【摘要】：高校作為黨成立的策源地和不斷發(fā)展的重要基地,為中國(guó)革命、建設(shè)和改革事業(yè)做出了重要貢獻(xiàn)。高校黨的建設(shè)走過了90多年的風(fēng)雨征程,積累了許多十分寶貴的經(jīng)驗(yàn)教訓(xùn),為新形勢(shì)下加強(qiáng)和改進(jìn)高校黨的建設(shè)提供了豐富的思想資源和重要的啟迪。目前世情、國(guó)情、黨情、高等教育事業(yè)發(fā)展都呈現(xiàn)了的深刻變化,對(duì)高校黨的建設(shè)提出了許多新的要求。高校黨組織面臨的各種考驗(yàn)和挑戰(zhàn)是長(zhǎng)期的、復(fù)雜的、嚴(yán)峻的,落實(shí)黨要管黨、全面從嚴(yán)治黨的任務(wù)比過去任何時(shí)候都更為繁重和緊迫。這就要求高校黨組織必須深化對(duì)高等教育發(fā)展規(guī)律、黨建規(guī)律、學(xué)生成長(zhǎng)規(guī)律的認(rèn)識(shí)和研究,在堅(jiān)持以改革創(chuàng)新的精神加強(qiáng)高校黨的建設(shè)過程中,必須大力加強(qiáng)黨的科學(xué)化水平建設(shè)。提高高校黨的建設(shè)科學(xué)化水平成為一個(gè)亟須解決的重大課題。本文旨在對(duì)高校黨的建設(shè)科學(xué)化的目標(biāo)選擇及其路徑問題進(jìn)行探討和思考。論文總體上有引言、正文、結(jié)語三部分組成。引言部分：主要分析闡述了論文的選題依據(jù)與意義、已有相關(guān)研究成果的評(píng)述、研究目標(biāo)與基本內(nèi)容、研究思路與方法等幾方面內(nèi)容。正文部分由四個(gè)章節(jié)構(gòu)成,各章節(jié)主要內(nèi)容概述如下：第一章全面系統(tǒng)地梳理了90多年來高校黨的建設(shè)的基本歷程及其階段性特征,科學(xué)地總結(jié)高校黨的建設(shè)的基本歷史經(jīng)驗(yàn)。高校黨的建設(shè)經(jīng)歷了1921—1937年、1937—1949年、1949—1978年、1978年至今等幾個(gè)發(fā)展階段,每個(gè)階段呈現(xiàn)出不同特點(diǎn)。在此基礎(chǔ)上,科學(xué)系統(tǒng)地總結(jié)90多年來高校黨的建設(shè)的基本經(jīng)驗(yàn)。第二章在系統(tǒng)揭示了新世紀(jì)以來高校黨的建設(shè)工作已經(jīng)取得的主要成就的基礎(chǔ)上,深入分析和探討了新形勢(shì)下高校黨的建設(shè)面臨的嚴(yán)峻挑戰(zhàn)及存在的現(xiàn)實(shí)問題。第三章在深入分析和解讀提高高校黨的建設(shè)科學(xué)化水平的必要性與緊迫性的基礎(chǔ)上,科學(xué)闡釋了高校黨的建設(shè)科學(xué)化的基本內(nèi)涵及其蘊(yùn)含的價(jià)值判斷、目標(biāo)要求。第四章緊密結(jié)合目前高校黨建工作面臨著新常態(tài),要求高校黨組織必須正確認(rèn)識(shí)新常態(tài)、適應(yīng)新常態(tài)、引領(lǐng)新常態(tài),進(jìn)而對(duì)提高高校黨的建設(shè)科學(xué)化水平的路徑問題進(jìn)行探討和思考。結(jié)語部分在總攬全篇的基礎(chǔ)上,得出五點(diǎn)思考：提高高校黨的建設(shè)科學(xué)化水平首先要求高校各級(jí)黨組織治校理念的科學(xué)化、提高高校黨的建設(shè)科學(xué)化水平必須堅(jiān)持以科學(xué)理論作指導(dǎo)、提高高校黨的建設(shè)科學(xué)化水平必須堅(jiān)持以科學(xué)制度作保障、提高高校黨的建設(shè)科學(xué)化水平必須堅(jiān)持以科學(xué)的方法來推進(jìn)、提高高校黨的建設(shè)科學(xué)化水平必須重視高校黨組織自身生命力來源以及自我更新機(jī)制的科學(xué)化。
[Abstract]:As the birthplace of the establishment of the Party and an important base for continuous development, colleges and universities have made important contributions to the cause of revolution, construction and reform in China. It has accumulated many valuable experiences and lessons and provided abundant ideological resources and important enlightenment for strengthening and improving the party building in colleges and universities under the new situation. The development of higher education has presented profound changes, and put forward many new requirements for the party building in colleges and universities. The various tests and challenges faced by the party organizations in colleges and universities are long-term, complex and severe, and the implementation of the party should be in charge of the party. The task of administering the Party in a comprehensive and strict manner is more arduous and urgent than ever before, which requires the Party organizations in colleges and universities to deepen their understanding and study of the law of the development of higher education, the law of party building, and the law of students' growth. In the process of strengthening the Party building in colleges and universities with the spirit of reform and innovation. It is necessary to strengthen the construction of the scientific level of the Party and to improve the scientific level of the Party building in colleges and universities. The purpose of this paper is to carry out the selection of the scientific goal and the path of the Party building in colleges and universities. Discussion and thinking. The paper has a general introduction. The main body, the conclusion of the three parts of the composition. Introduction: the main analysis of the paper on the basis and significance of the relevant research results, research objectives and basic content. The main body is composed of four chapters. The main contents of each chapter are summarized as follows: the first chapter comprehensively and systematically combs the basic course and the stage characteristics of the Party building in the past 90 years. The basic historical experience of the Party building in colleges and universities is summarized scientifically. The Party building in colleges and universities has experienced the period from 1921 to 1937 and from 1937 to 1949 to 1949-1978. In 1978 to present several stages of development, each stage presents different characteristics. On this basis. The second chapter systematically reveals the main achievements of the Party building in colleges and universities since the new century. This paper deeply analyzes and probes into the severe challenges and practical problems faced by the Party building in colleges and universities under the new situation. Chapter three is based on the thorough analysis and interpretation of the necessity and urgency of improving the scientific level of the Party building in colleges and universities. . This paper scientifically explains the basic connotation of scientific Party building in colleges and universities and its value judgment and objective requirements. Chapter 4th is closely combined with the current Party building work in colleges and universities to face the new normal. The Party organizations in colleges and universities must correctly understand the new normal, adapt to the new normal, and lead the new normal. And then to improve the scientific level of the party building in colleges and universities to explore and reflect on the path. Conclusion part on the basis of the whole article. Five points of thinking: to improve the scientific level of party building in colleges and universities requires the scientific idea of party organizations at all levels in colleges and universities, and to improve the scientific level of party building in colleges and universities must adhere to the guidance of scientific theory. To improve the scientific level of the Party building in colleges and universities, we must insist on the scientific system as the guarantee, and the scientific level of the Party building in colleges and universities must be advanced by scientific methods.
