contemporary Chinese College Students Through the analysis of the common problems in the spiritual level of contemporary Chinese college students, such as the confusion of the political belief, the distortion of the value orientation, the vague ideal and belief, the weak sense of good faith, the desalination of the spirit of hard struggle, the lack of social responsibility, the poor psychological quality, the poor concept of unity and cooperation and so on. The practical and challenging problems of the force cultivation are rammed in the practical basis of the research on the topic of the thesis. The fifth part: the specific content of the contemporary Chinese college students' spiritual power cultivation. On the basis of analyzing the characteristics of the growth and development of contemporary Chinese college students, the spirit of belief is the soul, the education of ideal and belief is the core, and the education of patriotism is the key point. To cultivate the motivation of belief, moral power, cognitive power, emotional power, and willpower, to guide the contemporary college students to set up a correct outlook on life, world outlook and values to improve the ideological and political quality of contemporary Chinese college students. The sixth part: the experience of the contemporary Chinese college students' spiritual power cultivation experience. On the premise of deep grasp of the values, laws, contents, objectives and elements of the spiritual power cultivation of Chinese college students, based on the field understanding and investigation carried out by the author of the University of California at San Diego (UCSD) in the United States, the general purpose and means of the cultivation of spiritual power of college students in China and the United States are in depth. The problems of sex and particularity are compared and analyzed, so as to expand the academic vision and reference system for the study of the spiritual power cultivation of contemporary college students in China. The seventh part: the realistic path of the cultivation of contemporary Chinese college students' spiritual power. The Chinese characteristics should be reflected from the shaping of the spiritual power of contemporary Chinese college students and the cultivation of the spirit of spirit. On the basis of the previous research, the Chinese path of contemporary college students' spiritual power cultivation is clarified on the basis of the previous research, and the Countermeasures for the cultivation of contemporary Chinese college students' spiritual power are put forward.
