大學(xué)生心理資本積累及其教育管理對(duì)策研究

【摘要】:在各領(lǐng)域競(jìng)爭(zhēng)日趨激烈的背景下,培養(yǎng)更多具有可持續(xù)發(fā)展能力的人才已經(jīng)成為高等教育改革面臨的緊迫任務(wù),同時(shí)也是大學(xué)生成長(zhǎng)發(fā)展的現(xiàn)實(shí)需要。面對(duì)競(jìng)爭(zhēng)與發(fā)展,大學(xué)生需要積累多種資本,其中,心理資本就是一種能為其帶來(lái)競(jìng)爭(zhēng)優(yōu)勢(shì)的重要資源。在借鑒美國(guó)心理學(xué)家Luthans等人關(guān)于心理資本的觀點(diǎn)的基礎(chǔ)上,進(jìn)一步闡述了大學(xué)生心理資本的基本內(nèi)涵,揭示了自我效能、希望、樂(lè)觀、韌性的基本特點(diǎn)以及其構(gòu)成因子的內(nèi)涵和結(jié)構(gòu),指出自我效能、希望、樂(lè)觀和韌性在大學(xué)生心理資本中分別發(fā)揮著“基礎(chǔ)”、“導(dǎo)向”、“助力”和“保障”的功能,共同推動(dòng)著心理資本不斷積累。運(yùn)用層次分析法構(gòu)建了大學(xué)生心理資本積累現(xiàn)狀評(píng)價(jià)指標(biāo)體系和大學(xué)生心理資本積累影響因素評(píng)價(jià)指標(biāo)體系,編制了《大學(xué)生心理資本量表》和《大學(xué)生心理資本影響因素調(diào)查問(wèn)卷》,通過(guò)實(shí)證研究,分析了我國(guó)大學(xué)生心理資本積累現(xiàn)狀及其影響因素作用情況。分析發(fā)現(xiàn):一是大學(xué)生心理資本積累水平總體處于中等,心理資本積累水平隨年級(jí)升高呈上升趨勢(shì),獨(dú)立學(xué)院學(xué)生得分高于其他層次高校學(xué)生,直轄市生源學(xué)生得分低于其他生源地學(xué)生,性別差異帶來(lái)的心理資本積累水平差異不顯著;二是內(nèi)部影響因素的作用大于外部影響因素,人際支持、性格特征、成就動(dòng)機(jī)和校園文化是影響作用較高的幾個(gè)因素,從年級(jí)、辦學(xué)層次、生源地以及性別四方面分析來(lái)看,一年級(jí)和四年級(jí)學(xué)生、全國(guó)重點(diǎn)大學(xué)和獨(dú)立學(xué)院學(xué)生、縣城和地級(jí)城市生源學(xué)生以及女性學(xué)生對(duì)影響因素的敏感性較高。依據(jù)對(duì)大學(xué)生心理資本積累現(xiàn)狀及影響因素的分析與評(píng)估,從五個(gè)方面提出了創(chuàng)新和改進(jìn)大學(xué)生教育管理的策略:一是高校應(yīng)在教育價(jià)值觀、教育倫理實(shí)踐效益觀、學(xué)校育人觀、生涯教育觀和生命意識(shí)教育等方面系統(tǒng)把握高等教育管理規(guī)律,形成大學(xué)生教育管理工作新理念;二是高校應(yīng)從生命價(jià)值取向的構(gòu)建、大愛精神對(duì)校園文化的引領(lǐng)和理論研究對(duì)教育管理創(chuàng)新的推動(dòng)等方面創(chuàng)新大學(xué)生教育管理方法;三是高校應(yīng)該從開展積極心理教育、加強(qiáng)生涯管理工作、建立積極人際支持機(jī)制等方面進(jìn)一步拓展大學(xué)生教育管理途徑;四是高校應(yīng)該從年級(jí)差異化、辦學(xué)層次差異化和生源地差異化視角增強(qiáng)大學(xué)生教育管理的針對(duì)性;五是高校應(yīng)從提升輔導(dǎo)員隊(duì)伍素質(zhì)和提升教師人格魅力入手提升高校教育管理主體的素質(zhì)。
[Abstract]:Under the background of increasingly fierce competition in various fields, it has become an urgent task for the reform of higher education to train more talents with the ability of sustainable development, and it is also a realistic need for the growth and development of college students. College students need to accumulate many kinds of capital, among which psychological capital is an important resource that can bring them competitive advantage. This paper further expounds the basic connotation of college students' psychological capital, reveals the basic characteristics of self-efficacy, hope, optimism, toughness and the connotation and structure of its constituent factors, points out that self-efficacy, hope, and hope, Optimism and resilience play the functions of "foundation", "guidance", "help" and "guarantee" in college students' psychological capital, respectively. This paper constructs the evaluation index system of college students' psychological capital accumulation status and the evaluation index system of the influencing factors of college students' psychological capital accumulation by using the analytic hierarchy process (AHP). The psychological capital scale for college students and the questionnaire for influencing factors of college students' psychological capital were compiled, and an empirical study was carried out. This paper analyzes the present situation of college students' psychological capital accumulation in China and its influence factors. It is found that the level of psychological capital accumulation of college students is generally in the middle, and the level of psychological capital accumulation increases with the increase of grade. The scores of independent college students were higher than those of other college students, and the scores of students from the municipality directly under the Central Government were lower than those from other places, and there was no significant difference in the level of psychological capital accumulation brought about by gender differences. Second, the role of internal factors is greater than that of external factors. Interpersonal support, personality characteristics, achievement motivation and campus culture are the most influential factors. From the aspects of grade, school level, source of students and gender, First and fourth year students, students from national key universities and independent colleges, The students and female students of county and prefectural cities are highly sensitive to the influencing factors. Based on the analysis and evaluation of the present situation of college students' psychological capital accumulation and the influencing factors, This paper puts forward the strategies of innovating and improving college students' education management from five aspects: first, colleges and universities should be in the view of educational values, educational ethics practice benefit, school education. In the aspects of career education and life consciousness education, we should systematically grasp the law of higher education management, and form a new concept of college students' education management; second, colleges and universities should construct the orientation of life value. College students' education management methods should be innovated in the aspects of promoting the innovation of education management, the third is that colleges and universities should carry out positive psychological education, strengthen career management, and so on. Fourth, colleges and universities should strengthen the pertinence of college students' education management from the perspectives of grade differentiation, school level differentiation and student origin differentiation. Fifth, colleges and universities should improve the quality of the main body of college education management by improving the quality of counselors and teachers' personality charm.
