新時(shí)期中越大學(xué)生思想政治教育比較研究

【摘要】:思想政治教育是中國(guó)共產(chǎn)黨的優(yōu)良傳統(tǒng)和政治優(yōu)勢(shì)。改革開放以來中國(guó)在大學(xué)生思想政治教育領(lǐng)域積累了許多經(jīng)驗(yàn),對(duì)于越南具有借鑒意義。論文對(duì)新時(shí)期中越兩國(guó)大學(xué)生思想政治教育進(jìn)行比較研究,分析兩國(guó)思想政治教育概念、內(nèi)容、實(shí)踐模式及教育效果的異同及原因,總結(jié)各自的特點(diǎn),為提高越南大學(xué)生思想政治教育的效果提供可供參考的因素。中越大學(xué)生思想政治教育概念和歷史發(fā)展是中越大學(xué)生思想政治教育比較研究的基礎(chǔ)問題。隨著社會(huì)發(fā)展,中國(guó)思想政治教育概念的內(nèi)涵和外延日益豐富,越南學(xué)界仍未清晰界定思想政治教育的概念,一般認(rèn)為思想政治教育只是一個(gè)工具,目的是使人民產(chǎn)生革命的自覺因素。越南思想政治教育概念的內(nèi)涵側(cè)重政治性,忽視了教育內(nèi)涵。新時(shí)期中越大學(xué)生思想政治教育正呈現(xiàn)出穩(wěn)定、積極的發(fā)展態(tài)勢(shì),已進(jìn)入了歷史上發(fā)展最快的時(shí)期,大學(xué)生思想政治教育的成效日益顯著。越南大學(xué)生思想政治教育的發(fā)展雖然比中國(guó)晚了一步,但不斷地改革和完善,也進(jìn)入了歷史上全面發(fā)展的時(shí)期。中越大學(xué)生思想政治教育的內(nèi)容都包括思想教育、政治教育和道德教育三個(gè)方面,兩國(guó)都把馬克思主義理論教育、本土化馬克思主義作為重要的教育內(nèi)容;都強(qiáng)調(diào)愛國(guó)主義教育、理想信念教育;都注重加強(qiáng)社會(huì)主義道德教育。但兩國(guó)教育的重點(diǎn)不同。中國(guó)思想政治教育內(nèi)容較注重“四有教育”,使人全面發(fā)展,但越南注重政治本領(lǐng)的培養(yǎng);中國(guó)共產(chǎn)黨強(qiáng)調(diào)以馬克思主義理論為基礎(chǔ),越南則更強(qiáng)調(diào)列寧主義理論;中國(guó)當(dāng)代馬克思主義理論教育在內(nèi)容上側(cè)重突出中國(guó)特色社會(huì)主義理論體系,越南突出胡志明思想。中越大學(xué)生思想政治教育實(shí)踐模式分為課堂教學(xué)實(shí)踐模式、校園實(shí)踐活動(dòng)模式和校外實(shí)踐活動(dòng)模式。中越大學(xué)生思想政治教育的實(shí)踐模式有共性,目的都是引導(dǎo)大學(xué)生在實(shí)踐中自主學(xué)習(xí),實(shí)現(xiàn)自我教育、自我發(fā)展;融理論教育與實(shí)踐教育為一體;把思想政治理論課當(dāng)作“主渠道”看待,十分重視課堂教學(xué),注重理論與實(shí)踐相結(jié)合;注重校園文化建設(shè)。但兩國(guó)實(shí)踐模式的著重點(diǎn)有所不同。中國(guó)實(shí)踐模式注重大學(xué)生實(shí)踐能力全面發(fā)展,而越南注重的是大學(xué)生政治能力發(fā)展。中國(guó)實(shí)踐模式的內(nèi)容形式豐富多樣,越南的內(nèi)容形式相對(duì)薄弱和單一。實(shí)證調(diào)查表明,中越大學(xué)生思想政治教育效果總體樂觀,中越大學(xué)生思想政治教育提高了大學(xué)生的政治理論水平、思想道德修養(yǎng)和精神境界。中越大學(xué)生思想政治教育也存在問題,大多數(shù)中越大學(xué)生對(duì)高校的思想政治教育教育實(shí)踐活動(dòng)不大滿意,認(rèn)為最大的問題是脫離實(shí)際,越南的不滿程度更高。在影響因素上中越兩國(guó)有許多相同之處,如國(guó)際環(huán)境上西化和分化的威脅,國(guó)內(nèi)市場(chǎng)經(jīng)濟(jì)的消極影響。但在學(xué)校和家庭的影響上有一定的差異。中國(guó)學(xué)校的思想政治教育更需要改進(jìn)的是教學(xué)的方式,越南的學(xué)校教育則在師資隊(duì)伍建設(shè)、教育內(nèi)容和方法上都需要改進(jìn);中國(guó)家庭教育重智輕德現(xiàn)象要改變,越南則忽略了家庭對(duì)思想政治教育的影響。從上面的比較分析發(fā)現(xiàn),我國(guó)大學(xué)生思想政治教育領(lǐng)域存在許多不足,具有較大的發(fā)展空間,中國(guó)大學(xué)生思想政治教育的成功經(jīng)驗(yàn)值得我國(guó)借鑒。尤其是在強(qiáng)調(diào)大學(xué)生思想政治教育重要性、確保大學(xué)生思想政治教育的正確方向、完善大學(xué)生思想政治教育內(nèi)容體系、重視大學(xué)生思想政治教育實(shí)踐活動(dòng)、加強(qiáng)大學(xué)生思想政治教育隊(duì)伍建設(shè)等方面為我國(guó)提供了重要的啟示。
