馬克思幸福觀視野下的中國(guó)現(xiàn)代幸福企業(yè)建設(shè)研究

【摘要】:人類社會(huì)中的任何一個(gè)群體、組織中的成員,都渴望在群體或組織中獲得幸福,F(xiàn)代企業(yè),作為重要的社會(huì)組織,作為承載著千萬(wàn)員工幸福生活的基本單位,為組織成員創(chuàng)造幸福是企業(yè)首要的社會(huì)責(zé)任,也是企業(yè)長(zhǎng)青發(fā)展的必然要求。在國(guó)際形勢(shì)和國(guó)內(nèi)環(huán)境風(fēng)云變幻的今天,中國(guó)現(xiàn)代企業(yè)發(fā)展面臨著前所未有的考驗(yàn)與挑戰(zhàn),企業(yè)過(guò)去忽視人的價(jià)值而追求效益最大化的管理邏輯已經(jīng)不利于企業(yè)在新的戰(zhàn)略環(huán)境里的生存與發(fā)展,企業(yè)只有把人的幸福作為企業(yè)發(fā)展的目的和手段,以人的幸福最大化促進(jìn)企業(yè)效益的最優(yōu)化,才能贏得組織的長(zhǎng)遠(yuǎn)發(fā)展。尤其在現(xiàn)代社會(huì)中弘揚(yáng)人性,尊重人的價(jià)值,實(shí)現(xiàn)人的幸福已經(jīng)成為社會(huì)發(fā)展的主流趨勢(shì),這就要求作為社會(huì)微觀單位的現(xiàn)代企業(yè)在經(jīng)營(yíng)管理活動(dòng)中必須弘揚(yáng)人文精神,關(guān)注人的幸福問(wèn)題,順應(yīng)時(shí)代發(fā)展的潮流建設(shè)幸福企業(yè),促進(jìn)組織成員、組織和社會(huì)的共同發(fā)展,F(xiàn)代幸福企業(yè)是由"幸福人"所構(gòu)成的組織,是致力于為全體成員創(chuàng)造幸福的組織。在組織中雖然每個(gè)成員對(duì)幸福的價(jià)值訴求存在差異,但企業(yè)可以在科學(xué)的幸福理論的指導(dǎo)下形成全體成員一致認(rèn)同的組織價(jià)值觀念,引導(dǎo)全體成員追求幸福的行為,實(shí)現(xiàn)組織成員普遍的幸福。因此,要建設(shè)惠及全體成員的幸福企業(yè)就需要在科學(xué)的幸福觀的引導(dǎo)下進(jìn)行。馬克思的幸福觀,從唯物史觀出發(fā),考察了人類社會(huì)的幸福問(wèn)題,論述了人的發(fā)展與人的幸福之間的辯證關(guān)系、人的幸福與實(shí)踐活動(dòng)的內(nèi)在必然聯(lián)系,形成了包括幸福的主體規(guī)定、幸福的實(shí)踐規(guī)定、幸福的目標(biāo)規(guī)定三個(gè)層面清晰的理論邏輯框架,明確指出現(xiàn)實(shí)的人只有在實(shí)踐活動(dòng)中不斷追求全面自由的發(fā)展,才能獲得真正的幸福。馬克思的幸福觀是實(shí)踐證明的科學(xué)的幸福觀,全面而準(zhǔn)確的把握了幸福的實(shí)質(zhì),為人類指明了通往幸福的道路。因此,以馬克思的幸福觀引導(dǎo)中國(guó)現(xiàn)代企業(yè)的管理實(shí)踐,不僅能夠?qū)崿F(xiàn)企業(yè)全體成員的幸福,而且能夠推動(dòng)企業(yè)健康持續(xù)的發(fā)展;谝陨险J(rèn)識(shí),本文從中國(guó)現(xiàn)代企業(yè)改革與發(fā)展進(jìn)程的現(xiàn)狀出發(fā),立足于馬克思幸福觀的理論視野,考察了中國(guó)現(xiàn)代企業(yè)發(fā)展中人的幸福問(wèn)題,試圖構(gòu)建中國(guó)現(xiàn)代幸福企業(yè)的邏輯框架,為中國(guó)現(xiàn)代幸福企業(yè)的現(xiàn)實(shí)構(gòu)建提供可行性路徑。論文最終形成了五章內(nèi)容:第一章"中國(guó)現(xiàn)代幸福企業(yè)建設(shè)的必要性考察"。文章立足于中國(guó)現(xiàn)代企業(yè)發(fā)展所面臨的內(nèi)外部環(huán)境的改變,闡述了中國(guó)現(xiàn)代幸福企業(yè)建設(shè)的必要性,從歷史發(fā)展維度的傳承需要,時(shí)代特征維度的應(yīng)變需要以及可持續(xù)發(fā)展維度的生存需要三個(gè)層面進(jìn)行了探討。首先,文章著眼于東西方文化的視野,梳理了從古至今、從東方到西方人們孜孜不倦追求幸福的過(guò)程,論述了中國(guó)現(xiàn)代企業(yè)在發(fā)展中傳承人類社會(huì)恒久主題的歷史責(zé)任。其次,文章立足于時(shí)代發(fā)展的特征,指出在當(dāng)今企業(yè)社會(huì)化,社會(huì)企業(yè)化的時(shí)代背景下,企業(yè)所擔(dān)負(fù)的社會(huì)責(zé)任要求企業(yè)的幸福轉(zhuǎn)型;又進(jìn)一步從現(xiàn)代企業(yè)發(fā)展所面臨的新的戰(zhàn)略環(huán)境角度,探討了企業(yè)以員工幸福為核心創(chuàng)新管理模式的必要性。最后文章闡述了建設(shè)中國(guó)現(xiàn)代幸福企業(yè)不僅是企業(yè)實(shí)現(xiàn)自身可持續(xù)發(fā)展的需要,更是推動(dòng)人類社會(huì)可持續(xù)發(fā)展的需要。第二章"中國(guó)現(xiàn)代幸福企業(yè)建設(shè)的馬克思主義理論依據(jù)"。文章通過(guò)對(duì)西方哲學(xué)史上主流幸福觀的分析及研究,考察了馬克思幸福觀的理論淵源;通過(guò)馬克思對(duì)黑格爾及費(fèi)爾巴哈唯心主義幸福觀的批判,考察了馬克思幸福觀確立的現(xiàn)實(shí)依據(jù),從而在整體上把握了馬克思幸福觀體系的建構(gòu)。