工科高校創(chuàng)新創(chuàng)業(yè)教育模式研究

【摘要】:創(chuàng)新創(chuàng)業(yè)教育成為近年來我國高等教育人才培養(yǎng)理論研究和實踐探索的熱點。1989年11月,聯(lián)合國教科文組織在北京召開了“面向21世紀(jì)教育國際研討會”,會議認(rèn)為,創(chuàng)業(yè)教育與學(xué)術(shù)性和職業(yè)性教育具有同等重要的地位,并把創(chuàng)業(yè)教育稱為“第三本教育護(hù)照”。1999年國家頒布《關(guān)于深化教育改革全面推進(jìn)素質(zhì)教育的決定》,提出“高等學(xué)校要重視和培養(yǎng)大學(xué)生的創(chuàng)新、實踐能力以及創(chuàng)業(yè)精神,普遍提高大學(xué)生的人文素養(yǎng)和科學(xué)素質(zhì)”。2010年,教育部下發(fā)《關(guān)于大力推進(jìn)高等學(xué)校創(chuàng)新創(chuàng)業(yè)教育和大學(xué)生自主創(chuàng)業(yè)工作的意見》,將創(chuàng)新教育和創(chuàng)業(yè)教育結(jié)合,提出“創(chuàng)新創(chuàng)業(yè)教育”的概念,并指出創(chuàng)新創(chuàng)業(yè)教育是一種新的教育理念和模式。2012年,教育部頒布了“創(chuàng)業(yè)基礎(chǔ)”課程教學(xué)大綱,要求各高校要積極創(chuàng)造條件,面向全體學(xué)生單獨開設(shè)“創(chuàng)業(yè)基礎(chǔ)”必修課程,實施創(chuàng)新創(chuàng)業(yè)教育,促進(jìn)高校畢業(yè)生就業(yè)創(chuàng)業(yè)。本文基于創(chuàng)新創(chuàng)業(yè)教育在高等教育人才培養(yǎng)中的重大意義,肯定了“將創(chuàng)新創(chuàng)業(yè)教育融入人才培養(yǎng)全過程”的科學(xué)界定,針對目前我國高校創(chuàng)新創(chuàng)業(yè)教育的現(xiàn)狀,通過理論分析、比較研究與實際調(diào)查等方法,結(jié)合工科高校的具體實際,分析創(chuàng)新創(chuàng)業(yè)教育的組織模式和運行機制,挖掘創(chuàng)新創(chuàng)業(yè)教育的政府、高校、企業(yè)和社會組織在共同促進(jìn)創(chuàng)新創(chuàng)業(yè)教育方面的協(xié)同機制,設(shè)計高校開展的創(chuàng)新創(chuàng)業(yè)教育內(nèi)容體系,進(jìn)一步提出適合工科高校的“五位一體”的創(chuàng)新創(chuàng)業(yè)教育模式。本文的研究內(nèi)容主要包括以下幾方面:1.梳理相關(guān)文獻(xiàn),分析我國創(chuàng)新創(chuàng)業(yè)教育研究的背景和意義、研究思路與方法,并對國內(nèi)外相關(guān)文獻(xiàn)進(jìn)行了綜述。2.系統(tǒng)闡述工科高校創(chuàng)新創(chuàng)業(yè)教育的相關(guān)概念和理論基礎(chǔ),對工科高校的特點和人才培養(yǎng)模式進(jìn)行了分析,對創(chuàng)新、創(chuàng)業(yè)、創(chuàng)新教育、創(chuàng)業(yè)教育以及創(chuàng)新創(chuàng)業(yè)教育等概念進(jìn)行了研究界定,進(jìn)一步闡明了創(chuàng)新創(chuàng)業(yè)教育與創(chuàng)新型人才培養(yǎng)的內(nèi)在邏輯。3.深入研究國外創(chuàng)新創(chuàng)業(yè)教育的主要經(jīng)驗和啟示,總結(jié)了我國高校開展創(chuàng)新創(chuàng)業(yè)教育的發(fā)展歷程和發(fā)展現(xiàn)狀,系統(tǒng)闡述我國高校創(chuàng)新創(chuàng)業(yè)教育的基本經(jīng)驗和主要問題。4.分析國內(nèi)高校開展創(chuàng)新創(chuàng)業(yè)教育的不同模式,對工科高校開展創(chuàng)新創(chuàng)業(yè)教育的模式進(jìn)行了比較分析,為高校開展創(chuàng)新創(chuàng)業(yè)教育提供基礎(chǔ)和借鑒。5.結(jié)合工科高校的特點,在宏觀環(huán)境、微觀環(huán)境、課程設(shè)計、實踐平臺、師資隊伍、學(xué)生主體等六個方面研究我國工科高校大學(xué)生創(chuàng)新創(chuàng)業(yè)教育內(nèi)容體系。6.從政策、學(xué)校、平臺、資金、學(xué)生主體五個方面探索工科高校“五位一體”的創(chuàng)新創(chuàng)業(yè)教育體系,并對其運行機制進(jìn)行了探討。7.對“五位一體”的工科高校創(chuàng)新創(chuàng)業(yè)教育模式進(jìn)行評價,建立了評價指標(biāo),運用模糊層次分析法建立了評價模型,并結(jié)合某工科高校創(chuàng)新創(chuàng)業(yè)教育的開展情況進(jìn)行了實證分析。
[Abstract]:Innovative and entrepreneurial education has become a hot spot in the theoretical and practical research of talents training in higher education in China in recent years. November 1989. UNESCO held an International Symposium on Education for 21th century in Beijing, which held that entrepreneurship education is of equal importance to academic and vocational education. In 1999, the government promulgated the decision on deepening Education Reform to promote All-round quality Education, and put forward that "Colleges and Universities should attach importance to and cultivate the innovation of college students." Practice ability and Entrepreneurship, generally improve College students'Humanities and Scientific qualities. 2010. The Ministry of Education issued "opinions on vigorously promoting Innovation and Entrepreneurship Education in Colleges and Universities" and put forward the concept of "innovative entrepreneurship education" by combining innovation education with entrepreneurship education. In 2012, the Ministry of Education issued the syllabus of the course "Entrepreneurship Foundation", which requires all colleges and universities to actively create conditions. This article is based on the significance of innovative entrepreneurship education in the training of talents in higher education based on the importance of