【摘要】：墨爾色是蒙古族近代史上的杰出政治家、教育家、思想家和革命家。墨爾色的民族革命斗爭(zhēng)事業(yè)譜寫了近代蒙古史,特別是內(nèi)蒙古革命斗爭(zhēng)史上的光輝一頁(yè)。本文在當(dāng)時(shí)社會(huì)歷史條件下,根據(jù)墨爾色一生的革命實(shí)踐及其寫作的文章、書信和演講材料,對(duì)其思想進(jìn)行了研究。本文由六大部分組成。論文的導(dǎo)論部分包括選題原因及意義、墨爾色專門研究的歷史軌跡、墨爾色專門研究的內(nèi)容、論文的重點(diǎn)、難點(diǎn)及創(chuàng)新點(diǎn)、研究思路及研究方法、相關(guān)概念的界定等六個(gè)內(nèi)容。第一章從國(guó)際政局總況;中國(guó)政局總況;蘇聯(lián)、共產(chǎn)國(guó)際對(duì)中國(guó)和蒙古地區(qū)政策;日本對(duì)中國(guó)和滿蒙政策;清朝、北洋軍閥政府和國(guó)民政府對(duì)蒙古地區(qū)政策;蒙古地區(qū)政治狀況;呼倫貝爾及呼倫貝爾獨(dú)立運(yùn)動(dòng)等六個(gè)方面分析了墨爾色思想形成的歷史背景。第二章對(duì)墨爾色思想形成發(fā)展變化的社會(huì)、理論、實(shí)踐和主觀原因進(jìn)行了分析。第三章結(jié)合墨爾色的生平事跡論述了墨爾色思想的形成和發(fā)展變化過程。第四章對(duì)墨爾色思想的內(nèi)容及特點(diǎn)進(jìn)行了闡述。第五章在以上內(nèi)容的基礎(chǔ)上對(duì)墨爾色及墨爾色思想進(jìn)行了評(píng)價(jià)。論文的創(chuàng)新點(diǎn)有以下幾個(gè)方面:一、搜集的資料較為豐富。為進(jìn)行深入研究,作者大量搜集了有關(guān)墨爾色的史料,在寫作中運(yùn)用了前人研究者還未使用的一些史料。如墨爾色的《蒙古教育方針及其辦法》,其書信及講話稿等。二、從思想史的角度對(duì)墨爾色思想進(jìn)行了全面、深入、系統(tǒng)的研究,并把握其思想的本質(zhì),從而突破了本研究領(lǐng)域中存在的重視生平事跡研究,輕視思想研究及思想研究不夠深入的現(xiàn)狀。三、拓展了研究?jī)?nèi)容及范圍。(一)針對(duì)學(xué)術(shù)界對(duì)墨爾色專門研究狀況的總結(jié)較為薄弱的現(xiàn)況,本文從墨爾色研究的歷史軌跡、內(nèi)容等方面較為細(xì)致、深入、系統(tǒng)地分析了墨爾色專門研究現(xiàn)況。(二)從時(shí)代、社會(huì)歷史、理論、實(shí)踐和主觀條件等方面系統(tǒng)論述了墨爾色思想形成的背景,從而闡述了墨爾色思想產(chǎn)生的歷史必然性。(三)結(jié)合墨爾色的生平事跡全面系統(tǒng)的論述了墨爾色思想的形成發(fā)展變化過程,從而不僅彌補(bǔ)了前人研究的片面性,也較為客觀完整的展現(xiàn)了墨爾色思想形成發(fā)展過程的全貌。(四)本文不僅根據(jù)墨爾色思想的邏輯關(guān)系論述了墨爾色思想的內(nèi)容,也與背景相同的同時(shí)代人物進(jìn)行比較分析,進(jìn)而總結(jié)出了墨爾色思想的特點(diǎn)。(五)從當(dāng)時(shí)社會(huì)歷史條件出發(fā),與背景相同的同時(shí)代人物進(jìn)行比較分析,客觀公正的評(píng)價(jià)了墨爾色及其思想。墨爾色是一位杰出的近代歷史人物,我們研究其思想具有重要的歷史意義。本題目的研究對(duì)我們較為全面系統(tǒng)的掌握墨爾色思想及其本質(zhì),認(rèn)識(shí)墨爾色思想對(duì)其革命實(shí)踐的理論指導(dǎo)作用,豐富和擴(kuò)展蒙古族近代思想史研究和馬克思主義中國(guó)化研究具有重要意義。