文章由此展開(kāi)了對(duì)馬克思幸福觀的系統(tǒng)解讀,深入把握了馬克思幸福觀的理論旨要。馬克思的幸福觀立足于現(xiàn)實(shí)的人,旨在以自由自覺(jué)的實(shí)踐活動(dòng)促進(jìn)人的全面自由發(fā)展,最終實(shí)現(xiàn)人的幸福。因此,本文從馬克思幸福觀的主體規(guī)定、實(shí)踐規(guī)定以及目標(biāo)規(guī)定三個(gè)層面,全面的解讀了馬克思對(duì)"現(xiàn)實(shí)的人"的關(guān)注,論述了現(xiàn)實(shí)生活世界以及幸福的實(shí)踐生成過(guò)程,論述了人的全面發(fā)展與幸福、人的自由發(fā)展與幸福的關(guān)系,清晰的把握了馬克思幸福觀的邏輯脈絡(luò)。第三章"中國(guó)現(xiàn)代企業(yè)的幸福危機(jī)考察"。本章旨在以馬克思的幸福觀透視中國(guó)現(xiàn)代企業(yè)的幸福危機(jī),探討中國(guó)現(xiàn)代企業(yè)幸福危機(jī)的癥候及成因,為中國(guó)現(xiàn)代幸福企業(yè)的建設(shè)掃除障礙。文章首先分析了近年來(lái)中國(guó)企業(yè)面臨和遭遇的一系列幸福危機(jī)案例,而后進(jìn)一步總結(jié)出了普遍存在于中國(guó)現(xiàn)代企業(yè)中的四種幸福危機(jī)癥候,最后又從社會(huì)發(fā)展的宏觀角度探究了中國(guó)現(xiàn)代企業(yè)幸福危機(jī)的成因,明確指出資本邏輯的全球擴(kuò)張,異化消費(fèi)現(xiàn)象以及與我國(guó)社會(huì)轉(zhuǎn)型相伴的倫理危機(jī)是造成當(dāng)下中國(guó)企業(yè)幸福危機(jī)的深層次原因。第四章"中國(guó)現(xiàn)代幸福企業(yè)的邏輯框架"。論文前三章充分把握了中國(guó)現(xiàn)代幸福企業(yè)建設(shè)的現(xiàn)實(shí)依據(jù)和理論基礎(chǔ),本章試圖在此基礎(chǔ)上構(gòu)建中國(guó)現(xiàn)代幸福企業(yè)的邏輯框架。根據(jù)馬克思幸福觀的理論規(guī)定,構(gòu)建中國(guó)現(xiàn)代幸福企業(yè)的邏輯框架就需要圍繞幸福企業(yè)的主體、幸福企業(yè)的實(shí)踐以及幸福企業(yè)的目標(biāo)這三個(gè)層面展開(kāi)。因此,文章結(jié)合積極心理學(xué)與企業(yè)管理學(xué)的相關(guān)理論知識(shí),首先對(duì)中國(guó)現(xiàn)代幸福企業(yè)的人性基礎(chǔ)進(jìn)行了"幸福人"的人性假設(shè),并通過(guò)對(duì)現(xiàn)代企業(yè)幸福管理作用機(jī)理的分析,論述了中國(guó)現(xiàn)代企業(yè)幸福管理的實(shí)踐可能,最后設(shè)定了中國(guó)現(xiàn)代企業(yè)發(fā)展的幸福目標(biāo),通過(guò)以上三個(gè)方面的交匯融合,繪制出了一個(gè)具有可行性的中國(guó)現(xiàn)代幸福企業(yè)的模型。第五章"中國(guó)現(xiàn)代幸福企業(yè)的現(xiàn)實(shí)構(gòu)建"。本章是在中國(guó)現(xiàn)代幸福企業(yè)邏輯框架研究的基礎(chǔ)之上,進(jìn)一步探討了中國(guó)現(xiàn)代幸福企業(yè)的構(gòu)建原則及構(gòu)建路徑,并建立了相對(duì)應(yīng)的現(xiàn)代幸福企業(yè)的評(píng)價(jià)體系,引導(dǎo)中國(guó)現(xiàn)代幸福企業(yè)的建設(shè)從理論探究轉(zhuǎn)向現(xiàn)實(shí)構(gòu)建。在文章的最后,筆者論述了建設(shè)中國(guó)現(xiàn)代幸福企業(yè)的現(xiàn)實(shí)意義,明確指出建設(shè)中國(guó)現(xiàn)代幸福企業(yè)不僅有利于企業(yè)自身的發(fā)展,有利于推進(jìn)我國(guó)全面建成小康社會(huì)目標(biāo)的實(shí)現(xiàn),更是對(duì)美麗"中國(guó)夢(mèng)"的具體實(shí)踐,闡述了建設(shè)中國(guó)現(xiàn)代幸福企業(yè)對(duì)于企業(yè)、社會(huì)、國(guó)家發(fā)展的重要意義。
[Abstract]:Any group in the human society and the members of the organization are eager to achieve happiness in the group or organization. As an important social organization, as a basic unit carrying the happy life of millions of employees, it is the primary responsibility of the enterprise to create happiness for the members of the organization, and also the inevitable requirement for the development of the enterprise. The development of Chinese modern enterprises is facing unprecedented challenges