【摘要】:全球化背景下,社會轉(zhuǎn)型加速使得思想文化多元、多樣、多變,各種價值選擇交融凸顯了文化在綜合國力競爭中的重要作用。當(dāng)代大學(xué)生中華民族精神培育不僅僅是高等教育的迫切任務(wù),也一直都是黨和國家的工作重點(diǎn)。本文以辯證唯物主義和歷史唯物主義為基礎(chǔ),借鑒了系統(tǒng)論、合力論、思想政治教育理論等,以問卷調(diào)查的數(shù)據(jù)分析和個體訪談為研究的立足點(diǎn)和基礎(chǔ),全面梳理了當(dāng)代大學(xué)生中華民族精神培育的脈絡(luò),最終提出適用策略。文章分為七個部分:第一部分為緒論,主要是從研究背景和研究意義著手,仔細(xì)梳理了國內(nèi)外目前就這個課題的研究狀況,最后陳述本文的研究思路和研究方法,這是本文選題研究的基礎(chǔ)。第二部分是當(dāng)代大學(xué)生中華民族精神培育的理論基礎(chǔ)和意義。首先,對中華民族精神的基本概念做了詳細(xì)表述。其次,深刻剖析了當(dāng)代大學(xué)生中華民族精神培育的理論基礎(chǔ)。馬克思主義經(jīng)典作家關(guān)于民族精神的理論、中國優(yōu)秀傳統(tǒng)文化中關(guān)于民族精神的論述、黨的歷代領(lǐng)導(dǎo)集體關(guān)于民族精神培育的思想以及思想政治教育學(xué)中關(guān)于民族精神的思想,這是本文的基礎(chǔ)理論支撐部分。最后針對當(dāng)代大學(xué)生中華民族精神培育工作的價值意義從大學(xué)生個體、高等教育以及國家整體三個維度進(jìn)行論述,指出當(dāng)代大學(xué)生中華民族精神培育是大學(xué)生個人實現(xiàn)成長成才的基礎(chǔ),是實現(xiàn)高等教育立德樹人目標(biāo)的保證,是社會主義核心價值觀文化建設(shè)的核心,是實現(xiàn)偉大復(fù)興中國夢的精神支柱。這一章是本文研究的立足點(diǎn)。第三部分是當(dāng)代大學(xué)生中華民族精神培育的歷史沿革和歷史經(jīng)驗,這一部分是實證研究,第一節(jié)全面深刻剖析我國針對當(dāng)代大學(xué)生中華民族精神培育所歷經(jīng)的不同歷史階段及具體舉措。第二節(jié)則系統(tǒng)總結(jié)了我國當(dāng)代大學(xué)生中華民族精神培育取得的歷史經(jīng)驗。這是本文研究的歷史依據(jù)。第四部分是國外高校大學(xué)生民族精神培育的借鑒及啟示。第一節(jié)通過分析典型國家的大學(xué)生民族精神培育的經(jīng)驗,全方位擴(kuò)展了研究視野。第二節(jié)則系統(tǒng)總結(jié)了國外大學(xué)生民族精神培育的特點(diǎn)及存在的問題。第三節(jié)則深入闡釋了國外大學(xué)生民族精神培育對于我國當(dāng)代大學(xué)生中華民族精神培育工作的啟示,從提高文化自覺、推進(jìn)信仰教育、塑造公民意識以推動公民社會建設(shè)的角度來進(jìn)行拓展培育,這是本文研究的擴(kuò)展。第五部分是當(dāng)代大學(xué)生中華民族精神培育的目標(biāo)、原則和內(nèi)容。首先從目標(biāo)角度明確范圍,強(qiáng)調(diào)在方向定位上以馬克思主義理論體系為方向指引;在價值定位上以個體發(fā)展為基礎(chǔ)的國家認(rèn)同;在內(nèi)容定位上促進(jìn)中華民族精神與時代創(chuàng)新精神相結(jié)合;在路徑定位上促進(jìn)教育科學(xué)研究的理論生產(chǎn)和成果轉(zhuǎn)化。其次強(qiáng)調(diào)了在實踐工作中要堅守工作原則,理論與實踐、繼承與創(chuàng)新、整體與層次、歷史與實效、教育與自教自律以及民族與世界相結(jié)合的原則。最后明確了從內(nèi)容的維度堅持六個向量來全面推進(jìn)大學(xué)生中華民族精神培育工作,即以愛國主義精神為內(nèi)核、以中華民族優(yōu)秀傳統(tǒng)文化為脈絡(luò)、以改革創(chuàng)新為突破點(diǎn)、以社會主義核心價值體系為標(biāo)的、以法治現(xiàn)代化建設(shè)為基礎(chǔ)和以科學(xué)理性思想為方法論來傳承中華民族精神,這是本文研究的核心。第六部分是當(dāng)代大學(xué)生中華民族精神培育的現(xiàn)狀考察。第一節(jié)主要是總結(jié)了當(dāng)代大學(xué)生中華民族精神培育取得的成績。第二節(jié)和第三節(jié)通過對調(diào)查問卷的數(shù)據(jù)分析和大學(xué)生的個體座談,深入研究培育工作存在的問題及原因,這是本文研究的現(xiàn)實依據(jù)。第七部分是當(dāng)代大學(xué)生中華民族精神培育的對策,這是本文研究的邏輯歸宿。分別從思想意識、內(nèi)容載體、隊伍建設(shè)和社會合力幾個方面提出了切實可行的舉措。首先強(qiáng)調(diào)要夯實思想意識堡壘,堅定馬克思主義思想的指導(dǎo)地位,強(qiáng)化愛國主義為核心的理想信念,加強(qiáng)社會主義核心價值觀的學(xué)習(xí),重視民族歷史和傳統(tǒng)文化的教育,突出大學(xué)生公民人格的培養(yǎng)塑造。其次創(chuàng)新培育方法與載體,深化課堂教育內(nèi)容,創(chuàng)新校園傳播媒介,加強(qiáng)學(xué)風(fēng)道德建設(shè),開展實踐體驗教育,深化校園文化建設(shè),挖掘紅色教育資源,創(chuàng)建網(wǎng)絡(luò)教育平臺。再次加強(qiáng)專業(yè)化的培育隊伍建設(shè),提升理論課教師的綜合素養(yǎng),強(qiáng)化輔導(dǎo)員的隊伍建設(shè),提高機(jī)關(guān)管理隊伍的業(yè)務(wù)水平,完善培育工作的運(yùn)行機(jī)制。最后整合外部環(huán)境,以國家政策為依托優(yōu)化社會整體環(huán)境,以日常養(yǎng)成教育為著眼點(diǎn)推進(jìn)家庭教育的影響,以先進(jìn)模范人物為榜樣開展感染力教育,以社會環(huán)境引導(dǎo)為路徑形成多方教育合力。以多維度的透視分析為基礎(chǔ),最終實現(xiàn)了一個全方位的培育模式創(chuàng)建,全面助力當(dāng)代大學(xué)生中華民族精神培育工作。
[Abstract]:Under the background of globalization and social transformation of the ideological and cultural pluralism, diversity, variety, variety of value choice blend highlights the important role of culture in the competition of comprehensive national strength.
