基于企業(yè)成長的藝術(shù)院校創(chuàng)業(yè)教育研究

【摘要】:藝術(shù)院校是將技術(shù)技能教育和美育融為一體的院校類型,是推動我國經(jīng)濟發(fā)展和繁榮我國文化市場的重要動力。在大眾創(chuàng)新、萬眾創(chuàng)業(yè)的新形勢下,藝術(shù)院校學生的創(chuàng)業(yè)教育需求越來越高。在國家政策的助推下,大批的藝術(shù)類創(chuàng)業(yè)企業(yè)走向市場,導致藝術(shù)市場競爭加劇,企業(yè)的成長性問題凸顯出來。提高藝術(shù)類小微企業(yè)的生存能力,助其快速發(fā)展進入成長期,提高其成長能力,成為政府部門和社會各界亟待解決的難題。作為服務于學生創(chuàng)業(yè)和企業(yè)成長的重要教育類型,創(chuàng)業(yè)教育成為藝術(shù)院校拓展發(fā)展思路和服務社會的重要方式,也成為藝術(shù)院校亟待探索的問題。本研究旨在闡釋基于企業(yè)成長的藝術(shù)院校創(chuàng)業(yè)教育的理論框架,分析藝術(shù)院校創(chuàng)業(yè)教育和藝術(shù)類小微企業(yè)成長存在的問題,構(gòu)建致力于小微藝術(shù)企業(yè)成長的藝術(shù)院校創(chuàng)業(yè)教育發(fā)展模式。采用文獻分析、歷史研究、比較研究、訪談、個案分析、問卷調(diào)查等方法,借鑒了哲學、教育學、企業(yè)管理學、創(chuàng)業(yè)學等相關(guān)學科的理論,梳理國內(nèi)外藝術(shù)院校創(chuàng)業(yè)教育的發(fā)展歷程及特征,厘清藝術(shù)院校創(chuàng)業(yè)教育的現(xiàn)實狀況,深入分析藝術(shù)院校畢業(yè)生創(chuàng)建的藝術(shù)類小微企業(yè)的個性特征、發(fā)展困境和成長要素,并以此為基礎構(gòu)建藝術(shù)院校創(chuàng)業(yè)教育的行動框架,探索適應企業(yè)成長的藝術(shù)院校創(chuàng)業(yè)教育模式。本研究的主要結(jié)論是:一是為推動藝術(shù)類小微企業(yè)成長,藝術(shù)院校的創(chuàng)業(yè)教育應加強校企互動獲得人力資源共享、資金共享、平臺共生,要著力培養(yǎng)創(chuàng)業(yè)者的創(chuàng)業(yè)精神、創(chuàng)業(yè)能力及創(chuàng)新能力等方面素養(yǎng),加強創(chuàng)業(yè)者的技術(shù)技能積累,增加創(chuàng)業(yè)的專業(yè)化實踐活動,并通過現(xiàn)代學徒制激發(fā)學生的創(chuàng)業(yè)意愿、培養(yǎng)學生的合作能力,增強學生的職業(yè)道德,推動和引導藝術(shù)院校創(chuàng)業(yè)者的創(chuàng)業(yè)活動。二是藝術(shù)院院校學生對創(chuàng)業(yè)存在認識上的偏差,他們大多對創(chuàng)業(yè)活動不甚了解,卻抱有很高的期待,而學校創(chuàng)業(yè)教育的開展情況并不樂觀,在某種程度上影響了學生正確的創(chuàng)業(yè)意識和創(chuàng)業(yè)精神的形成。三是國外藝術(shù)院校的創(chuàng)業(yè)教育注重將創(chuàng)業(yè)教育融入專業(yè)教育中,注重學生技術(shù)技能的培養(yǎng)及與產(chǎn)業(yè)合作,注重整合社會資源,強調(diào)創(chuàng)新與創(chuàng)意的完美結(jié)合,注重全過程體驗學習。四是藝術(shù)院校創(chuàng)業(yè)教育要樹立以學生發(fā)展為本、以市場需求為向、以專業(yè)成長為根、以作品創(chuàng)作為體的思維模式,要搭建教育服務平臺,構(gòu)建教育聯(lián)動模型,建立以作品為組織的實踐模式,以需求為導向的教學模式,建立學校自我更新的評價機制、創(chuàng)業(yè)者的評價學習機制、企業(yè)孵化平臺的檢驗機制和政府評價相結(jié)合的多維評價體系。
[Abstract]:Art colleges and universities are the types of institutions that integrate technical skills education with aesthetic education, and are the important driving forces to promote the economic development and prosperity of our country's cultural market. Under the new situation of mass innovation and mass entrepreneurship, With the help of national policies, a large number of art startups have moved to the market, which has led to the intensification of competition in the art market. The problem of enterprise growth is highlighted. To improve the survival ability of art small and micro enterprises, to help their rapid development into the growth period, to improve their growth ability, As an important type of education to serve students' entrepreneurship and enterprise growth, entrepreneurship education has become an important way for art colleges to expand their development ideas and serve the society. The purpose of this study is to explain the theoretical framework of entrepreneurship education in art colleges based on enterprise growth, and to analyze the problems existing in entrepreneurship education and the growth of art small and micro enterprises in art colleges and universities. The development model of entrepreneurship education in art colleges and universities which is devoted to the growth of small and micro art enterprises is constructed. The methods of literature analysis, historical research, comparative study, interview, case analysis, questionnaire survey and so on are used for reference, such as philosophy, education, enterprise management, etc. The theory of entrepreneurship and other related disciplines, combing the development process and characteristics of entrepreneurship education in art colleges and universities at home and abroad, clarifying the reality of entrepreneurship education in art colleges and universities, and deeply analyzing the personality characteristics of small and micro enterprises of art type created by graduates of art colleges and universities. The main conclusions of this study are as follows: first, to promote the growth of art small and micro enterprises, and to build a framework of action for entrepreneurship education in art colleges and universities, and to explore the model of entrepreneurship education in art colleges and universities that adapt to the growth of enterprises, the main conclusions of this study are: first, to promote the growth of art small and micro enterprises, The entrepreneurship education in art colleges should strengthen the sharing of human resources, the sharing of funds, the symbiosis of platform, the cultivation of entrepreneurial spirit, the ability of entrepreneurship and the ability of innovation, and the accumulation of technical skills of entrepreneurs. To increase professional practical activities of entrepreneurship, and through modern apprenticeship system to stimulate students' willingness to start a business, to cultivate students' ability to cooperate, and to enhance students' professional ethics. Promoting and guiding the entrepreneurial activities of art college entrepreneurs. Second, the students of the Academy of Art have a bias in their understanding of entrepreneurship. Most of them do not know much about the entrepreneurial activities, but they have high expectations. However, the development of school entrepreneurship education is not optimistic, which to some extent affects the students' correct sense of entrepreneurship and the formation of entrepreneurial spirit. Third, entrepreneurship education in foreign art colleges pays attention to integrating entrepreneurship education into professional education. We should pay attention to the cultivation of students' technical skills and cooperation with industry, to the integration of social resources, to the perfect combination of innovation and creativity, and to the whole process of experiential learning. Based on the market demand, the professional growth as the root, and the creation of the works as the body, we should build the educational service platform, build the educational linkage model, establish the practical model with the work as the organization, and the teaching mode with the demand as the direction. The evaluation mechanism of school self-renewal, the evaluation and learning mechanism of entrepreneurs, the inspection mechanism of enterprise incubation platform and the multi-dimensional evaluation system of government evaluation are established.