and challenges today. The development of enterprises in the past neglects the value of people and the pursuit of maximum efficiency of management logic is not conducive to the survival and development of enterprises in the new strategic environment. Enterprises only take the happiness of human beings as the purpose of enterprise development. And means, in order to maximize the happiness of the people, and to optimize the benefit of the enterprise, can we win the long-term development of the organization, especially in the modern society, to carry forward human nature, respect human value, and realize human happiness has become the mainstream trend of social development. This requires that modern enterprises, as the micro units of society, must be carried out in the management and management activities. The management practice of the enterprise can not only realize the happiness of all the members of the enterprise, but also promote the healthy and continuous development of the enterprise. Based on the above understanding, this paper, based on the current situation of the reform and development process of Chinese modern enterprises, based on the theory of Marx's theory of happiness, examines the problem of happiness in the development of modern Chinese enterprises, and tries to test the problem of happiness in the development of Chinese modern enterprises. The paper constructs the logical framework of Chinese modern happiness enterprise and provides a feasible path for the realistic construction of Chinese modern happy enterprises. The thesis finally forms five chapters: Chapter 1: "the necessity of the construction of Chinese modern happiness enterprise". The second chapter "the construction of China's modern happiness enterprise" Based on the analysis and study of the mainstream outlook on happiness in the history of western philosophy, Kyth's theory examines the theoretical origin of Marx's outlook on happiness; through Marx's criticism of Hagel and Feuerbach's idealistic outlook on happiness, it examines the realistic basis for the establishment of Marx's happiness outlook, and thus holds Marx lucky on the whole. This article unfolds the systematic interpretation of Marx's happiness view and deeply grasps the theory of Marx's happiness view. Marx's outlook on happiness is based on the realistic people, aiming at promoting the all-round and free development of human beings with free and conscious practice, and finally realizing the happiness of people.