innovative entrepreneurship education in the training of talents in higher education, and the implementation of innovative entrepreneurship education to promote the employment and entrepreneurship of college graduates. This paper affirms the scientific definition of "integrating innovation and entrepreneurship education into the whole process of talent training", aiming at the present situation of innovative entrepreneurship education in colleges and universities in our country, through theoretical analysis, comparative research and actual investigation, etc. Combined with the specific practice of engineering colleges and universities, this paper analyzes the organizational model and operation mechanism of innovative entrepreneurship education, and excavates the government and universities of innovative entrepreneurship education. Enterprises and social organizations in the joint promotion of innovative entrepreneurship education collaborative mechanism, the design of innovative entrepreneurship education content system. Further put forward a "five-in-one" innovative entrepreneurship education model suitable for engineering colleges. The research content of this paper mainly includes the following aspects: 1. Combing the relevant literature. This paper analyzes the background and significance of the research on innovative entrepreneurship education in China, the research ideas and methods, and summarizes the relevant literature at home and abroad. 2. Systematically expounds the related concepts and theoretical basis of innovative entrepreneurship education in engineering colleges and universities. This paper analyzes the characteristics and talent training model of engineering colleges and universities, and defines the concepts of innovation, entrepreneurship, innovative education, entrepreneurship education and innovative entrepreneurship education. Further expounds the innovative entrepreneurship education and innovative talent training of the internal logic. 3.in-depth study of the main experience and inspiration of foreign innovative entrepreneurship education. This paper summarizes the development process and current situation of innovative entrepreneurship education in colleges and universities in China. This paper systematically expounds the basic experience and main problems of innovative entrepreneurship education in colleges and universities in China. 4. Analyze the different models of innovative entrepreneurship education in domestic colleges and universities. This paper makes a comparative analysis on the mode of carrying out innovative entrepreneurship education in engineering colleges and universities, and provides the basis and reference for colleges and universities to carry out innovative entrepreneurship education. 5. Combining the characteristics of engineering colleges and universities, in the macro environment and micro environment. Curriculum design, practice platform, teaching staff, students and other six aspects of innovative entrepreneurship education content system. 6. From the policy, school, platform, funds. This paper explores the "five-in-one" innovation and entrepreneurship education system in engineering colleges and universities from five aspects of students' subject, and probes into its operating mechanism. 7. it evaluates the innovative entrepreneurship education model of engineering colleges and universities. The evaluation index is established, the evaluation model is established by using fuzzy analytic hierarchy process, and an empirical analysis is made on the development of innovative entrepreneurship education in a certain engineering university.
